About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

About: I have always been very good with animals ever since I was little. I like animals more than humans so I promise to take care of your pet like it is my own. I have volunteered at the Human Society and I am going to college to work with animals so I would love to care for your pet to gain more experience. I am currently home from college so I am free all day, Monday through Friday. Then starting in August I will be home Friday through Sunday. I have an unfenced yard but plenty of yard for them to run around and I have a in ground runner that they can be put on for some freedom. About: I have always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs. I have carried this love into adulthood and I enjoy having them in my life. When your four-legged family member is with us they will be treated as one of the family. They will be doted upon and they will be constantly engaged, touched, and talked to. We go for walks in our 1-acre fenced backyard, which facilitates safe rewarding exploration and discovery. We allow the visitors to play and interact with our loving and friendly standard poodles who are great role models to each other and to visiting pooches. Even though your baby will be on their doggie Vaca, We will still use every opportunity to encourage learning, good manners, and good behavior by giving treats and positive reinforcement throughout the day. Stability, engagement, routine, and structure makes a happy dog and we aim to make sure that every four-legged friend who lodges with us, is happy and never wants to leave. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.

About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. About: I've been taking care of my family pets as far back as I can remember! I have a small dog of my own who I spoil beyond belief. I love cats and dogs of all breeds, ages, and sizes and I truly believe they deserve every good thing life could possibly offer them. I've dealt with all the ups and downs of having pets from allergies, injuries, diets, and fleas to cuddles and grooming. I'd love the opportunity to meet your pet and help you give them the attention and care that they deserve! I'll be available all summer outside of the evenings Friday-Sunday due to my part time job. During the fall I'm free every Monday and Wednesday. I'll also be available from morning to noon on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. My own pets have taught me so much about caring for dogs and cats. I understand their body language when they are agitated or hurt and I pay close attention to the things that catch their eyes. I had a small yorkie with hip dysplasia and cushings that required meds frequently and I had a black lab mix that has also passed away, who was blind in one eye and deaf. I offer companionship and exercise for your pets when you're away. I can help with training, taking them for long walks, going to the restroom, administering medications, or just being an awesome petter for your puppy (because all dogs are puppies, no matter how old). I occasionally work weekends from 8-2pm at a hotel, but am usually up very early and can walk your dog as early as 5am if needed. I have a fully Remote job and will be able to spend the majority of the day with your pets. **Constant 24/7 care will have a higher nightly rate, if they are not able to be left alone in any capacity, as I will have to rearrange my schedule. When I walk my dogs, I prefer them to be in a harness for their comfort and safety. I make sure to watch the dogs closely, so if I see any signs of stress, I will promptly remove them from the situation. During the summer months especially, I will make sure to walk them early in the morning or in well shaded areas to make sure their paws are well protected from the hot pavement. I carry a dog water bottle with me on my walks, so they always have access to clean water if needed. When dog sitting, I take them out constantly, offer lots of playtime and stimulation while there, and always make sure the area is clean.

About: I have a 13 years old dog who has been with me for ten years! I’ve had tons of experience with feeding, giving medicine, and of course baths. (He also wears diapers and grippy socks so I do have some senior experience). I work part-time and I am in college online so I am very free! About: I have always been very good with animals ever since I was little. I like animals more than humans so I promise to take care of your pet like it is my own. If it is something I have not done before a brief instruction ahead of time is required but once you show me one time I am comfortable administering any kind of medication. My care for an owner's pet or respect for their home is curated based off of each client. About: *Update: In regards to the new weekly feature, I can only do so in YOUR home. I am a cat person but I also love dogs. I'm an equal opportunist lol . I've taken care of cats, dogs, even hamsters, fish and plants for neighbors, friends, family and later on for clients through apps like these. I started taking care of pets at age 10 which was around the same time I got my cat, Allegra. I loved her like my own child. We would even take walks together. She lived a good 14 years but that of course was still too short for me. She was a family member to me, not just a cat. She was even kind to the random strays I would bring home and be forced to return lol. I also grew up with my dog Angel (pictured). She lived for 14 years too. Her last few years were rough and she was on a lot of medications. I have experience administering those. We had to put her down and that was such a hard decision. Another family member lost. I'm still proud that they both lived long lives. I've had other cats short term since then. I adopted a black cat, Maleficent Marie, in February 2023 and shes my new fur baby. I started using Rover in 2018 when it first started but deactivated because I lived in areas that didn't use the app at all. I can't wait to meet your pet and I'll make them a priority like they're family! I'm currently working part time and have a very flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to drop in or even stay with your furry family members. My home is not open to animals at the moment and I can sincerely vouch that I will treat your home respectfully like mine or anyone else's. I'm also fully vaccinated and take Covid seriously. I don't mind wearing a mask for long hours or at all and will abide by any covid restrictions you personally have. My goal is to build a trusting relationship and to have more repeat clientele!

About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.
