I heard the weather was crazy here in Iowa on the first week of February, to the point where cars couldn't move. He notified me thoroughly throughout the whole 3 weeks which made me very comfortable. When I was out of contact due to time difference/internet issue, he still kept helping me out with suggestions and waited for me to respond which could've been a long burden. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, lizards, snakes, and turtles. I also have worked as a ranch hand with large dogs and cattle for six months in Iowa. The dogs I’ve worked with have ranged from 115-pounds and energetic to 10 pounds and quiet. I’ve been dog-walking and dog-sitting on and off for 15 years and love spending time with and caring for them. I’m currently working part time as a professor so have almost unlimited flexibility when it comes to walks and pet-sitting. During the day I may have a class to teach, but these obligations usually only take about an hour. I have plenty of room in the home with the ability to section off smaller rooms and live near a large park where animals with lots of energy can join me for long walks.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. About: Hi! My name is Grace, and I’m a NICU nurse at the University. I’ve grown up with dogs of all sizes and have always loved being around them. My husband, Taylor, and I live in a home with a fully fenced backyard along with our 3-year-old son and, part-time, my 11-year-old stepdaughter, who insists she’ll have 10 dogs of her own someday—haha! We also have an almost 5-year-old mini Goldendoodle. He lost his big brother a few years ago, and while now isn’t the right time for us to add another dog to our family, we thought hosting some furry playmates would be a fun way to keep him happy and social. For everyone’s comfort and safety, we’re only able to host dogs under about 35 pounds, as larger dogs tend to make ours anxious. He’s very used to playing with his 8–10-pound Yorkie cousins during the holidays and absolutely loves having canine friends to run around with! I work 12hr shifts on both Saturday and Sunday, then I am home all week. My husband is home on the weekends, so someone is always home. We allow dogs in our beds and on our couch. I am aware of poisonous foods and plants to dogs. I also make sure to follow instructions!

About: I have owned and cared for dogs my entire life and have had many neighbors back home request my dog sitting services. I am home all day, as I work remotely, and have a dog of Chocolate lab that loves to play but never gets to spend time with other dogs since we are new to the area. About: I've personally owned animals my entire life. I've raised 3 dogs in the past and currently own qthat absolutely love other animals and people! I also have 3 cats that are all extremely friendly and love new things. I currently work at an animal shelter working with dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. My schedule is very flexible and I'm also good in medical cases with animals. I currently work part time in the mornings and can stop in before my shift to do a check in, potty breaks, and feeding. Once I'm off in the afternoon, I can do more check-ins and walks. In the afternoons, I can stick around longer to spend more time with them. I have experience with positive reinforcement and am also okay with using dog crates if the need is there. I'm experienced with different types of harnesses and collars as well and have worked with dogs with many different allergies.
About: I grew up with a Shiba Inu, that I absolutely loved. My family has always had dogs. Currently I travel for work throughout the year, so I cannot have my own but this allows me to be connected and give animals the attention they need while giving me time with dogs that I miss. “I had to leave the country for about 3 weeks due to my personal business and I asked Jason as always to care for my babies. I heard the weather was crazy here in Iowa on the first week of February, to the point where cars couldn't move. He notified me thoroughly throughout the whole 3 weeks which made me very comfortable. When I was out of contact due to time difference/internet issue, he still kept helping me out with suggestions and waited for me to respond which could've been a long burden. About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and currently have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix named Maverick. I also volunteer with local animal shelters, giving me experience with dogs of different ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. As a medical student, I’m used to staying organized, following detailed instructions, and paying close attention to routines and behavior. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your dog needs lots of exercise, extra patience, medication, or just a comfortable place to relax, I’m happy to tailor their care to their individual needs I’m currently a medical student, and much of my coursework can be completed from home. This gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care throughout the day. While my schedule varies slightly week to week, I’m generally available for frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of companionship. I make every effort to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away. For house sitting, I do have one requirement during the school year. I have my own friendly 4-year-old Lab mix, Maverick, who would need to come with me. He’s well socialized and enjoys other dogs, but I completely understand that this isn’t the right fit for every home. If your dog enjoys having a canine companion, I’d love to discuss whether it would be a good match during a meet and greet. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and exercise, and I only board one guest dog at a time so they receive plenty of individual attention. I also have a friendly 4-year-old Lab mix who enjoys other dogs when it’s a good fit. I always take introductions slowly and make sure both dogs are comfortable before allowing interactions. I’m happy to accommodate specific feeding schedules, medications, crate routines, and any other instructions that help your pet feel at home.
