About: I have been a pet parent for over 15 years. I currently have a 4 year old German shorthair pointer named Draco and a 11 year old cat named Rubeus. Draco is a big goofy lover. Very good with other dogs. We recently lost our older dog and Draco is missing having a buddy to run around with. I am a stay at home mom so I am home most of the day. We are very active with playing in the yard and going for walks. I have a huge fenced in yard and live walking distance to a couple parks. Dogs are free to roam my home and be on furniture. Can kennel overnight if preferred.

About: Throughout high school and my first two years at college, I've consistently had the opportunity to dog sit for coworkers, friends, family, or people who knew me from a friend! I'm used to taking dogs on walks and caring for them in their homes. I currently don't have a pet of my own so it's always nice to hang out with other people's pets! I will be a student at Iowa State University this fall. I want to be able to get out and hang with your pet or take them for a walk! It'll be the perfect break from studying and any stress. My schedule at ISU is pretty flexible for anyone's pet needing care in the early morning, evening, or nighttime! About: I have been the main caretaker of any animal I’ve ever had, some because I was the one who begged for it. And others because I just love animals so much that their care is only half the fun. I have experience with animals in all stages of life, from puppies to seniors. My puppy experience ranges from being the one who nursing a parvo puppy back to excellent health, she is now 3 years old and thriving. I also have a senior dog, who is such a joy but I think he forgets he has arthritis with all of his puppy antics. About: I used to work as a certified dog trainer and managed a daycare / boarding facility for 2 years. I was an employee there for longer. 12 hour days every day with dogs of all types. I know how to administer medications, including insulin. I also know how to handle myself in emergency situations, I've learned dog first aid and I've broken up fights in my time that would've been deadly if I wasn't there. I am currently a general contractor making my schedule very open, my wife loves helping with pets of all kinds as well which allows for more care opportunities. The only thing that wouldn't likely work would be multiple days of house sitting IF I am not able to leave for 3-4 hours at a time. I have a hard time spending an extended amount of time not being able to see my infant son! I'll do whatever someone wants for their pet, assuming it's reasonable. About: I have been dog sitting for my friends and family for years. I work from home 2 days a week and have a large fenced in backyard. I have a 3 bedroom house located a few block from a bike/walking trail. I would like a dog of my own but my schedule doesn’t allow for that so cuddling and spending time with your dog would be perfect. Your dog will have access to my furniture while I am home. “Aloha and his daughter were absolutely wonderful w our dog. Our dog, George is a sweet but large black lab after meeting Alok we felt very comfortable leaving George w him. We picked George up after two days away and he seemed quite happy at Alok's house. Will happily book Alok again.”
About: I have had pets my entire adult life, and I know how important it is to you to find the right person to take care of them while you’re away. I am committed to taking care of your pets like they’re my own, and I’m excited to provide lots of love and fun! I work from home, and my husband is a full time dad, so we’d be happy to spend time with your pets, go for walks as a family, and see to their every need! We have pet gates throughout the home, extra kennels if needed, and a fenced in yard. We are also comfortable giving medication orally or via injection if needed.

“Patricia was such an amazing sitter for our big Pyrenees mix, Rico! He was so content and happy while he was there and even seemed a little sad when I picked him up, ha! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to leave Rico with her again in the future. He’s a big boy, 100+ pounds, so I also worry it will be a bit “much” to have him in a new space but she only had wonderful things to say and he fell into their routine easily. I appreciated the pictures and videos and general updates everyday! Patricia is amazing!”
