“Mary Grace was a godsend to our family. Our beloved and notoriously mischievous 11 year old /70lb shepherd mix is prone to stress and can’t be comfortably boarded in a facility. He is also getting older, so he struggles with separation anxiety and requires frequent walks and intellectual stimulation. Mary Grace was a perfect fit. She is extremely competent and conscientious. She met both Ranger’s needs as a full time companion (walks, feeding, engaging) and my needs as a concerned parent (pictures, updates, etc). It’s the first time we’ve traveled in years that I was not constantly worried about Ranger. I would not hesitate to book with her again or to recommend her to others. She is amazing and I’m so grateful for how well she cared for our boy.”

About: I have helped with animals my whole life. We’ve had cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits, parakeets. I enjoy playing and taking care of them. My friends have paid me to watch their homes and pets while they were out of town. I am a full time student but I’m currently online so I’m on the computer for maybe 2 hours at a time but I can take breaks and give pets the attention that they need. I have two cats that love new friends and are very friendly. We have a big ack yard but no fence soo I could walk them on a leash and I live in a nice neighborhood where many people walk there dogs.

About: Homeport - Indoor accommodation for your pet with large wooded lot on a private road in Harris County. A large deck to lay in the sunshine on pretty afternoons. Indoors we have an open floor plan that the pets are free to roam in. The pets are free or crated overnight based on your preference. We have a 7 pound Yorkie Poo who gets along with our houseguests, dogs or cats! We should have a meet and greet prior to them checking in at Homeport. We can schedule a meet and greet at my home for you and your pup to meet me and I y’all. I’ll be very flexible on the schedule of that. I walk them twice a day if your babies are accustomed to leash walking and have them out on the deck with other guests for playtime twice a day. You will receive at least one picture of their romping or napping everyday. I charge by the calendar day. The day you pick up (or I pick up) your pet and the day you drop off (or I drop them off) are both days that I have to accommodate you and your pet into my schedule and pet care is provided.I offer the service of taking your pet home the day of your arrival so that they will be there when you arrive home. Please let me know when you make your reservations what times you wish to schedule for pickup/drop-off and give me at least 24 hours notice if you need to make changes. If your dog is not fully house trained or has any accidents during their stay there is a $5 per day charge. All pets must be neutered and spayed. They must be dog friendly. For your protection, all pets are screened prior to acceptance. If pets are not picked up by closing they will board over night at owners expense. All pets will be checked for fleas and ticks. If any pet comes in with fleas or ticks, a bath might be required. All dogs must be up to date on shots Rabies, Dhlpp & Bordetella Pet care and boarding is my primary occupation. My entire day and night is focused on caring for your family member. We may go for a walk around my neighborhood or they may be in the yard with me while I work in my garden. About: Experience includes growing up with a mini farm to raising sugar gliders in college and now having my two yorkiepoo fur babies for the last 6 years. My toddler son and I have been doing drop in visits for our neighbors dogs for a couple years now and really enjoy the cuddles and play time! I’m a SAHM so my schedule is pretty open 7 days a week for drop by visits to include walks, potty breaks and play time. Having an open schedule makes it easy to pop over to your home to let your furry loved ones out to stretch their legs, be fed, play some ball, get tummy rubs or for walks. My two small sons are always with me but one spends most of his day snoozing while my 2 year old toddler would love nothing more than to throw the ball 100 or more times for your furry friend.

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for more than 20 years. My love and experience with dogs started at home—my dad was a dog trainer who worked with his own dogs as well as dogs belonging to friends and family. Growing up around that experience taught me how to understand canine behavior, respect each dog’s individual personality, and provide patient, attentive care. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs, and I especially love being outdoors. Hiking, nature trails, and exploring the outdoors are some of my favorite things to do, so when appropriate, I love taking the dogs in my care along for an enjoyable walk or adventure. I believe dogs benefit from both physical exercise and mental stimulation, and I always want their time with me to be safe, positive, and enjoyable. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I’m available Sunday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. I enjoy having a flexible schedule that allows me to give each pet plenty of attention, exercise, companionship, and personalized care. I provide pet care at the owner’s home through dog walks and drop-in visits. Check-ins can include potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and companionship. I am not currently offering overnight stays, boarding, or pet sitting in my home.
About: I’ve had many animals throughout my life and know that caring for them is my passion. I recently lost my Australian shepherd so this will be filling the void! I’m currently going out for maternity leave at work so my schedule is very open to all the fur babies. “Mary Grace was a godsend to our family. Our beloved and notoriously mischievous 11 year old /70lb shepherd mix is prone to stress and can’t be comfortably boarded in a facility. He is also getting older, so he struggles with separation anxiety and requires frequent walks and intellectual stimulation. Mary Grace was a perfect fit. She is extremely competent and conscientious. She met both Ranger’s needs as a full time companion (walks, feeding, engaging) and my needs as a concerned parent (pictures, updates, etc). It’s the first time we’ve traveled in years that I was not constantly worried about Ranger. I would not hesitate to book with her again or to recommend her to others. She is amazing and I’m so grateful for how well she cared for our boy.”
