I have trained my dog in some basics like sit and come. I am currently out of school and have a free schedule. This makes it easier to care for your sweet animal! I am able to spend as much time as needed with your fur baby! I live in an apartment and have one very loving dog. My apartment had fenced in areas for dogs to run around in and lots of space for outdoor time. I have 2 rooms so I can keep my dog separated from your fur baby if requested. About: I have cared for kittens as small as a few weeks old, as well as cats older than a decade, and I have connected with strays other people thought could never be socialized. About: I currently pet sit often for my best friend. She has a rescue dog that has special requirements and I have gained his trust and go walk him and his brother when she travels. Understanding that the dogs past experiences can influence their behaviors is very important to me. Some need more patience and understanding than others. I work from home and love spending time with my dogs during work breaks. I can love on your baby during the day as well! I have a big home where your pet is welcome to roam. If they are crated at certain times, I can accommodate that as well. I have a small and large crate in the guest room. If I am stopping by to walk your dogs or feed your cats, I can give them treats and spend time with them as well!

I began caring for dogs professionally in 2007 as a doggy day care specialist. I went on to become a dog bather and completed training as a groomer in 2015. I love taking care of animals and care very much about their health and well being. I work part time during the week and on weekends as a massage therapist. My services include morning and evening walks, boarding, bathing, deshedding treatments, nail trimming filing and smoothing. Drop offs and pick ups are scheduled individually. Guest dogs will receive 2- 4 walks per day. Upon customer review I've decided to include an exit bath if my guest becomes heavily soiled during their stay. I enjoy spending quality time with my pets and guest pets. I have two pet friendly dogs and monitor the behavior of the guest pets on an individual basis. If the dogs have chemistry I allow them to play together. If not I give them individual areas to relax. Pets are crated if I have to leave the home. If you have any other questions please contact me. Dogs can sense our energy, which is why every time I am around a pet, I always seem to connect with them as I am always a calm person. I am so grateful for my Cooper boy, who I actually met on Rover and was one of my first clients. I fell in love with him, and coincidentally he was being rehomed. Therefore I took him in and our bond just grew stronger. We recently lost our beautiful Chango who is the white and black spotty baby you. About: I’ve taken care of every type of dog and cat, and even horses and small pets like fish, guinea pigs, hamsters, and bunnies, since I was a kid, from neighbors, to family and friends, and even friends of friends that have reached out to me personally because of my compassion and capacity to understand animals and love them like my own. I’ve just graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, and I’ll be working on my Masters in the same field, virtually in the fall. Though my cat has anxiety and I am unable to leave him alone at night, I am available to care for your babies any time during the day, as I will have a flexible schedule of online classes. When arriving at your home, I would carefully come in the door if you have escape artists, and I would allow them to adjust on their own terms to my company. I would cater to whatever needs they had, whether that meant spending time outside, going on walks, eating meals, taking medication, playing, or simply sitting in their presence.

About: I can’t remember a time in my life I haven’t had at least 4 or 5 dogs around me. My family calls me a dog whisperer. Me and dogs just.. understand each other… I think they read the “grandparent” energy I have for them! Every dog loves me because I take care of them and listen to them. I have a beautiful 5 acres and the house for them to stay in and also a 1,200 square foot air conditioned clean garage for them to play in as well as a good yard and a perfect place to walk them if anyone likes their dogs to have extra walks. Dog boarding and grooming and training is what I do and no one does it better! I care for all animals as if they were my own babies. Animals have this pure energy that comes from them and we just understand each other. I love playing with and being around the animals and they love to be around me the same way. I make sure to be careful about leaving dogs unattended I always assure safety first. But a close second to safety is freedom. They love feeling free. And I offer them that safely.
“First time user of a dog sitter and it was a complete success. Samantha asked all the right questions when we met and Charlie and Gizzy were happy campers. I really was impressed the with Rover cards that showed where they had walked and how long. I knew exactly where they were and where they had been. When we returned home we were met at the doors with tails wagging but I had to stop and wonder, were they glad to see us or did they think Sam was back to play. About: I’ve taken care of animals from a young age and I’ve grown to love it, I love it so much I’m going to school and turning working with animals into a full time career.
