“Leaving our dogs with someone new can be nerve-racking, but Pei completely exceeded our expectations and made us feel at ease right away. We did an overnight stay with him first to make sure our dogs were a good fit with him and his family, and we’re so glad we did—it couldn’t have gone better! After having some past trauma leaving our dogs in someone else’s care, it was such a relief to finally feel confident knowing our dogs were in experienced, capable hands. Booking with Pei was easy, his communication was excellent, and he kept us updated with pictures, which we loved. We were beyond happy with how well he handled both of our rescue dogs, especially our Doberman, who is the newest addition to our family. About: Nurse and military spouse looking to care for your pets while away. I have a husky of my own but willing to care for you pets too! I will only board one animal family at a time since I have a dog of my own. I am also a nurse who works 12 hour shifts. My husband comes home periodically on days I work so he can let your pups out to use the restroom. They will not be left outside by themselves when we are not home. I can feed your animals, give them fresh water, entertain them for the amount of time booked. I will also change out any potty pads placed/used and recrate, if required.

About: A retired marine biologist. I have had dogs my entire life. Raised puppies and watched them grow old. I’ve cared for dogs of all ages and energy levels. Retired. I’m available most days if you need your pets to be simply fed, let out to pee, or to be entertained. While I take same day requests, there are no guarantees because I have several regularly scheduled walks and drop ins. Please reply promptly, I archive when no response in 24 hours. I have a fenced yard and a young corgi who has full run of the house. He can be shy to other dogs. If your dog has any aggressive tendencies or Keahi does not get along with them for whatever reason, we cannot board your dog. Meet and greets are mandatory before any boarding or daycare. Dogs must be house trained for boarding or daycare (paper trained is not house trained). I cannot and will not leave food out. If your dog has issues eating when they are fed (I feed them when I feed my dog), I have to take your dog’s food away and store it. This is a house, not a kennel where your dog has an assigned lot. If your dog has these feeding issues, consider another sitter. I have no kids on property.

About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs of various ages, genders, and life stages for friends and family. I have experience taking care of senior pets in critical condition and have handled emergency situations with urgency and care. I take animals’ wellbeing very seriously and I love taking care of them. I am currently unemployed and take online college classes so I have lots of free time! My only obligation is driving my partner to/from work but it’s easy to work around that! My cats are strictly indoor only and I play with them everyday to ensure they are getting good exercise and entertainment. We did an overnight stay with him first to make sure our dogs were a good fit with him and his family, and we’re so glad we did—it couldn’t have gone better! After having some past trauma leaving our dogs in someone else’s care, it was such a relief to finally feel confident knowing our dogs were in experienced, capable hands. Booking with Pei was easy, his communication was excellent, and he kept us updated with pictures, which we loved. We were beyond happy with how well he handled both of our rescue dogs, especially our Doberman, who is the newest addition to our family. About: Trained with large dogs and no problems with little ones. I’ve cared for cats, birds, reptiles and more. I love taking walks and playing fetch. I also know how to give medications and care for elderly dogs as well. I love animals, especially dogs and appreciate being able to help them. I’m available daily for walks, feeding or check in’s every day of the week. I have a decently sized yard that is totally fenced in, even for little dogs. I have an attached garage as well as numerous baby gates. I have my own vehicle and I’m skilled at caring for others homes as well.

Madara has a nice house with great space for the dogs and her kids as well. She has a lovely fenced in yard. She is very calm and all of the dogs we saw were comfortable in their surroundings. Madara sent pictures and an update midway through Dancer's stay. I am sure we will be contacting Madara again in the future.”
