I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! About: I have had experience caring for two elderly cats, including one that was blind, as well as a kitten. I cared for my blind cat for three years and my other cat for four years. I was always patient and gentle, especially when my blind cat would get stuck or lose her way. I learned to recognize when my cats wanted to play and when they preferred to be left alone. I would love to have another cat, and I'm excited about the opportunity to play with and care for cats again.

About: I owned cats for my entire childhood and part of my adult life. Once I got married I wasn’t able to get another cat since my husband is allergic. I miss taking care of an adorable cat! I love their aloof personalities and the trust you have to gain with them to get them to open up. I had a cat I rescued when I was younger who absolutely hated me at first but I knew cats are a slow race with a very rewarding. After many cans of wet food she became my best friend! She even learned how to use the toilet! She was an excellent cat I miss everyday.

I have trained my own puppies and also taken care of friends' and families' pets for years. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a neutered 1 year old Australian shepherd to play with your dog. Tambien hablo español si prefieres! I work from home so can take dogs out as often as necessary. For adult dogs, I usually let them out into my yard at least 5 times a day, or more if they need to go out or if it is a puppy or older dog. If the dog is in good health, we will go on at least one long walk in the neighborhood in the afternoon as well per day as well as playing with my dog in my yard. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a quiet neighborhood. We have a magnetic screen door so, once we make sure the dogs know how to open it, we let the dogs come in and out all day (weather permitting). My puppy would love to play with your dog all day in our yard and go for daily walks in our neighborhood. I'm happy to send daily photos/updates as you prefer.

About: I have had many dogs throughout my life. I was unbelievably sad when my last one died, so I am not ready for another pup just yet. So for now, yours will have to do! I like dogs of all shapes and sizes and have my own experience with complicated dog-life situations. My last one (a Bassett Hound named Mugsey) went through chemo for cancer, became diabetic and blind, aaaand deaf, aaand then developed urinary incontinence. I built him ramps for the couch and the bed. I gave him insulin injections for 2+ years. I fed him at psychotically specific times per day and with very precise amounts of food (ugh, diabetes). And I loved him just as much through those tough times as I did when he was healthy. I love all dogs more than most people and it would be great to take care of some again from time to time. Oh, and I made a trail that goes down to a river/creek from my backyard, and a big trail along the creek. Dogs love it, and so do I! I'll put up a big fence in the yard eventually, but for now... leash walks whenever the dog/dogs want to go! I have plenty of time to love on fur babies and meet their needs! Im always up early and ready to start the day! We have an open space home and an open space yard away from the road. Plenty of space to run around or walk around leashed or unleashed. We do not have any other animals in our home besides our two toddlers who are boys who love any animal.

About: I have owned at least one dog for as long as I can remember. In 2020, I lost my job during the pandemic and started pet sitting. I fell in love. I love my client’s pets like they are my own. I work Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm. I also get an hour for lunch that can be flexible. Weekends obviously work best for me. I’ve been dogsitting for 2.5 years while having this job and haven’t had any scheduling issues. I have lots of experience with free-roam dogs or kenneled dogs. About: Howdy! I’m a 28 year old guy with a love for animals and a lot of time on his hands. I’ve looked after at most 4 (personal/roommates) dogs in my own household at one time. I have two of my own currently. They’re my boys and we spend these days lounging around at home (it’s what we three do best!) About: Ever since I was a baby my household has had more than one dog at a time. I have taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I have never professionally taken care of other dogs but have had much experience with taking care of my own. I can handle taking care of multiple dogs at once (at some point in my household we had 6 dogs at once). With me, you'll never have to worry about your animals because I'll take care of them and give them as much love as I give mine. About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed!
