He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. About: Hi there! I have been a devoted dog owner and lover my entire life. I understand that dogs aren’t just pets; they are family. Since I'm home full-time, your pup will get constant supervision, endless belly rubs, and all the attention they are used to receiving at home. Your dog will be treated exactly like one of my own. I live in a quiet, non-smoking home in the Acworth area. We have a spacious front yard —perfect for fetch or lounging in the grass. Dogs are allowed on the furniture, and I have plenty of cozy dog beds to go around. If they prefer their own crate, I can easily accommodate that too. I know how stressful it can be to leave your furry best friend behind. I specialize in making your dog's stay feel like a fun vacation rather than a stressful kennel experience. I also provide owners with regular photo and video updates so you can enjoy your time away with total peace of mind! For stays longer than three days I prefer to bring my cavapoo Coco as long as the dogs are compatible. She is being trained as a service animal, so unless she is off the leash and outside, she is surprisingly laid back. Because we both work at home, we are always here. Your dog is never left alone. With your approval I may take them to the dog park to let them run - as long as that is something you enjoy with them. I live on a private road with only 3 other homes. There is almost no traffic so walking is relaxing and safe. Two of my neighbors have dogs, plus there are deer, armadillos, woodchucks, squirrels, chipmunks, and birds to entertain the sniffers and excite the barkers. My house is large and simply furnished with lots of spots for a nap and room for inside play when the weather is uninviting. I’m a Yale graduate with 30+ years working for Fortune 100 companies - I’m trustworthy and honest and you can depend on me to treat your home like mine (or better!) when I’m there.

About: I have been around cats since I was about 4. And well I fell in love with our first one even if she despised kids. However after her we didn’t get another. So I would just rely on playing with other people’s cats including my grandparents. But now I have a cat of my own! My experience with my own cat has been great even if she throws up on my carpet at 4am. But I’ve always been very on top of anything regarding her. The best litter box, the food she eats, what shape of bowl she needs to not get whisker fatigue. This cats I give her, I want to give to your cat too.

About: I have been a vet technician for over 10 years now and currently in school to become a registered vet technician. I’m able to monitor your pet especially if having conditions such as diabetes and/or have chronic conditions. I love the furry babies and love what I do! I own a two Boston terriers and have a family of my own that is my world! I can guarantee you that your pet will be taken care of with ER experience so I would know the signs for sure if your baby needed medical help. Since I work at an animal hospital this is a win win situation! Only that I can use my knowledge and skills to help owners feel at ease when leaving their furry babies with me. My dogs are SPOILED especially my bostons. We go on daily walks, I do not crate them but when I have pets that I do sit, I would separate them safety wise. About: I've spent most of my life surrounded by animals; my mother has owned a pet grooming salon since I was very young. Caring for animals is my passion, and my spouse loves them too! We live on 35 acres of land in the woods, so dogs love our yard. We also have a turtle aquarium, so the cats are always entertained. There is always someone home, so your pets will have constant care when they're with us! While we have a normal morning and evening routine for feeding and walking all the animals, we also have someone home at all times so your pets will always be cared for. Anytime they need a walk, some play time, or just some extra water, we're there! My home has lots of land the dogs can roam on or off a leash. I have a Golden retriever German shepherd mix that is 5 months old! She's super friendly and loves to play with all kinds of dogs! I wake up around 7 am and me and poppy go to the bathroom. After I get her food and water. I wait about 2 hours then I walk her down to the dog park in my apartment complex. After she gets her zoomies out we come back and she naps while I do a little cleaning. When she wakes up she'll get lunch and we'll go on some errands. After we get back I'll work out and poppy with play with her toys! The night change depending on how poppy is feeling that day. Pet care is my daily routine. There's a dog park that isn't very busy at my apartment that I let my dog play in. There's also a big back yard where I take my dog to the bathroom every hour or so (she's only 5 months)

