About: I’ve been dog sitting & cat sitting since I was 17 and have loved it since! I have 1 senior dog, and 2 cats that I couldn’t live without! I’ve been pet-sitting since high school, but have been using it as a side hobby since I’m in college studying social work! I’ve dog sat for puppies-senior dogs, and cats of all ages,I am able to administer medications, and love outside walks/play! I am in school full time, but have a reliable schedule & transportation. Monday/Wednesday/Fridays I am available anytime after 1 PM. Tuesdays and Thursdays I am available between 8 AM-11 AM and anytime after 3 PM. About: Growing up, I always had 4 pets at any time, and was in charge of all care for them! 2 dogs and 2 cats, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, litter, and lovings. I work full time Monday-Friday in downtown Augusta 8:30am-5:30pm. I’m currently not able to leave during the day for lunch time potty breaks unless it is very close to there. For home boarding and doggie day care, my boyfriend mainly works from home and loves sharing the love ! The app also doesn’t always quote the correct prices for me, so please message me if you have any questions :) For house sitting, I fully stay at your home and take care of your pet, as if I am at my own home. I always take care pets and the home itself. I will always leave a place cleaner than when I arrived! For boarding, we have baby gates to separate animals for their own time, etc, when necessary. I have grown up with two family dogs. One of them I had since she was a puppy and the other was a rescue that was around the age of two, but not exactly sure of his age. About: I’m the type of person that if I see someone handing out free puppies or if I see a lost dog, I’ll be taking them home. I’ve always had such empathy for animals, that on multiple occasions I have done this. For example, last year there was a man handing out free puppies outside of a petco. About: I recently received my Pet Sitter Certification from IAP Career College and have over ten years of experience working professionally with animals. From 2011 until 2013 I entered the pet services industry as a volunteer at the CSRA Humane Society. The Humane Society is the only non-profit no kill shelter in our community. “To tell you that Rachel and her husband were absolutely wonderful with our fur baby Hank, would not do them justice. She kept me up to date with pictures and videos throughout the day to let me know what Hank was up to and show me how much fun he was having at their house. They made sure to follow his feeding schedule, brushed him, ran him, and cuddled him all weekend. Their two pups are so friendly and welcomed my guy into their pack instantly. I knew he was in good hands with Rachel and her family. I didn’t have to worry about him while my husband and I were out of town, so we were able to enjoy our anniversary trip while he was on a little vacation of his own! I’m telling you, as a crazy worrier dog mom, I won’t think twice about leaving Hank with them in the future. If you need a sitter, these people are the people!”
