“We hit the jackpot with this family! They were all accommodating and loved on our boy. What a piece of mind to know our dog was cared for when we had to leave town. When we used to board our other dog at the vet it was more expensive and he would be hoarse from barking, always thirsty (I don’t know that they provided water for him) and sometimes his bed was in the laundry at pick up. Suspicious. This is such a better option and Bear was so happy he didn’t want to leave. Thank you all so much. We would love to use you again.”

“Ricky loves his home away from home. When my daughter picked him up, he didn't really want to leave. We are thankful he has this great place to stay when he can't travel with us. She takes great care of my geriatric, neurotic, deaf, and partially blind chihuahua. 100% Recommend if you are fortunate enough to get on her schedule!! Xoxo, thanks, Kimberly! With love, Ricky Ricardo's mom.”

“Karen took excellent care of Molly. I got regular updates and pictures. Molly looked super happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend her and have her sit Molly again.”

“This is my second time coming to Angie and Esteban and I have no complaints. She updated me everyday on how my dog was doing with cute pictures and after picking him up, I can tell he was taken very good care of. I will be coming back again!”

“Mikayla did a great job taking care of our pup. She was so sweet in every communication, gave us daily updates, and we could tell our pup was happy to stay with her. Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“Another great stay here. I know that my dog is taken well cared for while she is there. This is most important to me as my little girl is so old now. Great communication and very good sitter. Thank you!”

“Emmanuel took care of our pup, Fenrir, while we were out of the country. Fenrir seemed to really enjoy his time with Emmanuel. I would absolutely recommend Emmanuel to anyone who needs someone to watch their dog.”

“Jillian was extremely accommodating, and took great care of our Kobe! She sent updates and pictures daily to let us see that he was OK. We will definitely book with Jillian in the future!”

“It was nice to leave and feel comfortable with who we left our baby girl with. I received pictures during her stay and she appeared to be smiling in each one of them. She came home a happy, exhausted pup.”

“Cooper had an amazing stay at Beverly’s. He enjoyed her home and the comfort she provided. He got extra love and care that made us comfortable during our trip. Beverly sent us pictures of Cooper having a good time with her dog and dogs visiting her. We are so happy that she did not have any complaints about him and said that he was well behaved.”

“Tanya has a positive vibe. Her place was really clean. She asked all of the appopriate questions showing she was attentive to Tito's need. Would recommend and use again.”

“This was my first time using Rover.com and I thought it was a great experience. Bear got to experience something new. I'll definitely keep Jennifer in mind the next time I need a sitter. Thanks!”

“This was my first time using River. My dachshund Indie was well cared for by Eddy, Courtney and their children. Courtney updated me about how she was adjusting and photos of her doing her favorite things- napping in the sun, playing with her toys and getting lots of gentle pets and snuggles. Thank you for all the TLC!!”

“Michele and Trenton welcomed our 6 month old goldendoodle, Benson, into their home with open arms and made him feel very comfortable from the start. They provided regular updates and showed us how much fun Benson was having! We were so at ease knowing Benson was having too much fun to miss us. This was our first time using Rover, and Michele and Trenton provided the best experience - from their friendliness, to how they treated Benson like their own, to their excellent communication. We can’t thank them enough for caring for and loving on our pup in our absence!”

“Lauren and her family are awesome! They made our guy Charlie feel right at home, sending lots of pictures/updates and giving him tons of attention. It was our first time using River and they made the whole thing really easy. Definitely recommend!”

“Seriously fantastic. One of our pups was getting over an upset stomach issue when we dropped her off. Which means Sarah had to clean up some messes and we truly felt terrible about that. Sarah kept us up to date on how she was improving, and she took the extra care she needed which we are endlessly grateful for. Hopefully that never happens again, but we genuinely felt like Sarah handled it well.”

“Kim made our first experience with Rover so easy !! She cared for our pups like they were her own!! She’s very knowledgeable about dogs and will do anything to make your dogs feel comfortable!! I will definitely use Kim again !!”

“Kelly took such great care of our Lollie! Our dog can be questionable with other dogs but Kelly’s dog was so calm and well mannered, they are now best friends! She communicates great, sent us lots of pictures and kept us up to date. Kelly made Lollie feel right at home!! We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I have taken care of cats for almost ten years. I also own three of my own! Two black kitties names Bowser and Kitty, and one feisty tuxedo named Frankie! One of my favorite clients was a tabby named Sophie. I was her pet sitter for almost 8 years before she passed away. I grew very close with the family and developed a close bond with Sophie. She would recognize me even if it had been months since the last visit! I truly love providing dedicated care to my favorite animal. I firmly believe in the slow approach with cats, letting them get to know me and not pushing their boundaries. It works like a charm for me. My goal is to provide the best, most peaceful care to your kitties!
“Katie has set an absolutely new standard for us when it comes to pet sitters. Each visit she was attentive and made sure our cat that needed medication received it like clockwork and if you know cats, giving meds isn’t always easy. Her updates were fun to read and made it clear both our cats were happy and well cared for. Katie is such an animal lover and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care for their fur baby.”

