We booked with Stefani to watch our German Shepherd (who is 110% a people-dog) for 8 days. Stefani gave her so much one-on-one attention, long walks, unlimited play time, and all the things dogs love that she whined as we pulled away from her house! Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. Whether I’m boarding, house sitting, or stopping in for a visit, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels safe and cared for like family. About: Your dog will love it here. I have a large fenced in yard and am home most of the time. Your dogs would never be out of my site. I have a young Chihuahua/Jack Russell mix that loves to play with other dogs. We just moved from Florida to Dahlonega and am looking forward to watching doggies here. We are minutes from downtown Dahlonega and close to all the winery’s and many waterfalls and hiking areas. We also have a Mother-in-Law suite which is a one bedroom apartment with separate entrance if you need a place to stay. Check out all the photos of the dogs I have watched. I would be home with your pet for the majority of their stay with maybe a quick trip to the store They will get a fenced in yard with plenty of sunshine and couches to lay on in the lanai. With a fenced in yard and and a playful Lily and with lots of love from me, your dogs will love being here where they will be well taken care of.

“Esmeralda offered the perfect day care experience for our little morkie, Molly. We were visiting in the Blue Ridge area and had activities planned for two days that would not allow us to bring our pet along. Esmeralda's home was a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Our little morkie gets overwhelmed and stressed at boarding facilities. But she was happy and playful when I picked her up each day. Esmeralda sent updates and photos both days and was genuinely happy to see Molly each morning. About: I have taken care of and had dogs in my home since before I can remember. I come from a family of dog lovers who always had at least two dogs in our home. We absolutely adore dachshunds, but we don’t discriminate and I love all types of dogs, big and small. I am fairly active and love to get out and explore with my three puppies, but I also can be a couch potato and love to get snuggles from all of the fur babies. my three dogs have been trained by me and I absolutely love working with and hanging out with all types of dogs! My life wouldn’t be complete without them! I currently work from home three days a week and I’m home on the weekends. I go into the office two days a week, but that schedule is flexible. Usually, I am home all day long with the exception of the occasional grocery trip or workout class! We live in a big neighborhood with lots of greenery and plenty of places to explore. I can house dogs at my own house, but I have also sat at other people’s homes for seven years now. My three dogs are crate trained, and they sleep in their crate at night. They are allowed on the furniture, but they are not allowed on the bed. We also have a doggie door and a fenced in backyard! I am able to adapt to any dogs schedule as my puppies are very low key!
About: Since I was 9 years old I have been fortunate to grow up in a household that has always included dogs. Throughout the years, we have cared for a diverse range of breeds, including Terriers, Boxers, and Mastiffs and I wouldn't have it any other way (except for maybe more dogs). I was raised to care for and love them like I would any family member. I have administered medication to not only my own animals, but to others as well. Not only that, I can perform hygiene tasks such as bathing, brushing, etc. I work remotely and have the flexibility to create my own schedule. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pup while you're away! I have a fenced-in yard with ample amounts of running space. I have three sweet pups: a 13-year-old Westie, a 3-year-old Shepherd, and a yellow Lab who is less than a year old. They are happy to help keep your fur babies busy during playtime or snuggle next to them during nap time. If it's a pleasant day, we'll be outside playing in the yard or lounging in the shade. If not, there is plenty of room to entertain inside. We allow our dogs to relax on the furniture and welcome visitors to it as well; The couch is our favorite place to snuggle! I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. My senior boy is on oral medication; I've also administered medication to others in the past. I would love to love your sweet babe while you're away.

“We have utilized Rover four times over the last two years ... each time we have been disappointed. Until now. We booked with Stefani to watch our German Shepherd (who is 110% a people-dog) for 8 days. Stefani gave her so much one-on-one attention, long walks, unlimited play time, and all the things dogs love that she whined as we pulled away from her house! We received videos and texts every day with updates. Stefani will be our go-to dog sitter from now on! We almost did not book with her because we thought $55 was kind of high for dog sitting, but compared to the local kennels, the care and attention our dog received with Stefani was far superb than the top rated kennel in our area. She was worth every dime and we will absolutely recommend her and use her again!”

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and I've learned to care for and love them as family. I'd be so happy to look after your fur babies! My part-time job has a very flexible schedule, so I can dedicate lots of time to your pup while you're away. I have a small, 3-year-old dog who is shy at first but very friendly, and he'd love a playmate. Plus, my dog is allowed on all the furniture, and your pup would be welcome to join in on the comfort! I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your dogs! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays. I have a small, friendly dog who's a bit shy at first but warms up quickly to keep your dog company. I only crate my dog for short times when I'm out of the house.

She has a large fenced backyard that he could play in. She read all the information I had posted in Rover prior to our arrival, so she knew what to expect. We were attending a wedding in the area, and do not live nearby, or she would be our “go to” sitter.”

About: Hey fur parents, I just wanted to come on here and provide a 5 star service to you and your fur baby! Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. I look forward to doing some pet sitting or walking for you and your fur baby! I work part-time at the veterinary clinic (2 times a week for 5 hours a day) which gives me plenty of time during the week to play with your precious fur baby! I’m also a college student who has recently switched to online classes giving me even more time with your pet! I have a fenced in yard for endless potty breaks and plenty of play area! About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. Because of this I will be able to not only walk dogs in my neighborhood but take them to surrounding parks to walk and play! Along with taking dogs out my home is equipped with cat friendly furniture,scratchers and enrichment.