About: I will do everything I can to make sure your animal has a blast! I have grown up with animals my entire life. Not only do I have experience pet-sitting, I once owned two dogs, four cats, two gerbils, two frogs, three turtles, and over 20 fish at once, so I know how to take care of a house full! I know what makes dogs and cats upset and what can calm them down. I will run and play with your animals so they won't be as rambunctious when you get back! I will always let your animal smell me and warm up to me before I approach them. Dogs need a lot of energy and love. TimeWise I do work around my toddler schedule for dog walking and Cat sitting. I have a fenced in backyard. A very large house. I also have four kids that love animals. So an animal that loves kids would be preferred. But not completely out of the question if there is a child issue I can just keep my kids away from the animal. Pretty easy to fix.
About: I'm a sahm so I have flexible hours! You and your pets comfort is my biggest priority. I have a senior dog as well so I am sensitive to those needs. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is flexible. I do go to the gym everyday so I would need to be able to do that. My son, he's 6 would be with me during the week but if it was overnights for the weekend he would not. I do not care for pets in my own home it would need to be your home. They have a routine set everyday but rest assured I can work with most times for your pet needs. With strict diets for each of our dogs. For most people feeding would be challenging. I am a very confident dog owner. I know I can upkeep clients pets special diet feeding need’s because of the years of have done my own. My fiancé and I take turns washing our dogs on a every week basis. Either at home or at tractor supply. Toys don’t last long in our home so we found a bungie type of toy that hangs from the tree. With the appropriate length and the toy/treat they each get time to tug until their heart desires. I do recommend kong brand for tough chewers. Our dogs each get time to themselves to run, play or tug in our fenced in backyard. We socialize most of our dogs at our local dog park throughout the week as well. Socializing and desensitizing are big factors to us because we love to take our dogs on outings and with out that appropriate training it would not be feasible.

About: I am a true animal lover through and through. I’ve had dogs growing up most of my life, and took on the responsibility of caring for my own dog for the last 10 years! “Just wanted to get on here and say I highly recommend Reyna and her husband, our story is a bit different, you see we have, my husband and I , a cane corso mix with pit male dog Moses. . He’s my baby and my what our kids call my empty nester dog lol. He follows me everywhere and he’s the biggest cuddle bug, he sleeps at my feet you get the point…he’s my baby. So when we decided to take our adult kids and grandkids to Tybee Island for the week, we started looking at where to board him since he’s never been on a trip that far away and the house we had rented had a policy on bully, big dog breeds. We had boarded him before, with a different company, 2 times before. The second time though when we picked him up he was acting very skittish, he was cowed down, his nails were jagged and the lady at the desk said he had had diarrhea, which they never told me when I called for a update. Needless to say I was upset and so when looking for a boarder this time we were very cautious, and concerned. I read all the reviews on Reyna on Rover and I told my husband I like this one. We met with Reyna and her husband and Moses done so good, he ran the yard, played fetch , met their other dog and seemed so content. They went over how they hade separate sections for the dogs to play in, the kennels, we felt so good bout them. Dec 26 we ended up running late to drop off Moses before our trip so all the other dogs that they were boarding was outside, but Moses got anxious bout all the barking, Reyna and her husband took Moses into the kennel and assured us that they would bring him out, after getting all the other dogs back in, to acclimate him. Bring out several dogs at a time. They said they would update us. So after talking to them a bit and feeling better about leaving him, we drove back to Blue Ridge. Reyna ended up calling me a couple hours later and asked how to get Moses back in the house, that he was nervous, and anxious and he wouldn’t come to her. She had tried for over 30 minutes before she called me. I told her some stuff to try, when I called back she said it wasn’t working that he was just very scared acting. She also had I think it was her sister that’s a trainer, trying to get him to come to them, they sit in the ground with him, she told me that she knew someone that could come by our house to check on him but I didn’t wanna leave him at our house that long. So I called our vacation rental company explained what was going on, thankfully they made an exception with a bigger pet deposit and I told Reyna just to leave him alone and we were on our way to get him. When we pulled up, he came running up to us, Reyna said he was a different dog when we got there, he sit while they petted him, and put his leash on, the kids were petting him. She and her sister kept apologizing and saying they tried everything to get him to come to them but he just kept running away and running around. I am super grateful that she called me instead of just putting him in the kennel and leaving him there. She was genuinely worried bout him instead of just making money off of him and for that we do recommend her and her husband for boarding. Her husband called to check up on us and Moses the next day, and he apologized that Moses wasn’t able to stay and how they tried so hard to get him acclimated. I said it was all good, that Im glad they called me. That meant so much to us that they cared so much. He’s my baby and I wouldn’t want him to be miserable. So Moses got to go on a beach vacation, he did amazing on the ride down and back and he made new friends wherever we went while we were there.”
