About: I don't have any professional experience, but I've grown up in a family that has housed a lot of dogs and cats since I was born. We've had 4 dogs and 7 cats from my early childhood until today, so while I did obviously have the rest of my family to assist with them, I've still had firsthand experience with a lot of different behaviors and habits of these pets and how certain traits or preferences vary between them. I finished college at UGA recently, so I'm currently at home full-time. Pet care would be pretty easy to fit into my weekly schedule. I always try to make sure I feed my cat her treats once a day around the same time, so consistent feeding and cleaning wouldn't be that much harder with additional pets. I am gone some evenings on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but other than that my time is fully open to help your pets stay relaxed, happy, and healthy. My backyard has a fence, but it's currently old and unrepaired, so the gates cannot close properly, so any pets prone to running will be staying inside or on a leash. My house is very small, but my front and backyard are very spacious, ideal for pets that are uncomfortable in small spaces. My cat can be skittish around other animals, so I will need to keep her in a separate space from them, but my family's done that with many of our cats, so it will not be a problem for the client or their pets. My roommate stays inside most of the time, so but he's also very friendly and should not pose any issues for the pets.

“Winston had a wonderful day with his new friends James, his wife De and their dogs Charlee and Chloe. James did everything we could ask for and more to make Winston's stay a success. We received lots of photos throughout the day showing all the fun Winston was having. That allowed my wife and I to enjoy our day together knowing Winston was being well cared for. This was the first time we used Rover.com and it was a great experience. We will definitely be booking with James again.”

“Xionella is an excellent doggy dear care provider. My dog was happy staying with her and he made new friends with two of her dogs. I definitely will come back for her service again.”

About: I have always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs. I have carried this love into adulthood and I enjoy having them in my life. When your four-legged family member is with us they will be treated as one of the family. They will be doted upon and they will be constantly engaged, touched, and talked to. We go for walks in our 1-acre fenced backyard, which facilitates safe rewarding exploration and discovery. We allow the visitors to play and interact with our loving and friendly standard poodles who are great role models to each other and to visiting pooches. Even though your baby will be on their doggie Vaca, We will still use every opportunity to encourage learning, good manners, and good behavior by giving treats and positive reinforcement throughout the day. Stability, engagement, routine, and structure makes a happy dog and we aim to make sure that every four-legged friend who lodges with us, is happy and never wants to leave. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.

“Delmina was so patient with my puppy during the meet and greet and during his very first time away from us. She was so thoughtful to send updates and photos throughout the day. I look forward to using her again”

About: I have been loving and caring for dogs since I was a young girl. We always had a dog in the family and I was the one who fed, watered, and did all of the basic care for each of them. I spent a lot of time outside with our dogs, playing toss, catch and tug-of-war, and generally keeping them busy. Going for walks was a big deal back in the day and it was and is good for both of us. When my daughter was young, we would go for walks with her in the stroller and our dog by our side. I also took my service dog on a two month trip across the country. He was safely secured in the back seat, while we drove and then went into all the stops with me. We both had a great time and he enjoyed all the stops as much as I did!! You see, I like to treat dog like people. I believe they understand a lot of what we say to them and I know they love to be petted and scratched, so that's what I do to show each of them love. I've been retired for several years and I live alone.. I don't have a lot on my schedule so I want to take care of dogs to fill my daya and evenings with furry friends to love and play with. I keep water available for them and always have treats on hand (if they are allowed). I have a dog friendly home and a screened in front porch as well as a fully fenced front yard. Your much loved dog will be very safe at my home as well as cared for. I only have one dog, so once they get to know each other, they can play together both inside and outside. I only care for small and medium size dogs and only one family at a time, so that you know your pet is very safe here. Looking forward to meeting you and your best friend.

About: My experience consists of watching family and friends dogs and occasionally cats. I had a small yorkie with hip dysplasia and cushings that required meds frequently and I had a black lab mix that has also passed away, who was blind in one eye and deaf. I offer companionship and exercise for your pets when you're away. I can help with training, taking them for long walks, going to the restroom, administering medications, or just being an awesome petter for your puppy (because all dogs are puppies, no matter how old). I occasionally work weekends from 8-2pm at a hotel, but am usually up very early and can walk your dog as early as 5am if needed. I have a fully Remote job and will be able to spend the majority of the day with your pets. **Constant 24/7 care will have a higher nightly rate, if they are not able to be left alone in any capacity, as I will have to rearrange my schedule. When I walk my dogs, I prefer them to be in a harness for their comfort and safety. I make sure to watch the dogs closely, so if I see any signs of stress, I will promptly remove them from the situation. During the summer months especially, I will make sure to walk them early in the morning or in well shaded areas to make sure their paws are well protected from the hot pavement. I carry a dog water bottle with me on my walks, so they always have access to clean water if needed. When dog sitting, I take them out constantly, offer lots of playtime and stimulation while there, and always make sure the area is clean.

We always follow instructions closely to keep your animals safe, happy, and on their normal routine. I have experience administering antibiotics in pill form and antibiotics in dropper form. I am no stranger to ALL of the responsibilities of pet care. I am very physically fit and capable to hand large and small dogs. I am available in my weeks to accommodate your schedule, and the upcoming seasons do not intimidate me from making sure your dog is cared for and happy. I love to run and play and learn the personalities of all dogs and like to think I bring out the best in the dogs that I have cared for. -Grown up as a care giver to my own dogs so far I have had 5 since I was a child. -Can administer antibiotics in pill and dropper form -Physically fit to walk, run, and play -Not afraid to clean up waste or any other dog messes - Have had dog walking and sitting experience for friends and family - I LOVE DOGS!!!! - I have a flexible schedule Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was a very little girl. I have grown up with golden retrievers my whole life and my earliest memory of my first dog, Koa, was taking naps on his belly when I was about two.It was my favorite place to nestle into, and honestly not much has changed! In my home our animals have always been treated and loved like members of our family. My mother is maybe the ultimate care giver and would always take in stray dogs that we would care for until their owners were either able to retrieve them or help find strays new homes. There is something so special to me about the bond between animals and humans and to me life is not as valuable with out it. My experience administering medication Yes. If it is something I have not done before a brief instruction ahead of time is required but once you show me one time I am comfortable administering any kind of medication. Im currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry loved ones! My schedule is also flexible so if anything changes I am able to be more accommodating . My care for an owner's pet or respect for their home is curated based off of each client. Of course my foundation is caring for your home and animal as if they were my own and how I would like my things and animal cared for.

“Anita was amazing with my Jimmy. She sent constant photos and he loved all the interactions with her dogs. With a new baby at home, he sadly doesn't get much play time so the throughly enjoyed his stay and hopes to do it again next time we leave! Couldn't promote Anita more :)”

“Yanjin was amazing with our two dogs Loly and Troy. We got updates everyday during our trip and she was playful with our dogs. Highly recommend and will utilize again in the future :)”

“This was our first time using Xionella for our two small pups. She was very accomodating in letting us do a home visit prior to the time she was going to take care of them. She was great at keeping us updated with pictures and very communicative.”

“Thank you Becky for talking care of my big goofy dog Jasper. He is looking forward to coming back to hang out. I can tell he had a restful and relaxing weekend. You're awesome!”
