About: I have had dogs since I was 11, fostered dogs all through college, and currently have two dogs of my own. When fostering dogs I worked with all ages and breed mixes, from 6 week old puppies to senior dogs, dogs that needed basic training to dogs that had mild behavioral issues that required work before adopting them out. Now I have two dogs, a miniature schnauzer and an Australian Shepherd, who have helped me become an even more well rounded pet caregiver. I am more than willing to incorporate small, fun training sessions into walks to work on anything that might need work. Through my experience working with wildlife and with my own special needs dog I have had to administer many different types of medication, pill and injectable, and as extremely comfortable doing this if needed. I have also had cats in the past and am comfortable with their care needs as well. I have watched birds and I personally keep fish so I can take care of any small/exotic animals as well. Currently I am in Dallas on the weekends and will be moving here full time at the end of May. I am available all day on Saturdays until then for any walks or potty breaks your dog may need. Over the summer I will be available any day with the exception of Wednesdays and Sundays. I am more than capable of following any routines and instructions left for caring for your pet in your own home to make sure your pet is comfortable in their own environment. If your dog gets along with other dogs and enjoys play dates, I can even bring one or both of my well behaved dogs to keep them company.
About: Don’t get me wrong! I love dogs too, but I definitely have an obsession with cats. I’ve raised and taken care of cats since I was 8 years old. I grew up with multiple cats our home and have gone on to care for numerous others as an adult. I currently have two babies of my own, Rambo and Sweetpea. I’m very knowledgeable and understanding of cat behavior. As much as I love a snuggly cat I know not all cats are as friendly and know how to deal with more difficult cat personalities when encountered. Even if you have a scaredy cat, I’m sure we’ll become friends after a little time together… even if it’s just while we stare at each other from across the room. 😂

“We used Ireland to watch our Newfoundland for a few days over the eclipse weekend while we traveled to the path of totality. Ireland was extremely accommodating with the time of drop-off and pick-up. Seeing that we were dropping Zoe off on Friday night, I was afraid that we might interfere with Ireland's plans, but she reassured us that anytime was fine. We were afraid we might get held up in traffic coming back from TN, and again, she was extremely agreeable. She has a Newfie also, and it was good to know that Zoe would have another goofy-Newfy to play with. We will call Ireland again when we need somebody to watch Zoe!”

About: Welcome to my Rover page! Some basic info on me: my name is Crystal, and I'm currently a work-from-home full-time Customer Relations Manager. I've been consistently pet sitting since I was 19 (mostly for friends and neighbors), and I have a cat named Hobo. About: I have grown up with animals and am comfortable caring for tiny kittens to giant dogs. I have experience in training animals and better yet giving them love and care. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 12. I absolutely love taking dogs on walks or if they love a car ride! I am a very attentive listener, and will take care of any dog to the highest expectation. I will always sit around and play with them and keep them entertained for a long time! I am free always during this summer, so I can take care of any pet during any time. I do leave for Bama in August, but will love to continue walking and taking care of of dogs in Tuscaloosa! In your home, I will always make sure your dog is secured within the yard, on a leash, in a crate if needed, or being around them in the house! About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. I grew up with both cats and dogs in the house and have gone on to care for many pets of friends, family, and my own in adulthood.
