She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

She sent me daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. Jamie was also super responsive, answering all of my questions and keeping me informed the entire time. Luna looked so happy and comfortable—almost like she was on her own little vacation! We moved over to the area from KS and were need in boarding for when we took trips that were not dog friendly. I feel like I have no need to look anywhere else. “I hesitate to leave a review, honestly, because I don’t want more people taking up all of Amber’s availability! She really helped me out of a jam—two jams, actually—when she accepted my last-minute booking (like, basically 24 hours notice) when my other sitter canceled for an emergency, AND she VERY generously agreed to watch my dog for an extra night when I was stuck overnight at a the airport. Amber shared daily photos and videos and other updates. She’s both proactive and quickly responsive. Will happily trust her to watch my pup anytime. But for my sake, please just…find someone else 🙏🏻”

“We were nervous about introducing our elderly pup, Bear, to a new boarding situation but with his mobility issues, taking him on trips just isn’t feasible any more, Jaxen assuaged those fears quickly, and took such fantastic care of him! Apparently, the specialized in elderly dog care. Bear was a happy, relaxed boy when we came back. We will definitely be utilizing Jaxen again.”
