“We used Jennifer's services for an overnight stay at her home. Jennifer was great to work with and very flexible around our schedule. Our pup Sadie had a great time! I would definitely use Jennifer again.”

“Graham had a wonderful time with Lindsay & her warm/caring family. We reached out a few days before 4th of July (and our wedding) panicked that Graham’s original sitter was busy. Lindsay was quick to respond, asked questions to ensure Graham’s stay was comfortable, and was very tentative to his needs (kindly keeping in touch and making accommodations to ensure that Graham was well taken care of). When my husband picked up Graham, Lindsay’s daughter sent our little pup home with a cute one-of-a-kind drawing and hugs. Lindsay and her family did not just pup sit for us - they treated Graham like family (and that makes us very very grateful). Graham looks forward to his next stay (and next time his little sister Pandora will join) ?”
“Lidiia took amazing care of my Sheba for two weeks. She was incredibly accommodating and even extended the boarding time twice, which I deeply appreciated. She made sure Sheba was comfortable by boarding her in her own room, giving her the privacy she loves. I couldn’t have asked for better care.”

“Shilpi was amazing!! I have never felt as comfortable leaving my fur baby when going away. Shilpi made the process so easy and gave us steps to make sure we remembered everything. While we were gone she sent many updates and pictures and I could tell my dog was safe and happy. They did a phenomenal job making sure she was eating well and enjoying her stay. When we picked her up too, she seemed so well kept and her fur was so soft and clean which hasn't always been the case when we have left her at other places. I will absolutely be leaving my dog with them again and I know I will feel 100% safe and happy doing so! Thank you to them for taking care of my fur baby ♥️”
“Always an amazing experience. My two dogs were loved, pampered and had a great time. Thanks for all you did for Tod and Merle I especially appreciate your willingness to keep Merle at the last minute”

“Tracey was great! She helped us out with a last min stay and took such great care of our dood, Miko. She sent plenty of updates and photos, and he came home happy, tired, and clearly well loved. So thankful for her flexibility and the care she gave him. Would absolutely book again!”

“Kerri and her husband were absolutely outstanding! Our lab / pit mix Loki had an amazing time staying with them, I could tell from all the beautiful pictures they frequently sent me. Kerri stayed in touch throughout our trip and was extremely professional. I could tell that they really loved Loki and were sad to see her go. It's very comforting to know that Loki has made some new friends and she doesn't need to be stressed out anymore when we are out of town.”

“We’ve been using Nataly for over a year. She truly cares about our 2 dogs, and ensuring they are happy and healthy during their stay. She sends photos and updates every day. We are grateful to have her part of our family!”

“We booked same day sitting with Stosh for our dog,Sheru. And Stosh sent wonderful daily photo updates and food schedule. Sheru was so happy and relaxed when we got home!"We would gladly book with him again. Thank you Stosh for taking such a good care of him, really appreciate it…..😊”

“Rene was fabulous with my little morkie Stella! She sent me multiple updates a day as well as pictures. I will be using Rene again in the future and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!”

“Tammy is outstanding, our puppy enjoyed the time with Tammy provided continuous feedback and pictures giving us a sense of security that our puppy was very well cared for during our vacation. We will not hesitate to book with Tammy again for care of our puppy while we are on travel. Cecille and Jerry”

“This was our first time ever leaving our Cockapoo with someone other than family. Can't even express how wonderful of an experience we had with Gretchen and Marc! They keep of informed with texts and pictures and it was evident that our Chloe was being loved and spoiled! We will definitely be bringing her back and we are looking ahead to future dates with the hopes Gretchen and Marc aren't already booked!!”

“DeAnne was awesome with updates during DOG's stay. The dogs got along great and I know DOG enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely use DeAnne's services again.”

“Just wanted to get on here and say I highly recommend Reyna and her husband, our story is a bit different, you see we have, my husband and I , a cane corso mix with pit male dog Moses. . He’s my baby and my what our kids call my empty nester dog lol. He follows me everywhere and he’s the biggest cuddle bug, he sleeps at my feet you get the point…he’s my baby. So when we decided to take our adult kids and grandkids to Tybee Island for the week, we started looking at where to board him since he’s never been on a trip that far away and the house we had rented had a policy on bully, big dog breeds. We had boarded him before, with a different company, 2 times before. The second time though when we picked him up he was acting very skittish, he was cowed down, his nails were jagged and the lady at the desk said he had had diarrhea, which they never told me when I called for a update. Needless to say I was upset and so when looking for a boarder this time we were very cautious, and concerned. I read all the reviews on Reyna on Rover and I told my husband I like this one. We met with Reyna and her husband and Moses done so good, he ran the yard, played fetch , met their other dog and seemed so content. They went over how they hade separate sections for the dogs to play in, the kennels, we felt so good bout them. Dec 26 we ended up running late to drop off Moses before our trip so all the other dogs that they were boarding was outside, but Moses got anxious bout all the barking, Reyna and her husband took Moses into the kennel and assured us that they would bring him out, after getting all the other dogs back in, to acclimate him. Bring out several dogs at a time. They said they would update us. So after talking to them a bit and feeling better about leaving him, we drove back to Blue Ridge. Reyna ended up calling me a couple hours later and asked how to get Moses back in the house, that he was nervous, and anxious and he wouldn’t come to her. She had tried for over 30 minutes before she called me. I told her some stuff to try, when I called back she said it wasn’t working that he was just very scared acting. She also had I think it was her sister that’s a trainer, trying to get him to come to them, they sit in the ground with him, she told me that she knew someone that could come by our house to check on him but I didn’t wanna leave him at our house that long. So I called our vacation rental company explained what was going on, thankfully they made an exception with a bigger pet deposit and I told Reyna just to leave him alone and we were on our way to get him. When we pulled up, he came running up to us, Reyna said he was a different dog when we got there, he sit while they petted him, and put his leash on, the kids were petting him. She and her sister kept apologizing and saying they tried everything to get him to come to them but he just kept running away and running around. I am super grateful that she called me instead of just putting him in the kennel and leaving him there. She was genuinely worried bout him instead of just making money off of him and for that we do recommend her and her husband for boarding. Her husband called to check up on us and Moses the next day, and he apologized that Moses wasn’t able to stay and how they tried so hard to get him acclimated. I said it was all good, that Im glad they called me. That meant so much to us that they cared so much. He’s my baby and I wouldn’t want him to be miserable. So Moses got to go on a beach vacation, he did amazing on the ride down and back and he made new friends wherever we went while we were there.”

