From the moment I dropped him off, she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured that he was in great hands. She kept me updated daily with messages and pictures of his activities, and it was clear that Frankie was happy, relaxed, and truly enjoying himself — he looked like he was right at home. What meant the most to me was her kindness and flexibility during a very stressful time for me. I am currently in the hospital recovering from back surgery, and at the last minute my doctor told me I needed to stay another night. I reached out to Lori hoping it wouldn’t be a problem, and she immediately reassured me not to worry and that Frankie was perfectly fine staying another night. That simple kindness gave me so much peace of mind while I’m here recovering. Lori has been so attentive and loving with him — honestly, she spoiled him! She took such good care of Buster - sent me photos everyday, sent me updates on how he was doing, and she made sure that he enjoyed himself. I would give her 6 stars! She made sure to know and follow his routine. He is relatively new to my home, as he was a rescue and had only been with me a couple of months. From his behavior when we got home, I know he was made to feel secure and cared for while he stayed with Glynis and her family.