As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. I pride myself on being dependable, attentive, and detail-oriented, ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away! I currently work part time 4 days a week. Im available for pet walking/drop ins on Monday and Thursday before 1:00. Wednesday I’m free after 2:30. And I’m available most of the day Friday and Saturday! You can trust me to safely walk your dog on a leash or to keep them within your fenced backyard, whatever the situation might be. I am comfortable putting them in a crate also. About: My family got their first dog, Princess, a Chinese Pug, when I was just 7 years old. She brought us joy for many years. We decided to add an addition to the family, Timber, a Golden Retriever, when I was 13. We got a second Golden Retriever, Poulan, when I was 15. These dogs brought me such joy and contentment for so long, when I was 23 I decided to get a dog of my very own. I got Rex, a Golden Retriever/ Labrador Retriever mix, when he was just seven weeks old. He is now my 12 year old fur baby. I wouldn't trade my life with him for anything in the world. I hope my Care and Compassion Fur Companions will ease the pain of separation while you're away from your beloved fur babies; and, know they'll be in loving hands. I work from home so there will be frequent snuggles and potty breaks. It's easiest to do meet and greets in the evening or weekend, but can accommodate a mid-week lunch time meet up if needed. I have a 3 sided fenced yard and my boy, Rex, to help keep your pup company while they are away from their pet parents.

I’m excited to connect with your fur babies! Because I am a college student, my full-time job is being in school. My schedule is very open and flexible so please do not hesitate to reach out last minute. I will make sure that your pet has an enjoyable and loving experience with me. I can easily follow any instructions you leave for me. I have experience putting dogs in their crates quickly, using wireless fence collars, ensuring their water bowl is always full, feeding them at the appropriate times and using correct portions, etc. I am excellent at maintaining open and regular communication with the pet owners. I will provide updates on your pet's activities, behavior, and any significant events. I can respond promptly to any concerns you might have. You will never have to worry that your beloved pet isn't receiving enough love in a trusted environment. My top priority is making sure your animal is safe and comfortable with me.

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own currently, Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

I have a friendly foster failure who loves other dogs, a dog door, a fenced yard, and a flexible work schedule. About: I have been a client on Rover for a long time. I’ve had many sitters watch my dogs and come in and out of my house. It was always so nerve wracking! Are they trustworthy? Do my dogs like them? Are they getting to my house on time to let my dogs out to go to the bathroom and to feed them? Are they being gentle with my dogs? All of these thoughts lead me to become a sitter on Rover once I put my corporate job on pause and became a mom. I have lived with pets my entire life and rescued my first dog 11 years ago. Since then, I have rescued two more pups and volunteered at a local rescue. Being a pet owner myself, I understand what it’s like to have someone take care of my animals that is kind, honest, and most important, trustworthy! It’s such a relief knowing our animals are in good hands and safe while we cannot be with them. My wish is to be that for others - a reliable, caring, honest, loving caretaker for your animal that not only makes you feel comfortable, but your animal as well. Time spent away from home and your animals should be 100% stress free. I am a mom of two young children and have a very flexible schedule. I am available weekdays and quite a few weekends to take care of your pets needs. I will make myself available and flexible to work with your animal and their daily needs. I understand the importance of a routine! Whether it’s a long walk or run in the neighborhood, playing fetch in the yard, or relaxing and snuggling, I am here to make your pet happy and comfortable.
About: I’m a dog owner myself, and I have always had dogs since a little kid, some that I trained as puppies. I also would help neighbors with their dogs, such as walking and watching them when needed. I am home most of time while my kids are in school and what better way to occupy my time than doing something I love and spending time with dogs. I will first make sure the pet feels safe with me. I will engage with them by playing with their favorite toys or going outside to explore.

“Jennifer was very communicative and responsive to the things that we addressed. Aster had a great stay with her. We are comfortable and confident to leave our pup in her care. We definitely will contact her again for future daycare and boarding. Thank you, Jennifer!”

“Xuizhen is soooo loving toward Ginny and greets her every Tuesday like a long lost friend. Ginny loves playing with Goofy - and the spoiling she gets from Xuizhen and her family. 5 stars for sure!”

