He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. We are so grateful to Julie and her family for the wonderful care they gave our pup, and we can’t wait for him to stay with them again. Highly recommend!”

About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Dogs are like humans, with legs lol I understand them and they always tend to come to me with out me speaking, its like a spiritual connection we have with out words. “When my usual Rover sitter was unavailable, I found Ashley to watch our Charlie for a busy Friday evening-Sat afternoon. She was highly responsive when I first reached out, and we briefly talked on the phone and it was clear she was thoughtful and would be attentive to our 1.5 year old Cavalier. She made herself available to the drop-off and pick-up times that were most convenient for me, and sent reassuring pictures throughout the stay. I wouldn't hesitate at all to have our pup stay with Ashley again in the future. Great experience.”
“Tiffany did a wonderful job with our Evie. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout the week. Her home was very tidy, and she made a special space for Evie. When we picked her up, her kitty box had been cleaned, and all of her belongings were well organized. Evie is very shy, but she seemed to do well at Tiffany's home. We will definitely use her again, and we recommend her highly.”
“Tiffany watched our cat during the Thanksgiving holiday. We were coming up from Florida to have Thanksgiving with my family and our kitty couldn't come because of all the dogs. He's a sensitive guy and isn't used to being away from his dog brother so we really wanted to make sure he was coddled (lol) and felt comfy in a quiet space and she definitely made sure he got what he needed. She updated us multiple times a day and it was so helpful to know he was safe. If we are ever back up in that area, we would def book her again. We so appreciated the care, concern, and love she had for him.”
About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was little and have years of experience helping friends, family, and neighbors with their pets. I’m reliable, responsible, and truly love animals. I treat every dog like family and have great references from people who trust me with their pets. I’m currently in cosmetology school and also work a part-time job Tuesday through Saturday, usually until around 5 PM. Even with my schedule, I always make time to give pets the attention, care, and love they deserve. I’m dependable, organized, and committed to making sure your fur baby feels safe! “Charity and her whole family were amazing!! They treated Millie like she was a part of their family which made us so much more at ease being out of the country. She sent us professional like pictures of her every day and updates as to how she was doing. She even let us know that Millie may have allergies due to some paw licking. She was incredibly communicative and Millie seemed so happy! I’m honestly surprised she wanted to come home with the amazing time she was having!! So grateful that they were so good to her and hope Millie will be welcome in their home again!”
