About: I have personally had a pet or 3 since I was 13 years old. I begged for a cat for years and once I got one, I never have been without at least one pet. I have been volunteering with the ARL since 2005. I have had 30+ foster dogs through them as well. I just love animals. I do have weekends blocked but just ask about availability! I am retired. I enjoy going for walks with dogs and depending on the dog spending time outside in my fenced in backyard. I have a 6 foot fence. Your dog will have the ability to be part of our family and our family pets are on our furniture. We do separate our home animals, fosters and house guests at night. The "regulars" get to sleep in our beds while our guests get other accommodations. It makes for better harmony for us. Because we foster on a regular basis our animals are very used to different dogs coming into our home. Our home is pretty quiet and relaxing.

About: My experience in the dog industry goes beyond just boarding or sitting. I have the knowledge, skills, and experience training dogs of all ages and breeds, including service dogs. I currently work part time teaching group classes, leaving quite a bit of my time available to do other things involving dogs. In addition to a safe and friendly place to stay, your dog will get daily enrichment activities and, if needed, house manners training (go to place, leave it, keeping all 4 paws on the floor, going in/out of doorways). I work part-time training group classes, which allows me to have the time needed to care for the dogs staying with me. I'm available for boarding during the week, weekends, most holidays, single overnights and extended stays. My availability for day time sitting can vary but my calendar will always be updated with those times. All interactions between dogs are supervised to ensure those interactions are a positive experience and a safe experience. I don't have a fenced in yard so each time going outside is on leash, so leash manners will be worked on. I have crates and exercise pens for dogs who get crated at night. During meal times dogs are separated from each other as a precaution to prevent resource guarding. I do have a "gated community" inside my house to prevent mischief in the kitchen or going upstairs to bedrooms.

About: I've had dogs since the day I was born, and responsibly started taking care of them since I was around 10 years old. I've taken care of dogs from 8 weeks old to 16 years. As an adult, I've had 2 dogs and have cared for them in their crazy puppyhood to more gentle yet demanding senior care. As your dog sitter, I can provide enrichment via walks, playing, and basic tricks and skills you want me to work on with your dog. I can feed and refresh water bowls. I can help with medication if needed. I am happy to care for any of your pets' needs during a visit. I treat my all of my pets like my children and I am so excited to start caring for yours! I am a teacher currently on summer vacation. I am free to work during the week and some weekends from around 11-3 for drop in visits or walks. I have a golden retriever (Murphy) and a cat (Harlow) and I spend a lot of time with these cuties. I work full time but I love making time for the fur babies. I don’t have anything toxic for pets in my home that they could get into and I don’t feed my pets table scraps just in case.

Open to in home or drop in visits as needed along with walks and needed exercise. I have two children that have been raised around pets that respect them and enjoy playing with them. If your dog prefers a crate we are a crate trained home.
About: I have three pups of my own and I will treat yours with just as much love and care! I love to go on walks or hikes, so I’m happy to help if you have an active dog who needs more attention or movement. I have a flexible schedule and will only agree to care for your fur baby if I can commit to being present every 2-4 hours. I am available most weekends and evenings (including many holidays!) for in-house sitting! I care for your animals and home as if it were my own- with care and respect. I enjoy a good walk or hike, so am happy to care for your more active dogs! Always happy to adapt my care so your pet can maintain their routine as you have set it.

She took him to our vet and administered his medications. We were very worried about him and are so grateful to Katrina's family for taking such great care of him. She answered the many questions I had and it was obvious how much she loved having dogs in her home. From the minute Margot was in her care, I received pictures and videos. Her entire family loved on Margot and even with an unexpected health issue during Margot’s stay, I never doubted she was being loved. Can’t wait to have Margot stay with them again!”