“Yami is wonderful and our dog Bailey loves her. My puppy was sad when she came back cause she missed them soo much! I will definitely use them again and will also recommend to my friends.”

“Bailey took great care of our dog, Nero, and we absolutely loved her service! She was so attentive and kind, sending us videos and pictures every day so we could see how he was. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend Bailey to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!”

“Amy is awesome, had a last minute pivot in travel plans and she was easy to communicate with and understanding of our situation. It’s been hard finding a dog sitter in my area who we can trust. She sends updates, and photos which always settles us when we’re away.”

“As always Courtney is amazing. Our sweet boy Auggie is pretty skittish, but Courtney is patient and still makes an effort to try and get him to come out of his shell for some snuggles. She keeps us well informed and takes the cutest photos of our baby. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a pet sitter!!”

“Nataly took great care of our dogs. She made sure our dogs had proper walks, get food and their treats. She kept updating us about their day. We were very pleased with the stay and will definitely use Nataly again for our future stay.”

About: I had three miniature dachshunds until they all eventually passed away from old age. I treated them as if they were children. I am very in tune with an animal’s needs and emotions. Animals that I have never met before, usually take to me right away. When I cared for my father-in-law’s dog for two weeks, he did not want to return home with him….lol. I hate to see any animal suffer or be in danger. I go as far to remove turtles from the road so that they do not get hit and I have tried to save numerous injured birds in the wild. Animals, especially, dogs, provide so much unconditional love. I am a retired law enforcement officer. Thus, I have a lot of availability. I am available Sunday-Saturday 24 hours as long as I am provided at least a short notice. I have a fenced in back yard that I always ensure is securely locked at all times. I would pet proof home ensure no medications or cleaning products, etc are accessible to pets. Also, I would only feed what the owner wanted the pet to be fed.

Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. Along with taking dogs out my home is equipped with cat friendly furniture, scratchers and enrichment.

“Her flexibility was so very important on this trip and she went with the flow of our revisions amazingly well. She's terrific and very loving to our dog Betsy who is deaf and 13 years old. Betsy was held and cuddled the entire stay. It's obvious that she's a committed and caring dog lover. What a treasure in these hills! Highly recommend her services to any and everyone considering her to care for your dog! You won't find better!”
“We came down from Michigan for a wedding and just needed someplace for my puppy to hang out while we attended the ceremony and reception. Arya and Jinghua were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Most importantly, my puppy had a great stay. This was my first time using Rover and was extremely nervous about leaving my baby but this was a great experience. I would recommend Arya and Jinghua and would have them watch my dog again if I’m ever back in the area.”

“Great experience! Recently my dog stayed several hours with DeAnne. She took excellent care of him. He’s now scheduled for two nights of boarding. I’m very happy to have found DeAnne on Rover.”
“Max enjoyed his time with Lena. She was very attentive to him and provided him with great care during his visit. This was his first time away from his family, so her kindness was very important. Max made a new friend with Lena's Yorkie, Freddie. Lena sent us a very nice photo of the two new friends. We will definitely contact Lena for future visits to that area. Thank you very much, Lena!”

I have an existing relationship with a local vet who also provides emergency care. I am up early to help my son get ready for school, so coming to a pet’s home multiple times a day to provide care fits easily into my schedule. I am available for multiple visits and happy to provide communication about the visit. I care for pets in the client’s home according to the guidelines provided while observing the pet for any health or behavioral concerns. I communicate frequently and have an emergency vet ready if it should ever be needed.

“Goldendoodle Queisha took wonderful care of our 6-year-old Goldendoodle. We really appreciated the updates and the stress-free boarding experience for the day. We look forward to using her services again in the future.”

“Lauren was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about leaving my fur babies, but Lauren kept us updated and sent pictures everyday throughout the day. She made this first time experience great! I will most definitely use her services again!!”

“Max had a great time at Pats place. Her place is very organized and she made sure Max was comfortable with meet and greets of the other dogs that would be with him during his stay. We were coming in from out of town and her communication always prompt and friendly. I highly recommend Pat and would use her again if ever back in that area.”
