Before our trip, she took the time to meet with us and show us where our puppy would be staying in her home, which made us feel so much more comfortable and confident. While we were away for nearly two weeks, Samantha kept us updated with frequent messages and adorable photos. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’m currently a dog groomer, and I absolutely love my job! I have 2 dogs, Chowder and Rascal (mini Aussies). Although I am located in Waianae, I am willing to drive all over the island. My dog grooming studio is at my house, so I’m home most of the day. When I have multiple boarders I like to rotate them in the yard throughout the day. I have a kiddie pool as well that most dogs enjoy. I have a fenced yard and sturdy gates to keep everyone safe. I typically like to keep boarders from different families separate. If you’re comfortable with your dog being with others dogs, they will only play supervised to avoid any skirmishes. My Aussies are friendly but I only let them socialize if you’re ok with it.

About: Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to an 19 month old boy and also a dog-mama to my Shih tzu named Cheech! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I take pride in my work and take it seriously, if I was going to have someone watch Cheech I would want to know they are trustworthy, diligent, understanding, and patient. So that is how I am with the pets in my care. I'll do anything to make a pups tail wag!! 🐾💝 I currently am a stay at home mom of one. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home on the side. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Cheech with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.

I will only board one animal family at a time since I have a dog of my own. I am also a nurse who works 12 hour shifts. My husband comes home periodically on days I work so he can let your pups out to use the restroom. They will not be left outside by themselves when we are not home. I can feed your animals, give them fresh water, entertain them for the amount of time booked. I will also change out any potty pads placed/used and recrate, if required.

About: I have a calm home to keep your pet(s) at ease in a new environment. I have a fenced yard for them to play as well and I am home 90% of the time to look after them. I also have additional Kennels if you prefer them to stick to their home routine. I have a background in dog training and grooming for 5+ years. I have had dogs of my own that were very hard to train and I have been successful in working with them to make them peaceful members of the family. I love animals and I am very patient with very energetic dogs no matter their size. I am willing to train and work with them as well when you are away. :)

About: I currently work for a dog walking company in Denver and have gained a lot of professional experience from my seasoned bosses and coworkers. I have walked/tan/hiked many different breeds, ages, and temperament pups and learned the ins and outs of dog walking :) I am pet first aid & CPR certified. I also raised my own pup on oahu from 8 weeks old! He is high energy so I know how to handle these behaviors and keep him active and happy- and can do the same for your fur baby! I am happy to take your pup on runs, walks, or to a dog park- whatever their favorite activity is 😊 I work part-time, so I am happy to take your pup out on days off or before/after work. I wake up at 4 am every morning to run my pup, and can definitely help out with your baby as well! I am extremely loving and enjoy nothing more than the company of furry friends. I take dogs on at the very least 3 walks a day, one usually to the park or a trail to have more freedom to play. I am happy to let pets sleep in bed with me but can also keep stricter rules in place.

About: I currently work at a Vet clinic. I’ve been working here for a little under a year now, while previously working at PetSmart as a dog trainer. While working at PetSmart as the dog trainer I also helped on the fish wall and handling/caring for the small animals. I trained dogs of all ages for about 4-5 months before finding a job in the vet clinic which is what I have always dreamed of doing. I have walked/tan/hiked many different breeds, ages, and temperament pups and learned the ins and outs of dog walking :) I am pet first aid & CPR certified. I also raised my own pup on oahu from 8 weeks old! He is high energy so I know how to handle these behaviors and keep him active and happy- and can do the same for your fur baby! I am happy to take your pup on runs, walks, or to a dog park- whatever their favorite activity is 😊 I work part-time, so I am happy to take your pup out on days off or before/after work. I wake up at 4 am every morning to run my pup, and can definitely help out with your baby as well! I am extremely loving and enjoy nothing more than the company of furry friends. I take dogs on at the very least 3 walks a day, one usually to the park or a trail to have more freedom to play. I am happy to let pets sleep in bed with me but can also keep stricter rules in place.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life. I’m currently a dog groomer, and I absolutely love my job! I have 2 dogs, Chowder and Rascal (mini Aussies). Although I am located in Waianae, I am willing to drive all over the island. My dog grooming studio is at my house, so I’m home most of the day. When I have multiple boarders I like to rotate them in the yard throughout the day. I have a kiddie pool as well that most dogs enjoy. I have a fenced yard and sturdy gates to keep everyone safe. I typically like to keep boarders from different families separate. If you’re comfortable with your dog being with others dogs, they will only play supervised to avoid any skirmishes. My Aussies are friendly but I only let them socialize if you’re ok with it.
