We were traveling internationally and they drove our dog across town to OUR emergency vet immediately. They also helped me communicate with the vet while he was hospitalized. When we returned home they offered to drive our other dog to our home for us while we were navigating continued emergency care. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. About: I have always loved dogs and I have decided that I want to be around dogs in my free time because it makes me happy! I am a soon to be retired school teacher and want to spend my time now with animals especially dogs! For the next 10 months I will be still working my teacher schedule and would like to get a head start on my next venture. About: I have experience with all walks of life when it comes to animals. From fish to farm animals. I have two cats and two dogs and chickens and goats and pigs and ducks. Along with house birds. I am currently not working. I am a stay-at-home mom. So my schedule is pretty open. Especially to boarding I have the space for it. TimeWise I do work around my toddler schedule for dog walking and Cat sitting. I have a fenced in backyard. A very large house. I also have four kids that love animals. So an animal that loves kids would be preferred. But not completely out of the question if there is a child issue I can just keep my kids away from the animal. Pretty easy to fix.

“Jan & Kaio went above and beyond for our pups. One of our boys developed a very serious medical issue while staying with them and they handled everything perfectly. We were traveling internationally and they drove our dog across town to OUR emergency vet immediately. They also helped me communicate with the vet while he was hospitalized. When we returned home they offered to drive our other dog to our home for us while we were navigating continued emergency care. They made one of the most stressful moments of my life far easier and they were so kind every step of the way. (Our sick boy is now fine.) I could not possibly recommend them more.
