“We finally found a pet sitter for our 2 fur cat babies! It was our first time to get a pet sitter. And it was for 4 days. Lalaine is so awesome and the best! The moment she stepped inside the house, she started telling me what she was doing, what the cats were doing, how they reacted to her, if the cats were eating their wet and dry food, if they were pooing or peeing, with lots and lots of pictures and videos! She kept us informed the whole time about the cats. Oh, she even brought in my package for me. Would highly recommend Lalaine.”
“Kristen is a superior pet sitter. She took care of my dogs and chickens for 1.5 weeks and was on time for her visits. She made sure the dogs didn't escape from the fenced area, she played with the dogs, and even brought them a toy to play tug of war with. When we initially met, she had paperwork for me to fill out, which felt very professional, and in the meeting before we left, she took notes. When I was on my trip, I had forgotten to log into Rover from my phone, so in addition to submitting her photos and comments to Rover, she also sent me the pictures and comments to my phone directly. Lastly, our water system malfunctioned during the trip, resulting in beeping from the filter system. She took it upon herself to send me a video to inform me and asked me if there was anything I would like her to do to address the issue. This wasn't in her pet-sitting duties, but it was kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend Kristen for drop-in visits.”

"Stink" is a 50 lb rescue dog, Pitbull,Catahoula & Blue Heeler mix who is currently 4 years old, very friendly and submissive. Koa is a pitbull mix who is 2-1/2years old, also very friendly and has lots of energy. We also have an older pup who we rescued off the street. His name is Zeus and hes about 7 years old. He a bit of a mutt chihuahua, terrier mix. Zeus is smaller about 14 pounds, he is friendly but also can be a grumpy old man, very mellow. We lost 2 of our elder Dogs in 2019 to Cancer. Having new friends come and stay would be a joyful experience for all of us! Myself and my Husband both work from home, so we have lots of time to watch after your Dog and will never be left alone. For overnight visits, we are glad to send you pictures and updates Daily. We also offer drop offs and pick ups. Our Dogs sleep inside on a Dog bed or in our Bed. We do not chain up Dogs and prefer not to watch dogs that need to be chained up. We allow our Pup on the couch, but we are glad to follow all your house rules. If you have any questions, just ask! About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old for neighbors, friends and family. These people have relied on me to walk, feed, and board their pets. I have worked and volunteered at National Mill Dog Rescue for seven years where I have enjoyed socializing with dogs in a kennel or play yard, command puppy parties and walks, and have lead outreach programs and events. I'm from Seattle, WA but I currently live on the Big Island of Hawaii. Your Dog will love staying at my place, 3 acres in Hawaiian Acres, partially fenced with our friendly companion pups named Stinkaroo and Koa. "Stink" is a 50 lb rescue dog, Pitbull,Catahoula & Blue Heeler mix who is currently 4 years old, very friendly and submissive. Koa is a pitbull mix who is 2-1/2years old, also very friendly and has lots of energy. We also have an older pup who we rescued off the street. His name is Zeus and hes about 7 years old. He a bit of a mutt chihuahua, terrier mix. Zeus is smaller about 14 pounds, he is friendly but also can be a grumpy old man, very mellow. We lost 2 of our elder Dogs in 2019 to Cancer. Having new friends come and stay would be a joyful experience for all of us! Myself and my Husband both work from home, so we have lots of time to watch after your Dog and will never be left alone. For overnight visits, we are glad to send you pictures and updates Daily. We also offer drop offs and pick ups. Our Dogs sleep inside on a Dog bed or in our Bed. We do not chain up Dogs and prefer not to watch dogs that need to be chained up. We allow our Pup on the couch, but we are glad to follow all your house rules. If you have any questions, just ask! We'd love to do a meet & greet so we can make sure we're a right fit for you. Keaau, Kurtistown, and Pahoa are all 10 minutes from us. My husband and I work from home so we will have plenty of time to play with your pup, take walks, and potty breaks etc. We have a partially fenced in front yard, as well as a gate on our lanai so your pup can enjoy the nice weather safely. I am a huge animal lover and have grown up with cats and dogs my whole life with a specialty in senior dog care. We lost both of our senior dogs (one at 13, & one at 14 wonderful years) within a year of each other two years ago. Molly, our Border Collie was diagnosed with a blood disorder at age 8 which brought a lot of hospital visits, special needs, patience, and medication schedules.
