About: My childhood cat was a shorthair tuxedo who loved my Little People play set as much as I did. We were able to safely and calmly integrate a multi-pet household when we got our family dog about 6 months after. Since becoming an adult with my own home, the cat pictured entered my husband's life before we got married, and we were again able to ensure a safe and happy environment when introducing my very large dog to this little cat. Always making sure their box is clean, their toys out from under furniture, and their perches in the warm sunlight just the way he likes it!

I've been able to assist in leash training from my own experience with large-breed dogs (German Shepherd mix, approx. 100 pounds) and know how to keep everyone safe, happy, and make time for play time! About: I've had over 20 years of pet care experience, ranging between several different dog breeds and sizes, cats, rodents, reptiles, and even some bird-sitting. I understand each pet is different in their own way, some needing certain medications or volumes of food and water, and other pets are easier to take care of, but their owners need someone last minute to help watch and take care of their beloved pets. I also know when it comes to more than one pet in the household, some pets can get rowdy with each other and may tend to hurt one other, so I'm used to cleaning up after and treating the occasional bites or scratches they inflict. My first dream job was to be a veterinarian because of my love for animals, but dogs more than anything else. I never call dogs “ it” I call them by their name and gender like they should be addressed. I’ve also volunteered more than once at K9 battle buddies. I know how to adapt to different dogs with different demeanors. I am a military veteran with more time on my hands than I used to have so why not spend this time taking care of walking, watching and playing with animals that I love If a dog is in my home, I will take care of them as if this dog is mine as if I brought this dog into my family. I will treat the dog love I will protect him or her as if they are my own. If I’m in the home of the owner, I’ll respect the dogs home as if I’m babysitting a child. I will respect the home of the owner as well.
About: I've had dogs in my life since I was a baby. I've been the person to take them on walks, groom, etc. I've cared for my cat and dog, I do their grooming, the dogs training and have learned from a service dog trainer. I've had my dog since she was 3 months old and my cat since she was 8 weeks old. I've pet sat for friends multiple times. I'm currently working full time, however my boyfriend also lives with me and helps me out with the care taking. He'll be doing potty breaks and walks as needed, while I handle the training, bathing, etc. I have a dog and a cat to keep your fur baby(ies) company!