About: I have always loved animals, since I was 8 years old I rescued my dog from the streets and gave her all the love, safety and quality of life. There are already 5 dogs of my own that I have taken care of and it is my first time to take care of other puppies Working from home allows me to care for and entertain the dogs during the day. This not only prevents them from feeling lonely but also provides me with moments of relaxation and fun. Taking care of pets at my home is all about fun and safety! I have a small but great garden with artificial turf where the furry ones can play and relax. I'm always watching to make sure they're okay and happy. Plus, I feed them and take them for walks to make them feel right at home. My goal is for them to have a blast and feel comfortable all the time!

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to cats and even rats. I have pet-sat for neighbors and family since I was 15 and have recently gotten a new cat since moving to college. I have also dealt with animals with special needs including my family dog that has seizures and another family dog that is deaf, blind and has to receive insulin injections after every meal. My schedule is currently very open and I am available any day throughout the week as well as weekends. I am not currently looking for too many overnight stays because I do have a cat of my own to watch after. I have a very spoiled cat of my own that gets all of the attention that I can provide as well as daily play time and brushing. I keep to a very strict feeding schedule because my cat does have some food insecurity issues so I try to be very mindful of that. While taking care of my family’s dogs that require medical attention, I keep a check off list next to the food in order to insure that their medications that are either taken with or taken right after food are administered accordingly.
“Charis did a wonderful job with my scardy cat dog. She was willing to meet her early and let my dog get used to her before their first walk together. She’s been super quick to respond and very communicative! It’s made me worry a lot less about my pup through the day!”

“Seven and I both love Kathy. She has been a huge help in bridging the gap between my travel and work schedule. She always responds expeditiously and is very professional!”
“Gina has been absolutely wonderful. She is reliable, kind, and truly cares about the dogs she walks. She always sends updates and makes sure the dogs get great, thorough walks. Alaska was always happy and well taken care of, and I felt completely at ease knowing she was in great hands. Highly recommend her.”

I am a college student excited to give love and care to your animals while you are away! I approach all with gentleness and care while reading what your furry family wishes to do next. I can handle dog walks, running, feeding, and cleaning any messes our friends make!
“Emily is amazing with our puppy!! She has walked him multiple times now and is very reliable and spends such quality time with him! It is hard being away at work but I feel so much better knowing he has such a great time walking and playing with her. She sends lots of pictures of him having fun and gives us updates on how the day went :)”

Sarah kept us up to date on how she was improving, and she took the extra care she needed which we are endlessly grateful for. Hopefully that never happens again, but we genuinely felt like Sarah handled it well.”

About: I’m a mom to 4 rambunctious children and 1 kid friendly chihuahua(14) and 1 loving husky pit mix(1). When most people meet my dog they are surprised at how friendly he is and how good he is with our young children. We used to have two dogs but we had to put older one down due to seizures and brain issues. In high school I worked in an army veterinary clinic as a veterinary assistant for a cooperative work experience program. My original plan in life was to be a veterinarian but after having to assist with some tough cases I decided just being a good pet owner and caregiver was more my speed. I’m a full time stay at home mom and love playing with my dogs and kids in my spare time. I’d love to help you care for your fur baby as well. I’m pretty flexible. I’m home days once I get my kids get off to school during the day. In the evenings and on weekends I take them to their respective practices or games but that doesn’t mean I don’t have time to care for and give your fur baby some love as well. I like to take my fur babies for about a mile walk in the morning and then my younger pup will go on another half mile walk with me in the after noon. My older guys stays home and chills but he gets lots of love and snuggles at home.
“Auburn kept our puppy Rocky over Thanksgiving break and she was wonderful! She kept us updated and he seemed to have a great time. She was very flexible on when we could drop off and pickup. I would definitely use her again in the future!”

“The dogs always have fun at Lina's. She has also helped when we have a grand dog to watch and comes by to walk the dogs. Hopefully no rain next time for our dogs! We look forward to using her again.”

“Aliya and her dad took great care of our pug, Charlie. It was our first time using Rover and I was worried about being gone so long because Charlie is an older dog with health issues. But he came home happy and healthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave him here again!”

“Megha is wonderful! Your dog gets a comfortable, happy place to stay where they are well cared for and you get peace of mind. We were nervous about leaving our Golden Retriever for the first time. But we knew from the initial meet and greet that Bunker would be in good hands. Megha has the perfect set up in her home to care for the dogs. She is focused on safety as well as knowing their routine to keep them on their schedule as much as possible. The daily updates and pictures were reassuring that our boy was doing well and having fun! We can’t recommend Megha enough!!”
