“We just returned from a week's vacation in Florida and Stacy cared for our two shih tzus for the week. I can't say enough good things about our experience with her! This was our first time using rover.com so we weren't sure quite what to expect, and we were naturally a bit anxious leaving our fur babies. Stacy put us at ease right away. We had a meet and greet so the dogs could warm up to their new environment and meet Stacy's pets as well. When we dropped them off, I felt comfortable knowing they were in good hands. Stacy administered meds to one of our dogs daily, and provided us with pictures, videos, and email updates several times a day. She even gave them baths! More than anything, we felt like she genuinely loved and cared for our dogs the same way we would, and that is very hard to find. We will definitely use her services again in the future. About: Registered Veterinary Technician who works emergency medicine on the weekends looking for extra work through the week. I can’t stay at your house overnight, but your pet can come to mine. I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. I work at an emergency clinic in Atlanta on the weekends and right now I’m free through the week. I can try my best to work out whatever you need help with. I can keep non child friendly cats in a different area, but dogs must be child friendly. I do have cats & ferrets, but they can be kept separately if your animals are not cat & small rodent friendly. About: Over the years, my husband and I have had several pets, from cats to dogs to lizards to chinchillas. At one time we had 9 indoor cats. We have a soft heart and it’s difficult to turn away a stray. Any time we see a stray in our neighborhood, we do what we can to find the owner. Our two dogs have accompanied us on many day hikes and they both love the outdoors as much as we do. One of our dogs, Rosie, was a stray that we took in at 1-year-old. She is now 16. We adopted our other dog, Clayton, at the age of one. He is now 12. We have deeply loved all of our pets and look forward to new pets in the future. The bond between humans and animals can be so special. It is something I cherish. I look forward to caring for your fury family member! I am a Yoga Teacher and teach only a few classes per week. I am also an artist. I have a lot of flexibility in my daytime schedule to care for and/or walk your pet. I am a responsible and reliable person. About: I’ve had a dog for 16 years now in my own home! Aside from my own dogs, I have been a dog sitter for about 5 years for many different families. Currently I own a high energy 2 yr old golden retriever! In the past I have had a westie terrier, husky/german shepherd mix, and an apple head chihuahua!
