About: I have experience with owning my own dog and also taking care of relatives/friends dogs when needed. My dog is a high energy GSP with separation anxiety. I understands the need for exercise and attention. It is me and my 6 year old GSP. I understand what it takes having a high energy breed and make sure she gets taken care of on the daily with playing ball, walks, and cuddles. I can easily add one more pup into the mix during our daily routines. I do not have a fenced in yard. I live next to a park where I run my dog almost daily. If we aren't doing that, we are going on walks around the neighborhood.

About: I have been a pet parent for over 15 years. I currently have a 4 year old German shorthair pointer named Draco and a 11 year old cat named Rubeus. Draco is a big goofy lover. Very good with other dogs. We recently lost our older dog and Draco is missing having a buddy to run around with. I am a stay at home mom so I am home most of the day. We are very active with playing in the yard and going for walks. I have a huge fenced in yard and live walking distance to a couple parks. Dogs are free to roam my home and be on furniture. About: My experience in the dog industry goes beyond just boarding or sitting. I have the knowledge, skills, and experience training dogs of all ages and breeds, including service dogs. I currently work part time teaching group classes, leaving quite a bit of my time available to do other things involving dogs. In addition to a safe and friendly place to stay, your dog will get daily enrichment activities and, if needed, house manners training (go to place, leave it, keeping all 4 paws on the floor, going in/out of doorways). I work part-time training group classes, which allows me to have the time needed to care for the dogs staying with me. I'm available for boarding during the week, weekends, most holidays, single overnights and extended stays. My availability for day time sitting can vary but my calendar will always be updated with those times. All interactions between dogs are supervised to ensure those interactions are a positive experience and a safe experience. I don't have a fenced in yard so each time going outside is on leash, so leash manners will be worked on. I have crates and exercise pens for dogs who get crated at night. During meal times dogs are separated from each other as a precaution to prevent resource guarding. I do have a "gated community" inside my house to prevent mischief in the kitchen or going upstairs to bedrooms.

About: Throughout high school and my first two years at college, I've consistently had the opportunity to dog sit for coworkers, friends, family, or people who knew me from a friend! I'm used to taking dogs on walks and caring for them in their homes. I currently don't have a pet of my own so it's always nice to hang out with other people's pets! I will be a student at Iowa State University this fall. I want to be able to get out and hang with your pet or take them for a walk! It'll be the perfect break from studying and any stress. My schedule at ISU is pretty flexible for anyone's pet needing care in the early morning, evening, or nighttime! I take extra precaution when I meet new pets to try and figure out and understand their nature and what's normal for them. I always ensure that every instruction from the owner is noted and followed. I love to form connections to new pets and watch them get comfortable around me or even become more and more excited to see me! I will only be able to visit the client's home as my apartment does not allow pets.

About: I found my first love for dogs when I was about 5, and begged my mom to rescue Burrito Bob. I then grew up always having a dog around. My junior year of high school I decided to buy my very own goldendoodle, Toby James. Toby is the best dog ever, and more so my child than my dog! About: Hello there! My name is Coty and I am here to help provide exercise, care, and happiness to your beloved fury ones! I grew up with at least one, if not two dogs in the home at all times. I currently have two dogs and they mean the world to me! I have a 13 year old Terrier-Chihuahua mix. His name is Oliver, or Ollie for short. He is a rescue dog and is my absolute pride and joy. He’s slowed down quite a bit in the last year and his health has also declined. Fortunately, he still loves going on walks and getting cuddles! With that, I have experience caring for and providing medication to senior dogs. My other fur baby is a four year old Bernadoodle, named Gus. Gus has completed our little family with his playfulness and love for humans. If Gus could talk, he’d tell you that he’s a 70 pound lap dog! He absolutely loves his walks, catching his beloved football, snuggles, and any time outside! Dogs are such a huge part of my life and I truly wouldn’t have it any other way! I am currently working full time but am free during the week after 4:30pm and available any weekend I’m not marked as not available any time. I treat others homes and animals with the same respect that I treat mine with. To a lot of us, our pets are our fur babies. I treat them with care, patience, and compassion.

About: My mother runs my hometown's animal shelter; I built it with her from the ground up when I was eight. Ever since then I have continued to help when I visit home. I have worked with all personality types, breeds, and exceptional cases. I've done hands-on work with elderly pets to newborn puppies and kittens. In addition, I have house-sat for owners with many cats to one, a variety of dogs, and many with specific needs throughout the day. If the animal has any health conditions I ask if I should be aware of anything other than medication when it comes to their health. If you pet is shy around strangers I ask to be shown the best way to approach them in your experience during the first meeting to ensure your pet feels safe.

“Our yorkie-poo LOVED Cindy! She was the perfect Rover for him. She spoiled him and treated him as her own fur baby. It was nice having a Rover who focuses her attention on one dog at a time in her home, so we didn’t need to worry about how he would interact with unfamiliar dogs. We felt very confident in her care and trusted her as she is a long term resident in the community. She also sent some cute pictures of our Franklin! Thank you, Cindy! Highly recommend especially for little dogs who need extra attention. We will definitely use Cindy again. 🐕🦺”

“Amanda spoiled our dog all weekend! Played catch and cuddled and let him take a nap in her lap (he's almost 100 lbs so that was above and beyond the call of duty)! Another plus is there were 4-5 large dogs for Osborne to play with in Amanda's fenced in backyard so he came home happily exhausted. Amanda was extremely flexible in drop off/pick up times which was greatly appreciated as we were heading out of town for the weekend. She also carefully monitored his food so he only ate his food and didn't sneak other dog food and get an upset stomach. Highly recommend Amanda!”
