About: Hi! I'm Ross, I grew up having Labrador Retrievers as family pets and have always had a strong love of dogs. I like all dogs, big or small! I'm great at responding to a pets needs. I love to give them the attention and play that they want while maintaining appropriate disciple/doggie boundaries ( like not jumping up on strangers). I am good at reading dogs body language which helps to know if they are tired, playful, need to go to the bathroom, not feeling well, or just need some attention! About: I am a homeschool mom. I have had several dogs over the last 26 years from blue heelers, labradors, a lab/dane mix and most recently an Australian Shepherd. I've house-broken and crate trained all my puppies and we also adopted an adult rescue dog and acclimated him to family life. I've taken different obedience courses over the years and most recently am working on Rally Obedience with my aussie. My family, which includes my husband and two teenage daughters love dogs of all sizes and ages. I’ve got a very large fenced in back yard, a fun loving Aussie, and am home most of the time to give your fur baby lots of love and attention. I have recent experience in dog obedience and have house-trained puppies. I love to walk dogs and give them lots of attention. Because I homeschool, most days I am home and able to attend to dog or puppy care. Our two year old Aussie loves to play with other dogs and has earned his CGC-A. Backyard play or leash walking would be part of your pets care. On occasion we may go to a park and our dog often accompanies us. I have a large fenced in yard with lots of shade and green space to run around in. I have crates of various sizes to keep your dog safe and comfortable at night, when we leave for an errand or to retreat to as needed.
About: NOTE: Off during summer, but I work weekdays throughout the school year. Still available during school, but pets will be at home without me on weekdays for about 7 hours. I have owned and cared for dogs for over 25 years. I have cared for small dogs <25 pounds all the way up to large sized Great Danes > 200 pounds. About: I have had pets in my life since the day I was born. I got my first cat when I was 3 and have had many more since then. :) Caring for my pets has become something that I have worked on and improved over the years - and I love meeting new pets! I own my own business that is run from my home and a downtown location - just three blocks from my home. :) My husband runs our household and is home or helping me daily. About: I have personally had a pet or 3 since I was 13 years old. I begged for a cat for years and once I got one, I never have been without at least one pet. I have been volunteering with the ARL since 2005. I have had 30+ foster dogs through them as well. I just love animals. I do have weekends blocked but just ask about availability! I am retired. I enjoy going for walks with dogs and depending on the dog spending time outside in my fenced in backyard. I have a 6 foot fence. Your dog will have the ability to be part of our family and our family pets are on our furniture. We do separate our home animals, fosters and house guests at night. The "regulars" get to sleep in our beds while our guests get other accommodations. It makes for better harmony for us. Because we foster on a regular basis our animals are very used to different dogs coming into our home. Our home is pretty quiet and relaxing.

About: Growing up I have lived with dogs of all sizes and other animals such as farm animals my entire life. I have had many dogs growing up over the years and have a friendly long haired dachshund wiener dog of my own! I’m very close to my neighborhood dog park and have side walks I could easily take the dogs for a nice little stroll around the block. I’m able to crate your dog to fit their needs, schedule, and preferences. There is always water available, and will check by the hour for bathroom breaks, and can send you pictures and videos every few hours to inform you on how everything is going. I make sure to ask questions right away and as needed to best care for pets in all environments.

About: I've had cats my entire life, and my husband and I currently have two amazing but SUPER high energy little kitties named Eli and Finn. We are very obsessed, and they're spoiled! I have grown up in a very close, tight-knit family with LOTS of dogs and cats, and I've pet-sat more times than I can count. I LOVE animals and they tend to like me as well. About: I’ve had for dogs of every age and size for my entire life, but have been a serious caretaker of them for about 10 years. I can give medicines including insulin shots, and will heed every dietary and exercise need given to me. I’m currently working full-time, however I commute from Ames to Des Moines every day so I am used to driving long distances. I also have a very flexible schedule and can work from home if I can give at least 2-3 days notice; I can leave for long periods at lunch; and I can get off work early if a drop-in visit is needed before 4:00. I can also stay as late as necessary into the evening, as long as expectations are communicated beforehand. I am extremely communicative and I will let my clients know if I am early, behind, or unable to complete a task. I cannot take pets into my apartment or workplace, however, I have experience with strictly and loosely trained animals in just about every situation under the sun. I am comfortable staying the night in a well secured home, or taking a few minutes to play with the pet(s) in the middle of the day. I am extremely clean and organized and will strive to leave my clients’ homes in the same shape or cleaner in case there are any accidents, as I am also well-versed in cleaning up after any mishaps from being left alone or too excited.

About: I have had dogs since I was but 8 years old and cared for them ever since. I have babysat friends’ dogs and take care of my own puppy daily, in addition to pet sitting for cats. I absolutely love animals and spending time around them. I am currently a full time online student at DMACC and nanny after school, with full weekend and daytime availability. About: I have been dog sitting for my friends and family for years. I work from home 2 days a week and have a large fenced in backyard. I have a 3 bedroom house located a few block from a bike/walking trail. I would like a dog of my own but my schedule doesn’t allow for that so cuddling and spending time with your dog would be perfect. Your dog will have access to my furniture while I am home. I can maintain a set schedule and provide your dog with love and care while you are away. Your pet would be in a kennel very minimal and have lots of attention. Would just be in a kennel if I need to run errands. I have a large fenced in backyard that your pet will love to run free in. The fence was replaced summer of 2021 after the derecho. I work a hybrid schedule 3 days in an office 2 days at home. My boyfriend is home every Friday, he does not work Fridays. I have a large privacy fenced in yard for your dog to play in. I can kennel or crate your dog at your preference. I have a lock on the inside of my front door incase a dog jumps and opens the door.
About: I had dog when I was only 5 years old and always been taking care of dogs since I was growing up and now have my own baby, Porky and everyone always relies on me to watch their dogs and caring fir them while they are gone. I really love animals and dogs big time. I always let them outside whenever they feel like it and play roam around in backyard with fence :) I would go on dog walking and they give me excuses to work out too lol. They are my world. I would treat ur dogs as if they were my own. I am working a full time student at college but very flexible with hours. I can do after work for dog walking and even babysitting them too. My husband, he will definitely help me out if I need to when I m at school etc. Can always talk about needs and when etc. I do have a big backyard with fenced around. I have two dogs they will love to play with others. I would like to introduce them to your first before start let them play. I can always separate them if need to so they can take turns. I can give them bath, feed, take them out for walk, and even stay overnight if need. I would let you bring ur own dog foods for ur pets so that way it Is separate. I will always give them treats if being good. All you have to do is let me know what not to do or to do for them so I can be prepared.

About: Hi! I'm Ross, I grew up having Labrador Retrievers as family pets and have always had a strong love of dogs. I like all dogs, big or small! I'm great at responding to a pets needs. I love to give them the attention and play that they want while maintaining appropriate disciple/doggie boundaries ( like not jumping up on strangers). I am good at reading dogs body language which helps to know if they are tired, playful, need to go to the bathroom, not feeling well, or just need some attention! Working from home gives me extra flexibilty to give the pups extra attention when they need it. Regardless of the setting I am able to follow the guidelines that you have set up for your pet.
