“Robin was awesome! First, she graciously accepted Coconut last minutes with no hesitation. Second her background makes her a animal lover (horse ranch manager) Coconut was a very happy guy when I picked him up. I will go to NOONE else in the Yosemite area for dog care. Very loving dog sitter! Don't hesitate. Cannot beat her prices! Thank you Robin, you rock!”

“So very thankful for Kathrine! She boarded our two fur babies for us on very short notice. She sent us pictures and updates daily. Would trust her with Lottie and Teddy anytime.”

I like to abide by routines to make your pups stay a fun experience that they will look forward to a return stay. Currently, my home has one sweet female dog who is looking for someone to enjoy watching the birds with from out screen porch. Playing in the yard or taking walks for exercise.
“I was very nervous leaving my baby with anyone but family. Jeffrey & Giselle were wonderful & my Maggie didn't seem stressed when I picked her up 2 days later. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH for loving my baby. The pictures several times a day helped ease my stress as well. I will use then again & highly recommend their services.”

“Yuwadee is always so great about putting your mind and heart at ease when you leave the fur babies in her care. She takes good care of them and sends photos to let you know that the babies are doing well. I trust her with my dogs completely and feel so thankful for her kindness and top notch service. I've used her services several times now and will hopefully use her many times in the future.”

“Amanda was great. She accepted Whinehead at the last minute and even picked him up. We had a time delay so she worked with us on that. Would definitely recommend! Seemed like after a few hours Whinehead warmed up to her. He doesn’t do that to everyone. Thank you Amanda!”

“Darby was an excellent host for our German shepherd for the day while we went whitewater rafting in north Georgia. She kept us updated and was very accommodating. I highly recommend Darby for for pet sitting needs. When we’re back in north Georgia we will be working with Darby again.”

“Sandra does an outstanding job of taking care of our dog. She has boarded our dog twice for one-week stays. With a large, fenced-in yard, our dog has plenty of room to run. Sandra gives loving attention to our dog and provides pictures and videos. Sandra truly loves dogs, and I highly recommend her service.”

“This was my first time ever using a pet sitter and thank goodness I found Amanda!! Wow! She had an outstanding response rate to all of my texts and calls. She even sent me pictures of my dog to reassure me she was ok because she knew I was nervous about her being an escape artist. When I picked up my dog both times, my girl seemed so content & happy. Amanda and her husband have a big beautiful home and give lots of love and care to their animals. I’m using her anytime I’m in this area again. Such a relief 🦋”

“Maggie was wonderful! She took such great care of our senior Doberman. Our dog enjoyed her walks and personal care in a nice quiet environment. We have already booked our next vacation and our dog will be enjoying her own “vacation “ with Maggie, again!”

“Katelyn did a fantastic job watching our Minnie! She even offered to bring Minnie home after we arrived back in town a little later than expected. I would recommend that anyone book with her! We will definitely be using her in the future!”

About: Hey fur parents, I just wanted to come on here and provide a 5 star service to you and your fur baby! Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. I look forward to doing some pet sitting or walking for you and your fur baby! I work part-time at the veterinary clinic (2 times a week for 5 hours a day) which gives me plenty of time during the week to play with your precious fur baby! I’m also a college student who has recently switched to online classes giving me even more time with your pet! I have a fenced in yard for endless potty breaks and plenty of play area! I have two loving Labrador retriever’s dogs to bring your pet a buddy to play endless tug of war with or if your pet isn’t on the energetic side just a good ole snuggle buddy! 😁
“The first time I board my dog somewhere new, I am always a little uneasy, but as soon as I met Licia in her lovely and cheerful home I felt completely at ease about leaving my dearest little canine companion in her care. Licia sent several text updates with photos, and I could see that my dog was settling in very well and quite comfortable. I am so happy and grateful to have found Licia and Pete and will not hesitate to board with them again!”

About: I began my career in pet care over 27 years ago as a professional pet sitter, building a highly successful in-home service. As demand grew, I naturally transitioned into boarding select dogs in my home—an offering that quickly expanded beyond capacity. This growth led me to open and operate three pet hotels over a 25-year period. During that time, I furthered my expertise by becoming a Certified Canine Behavior Specialist and a Certified Fear Free Trainer, allowing me to better support dogs with a wide range of behavioral and emotional needs. In January 2024, I sold my final pet hotel and opened my current Training and Behavior Modification business in Clayton, GA. Over time, many of my training clients expressed interest in having their dogs stay in my home, and I found the experience both rewarding and impactful. As a result, I now offer exclusive in-home boarding as part of my services. My boarding program is intentionally different from traditional facilities. Dogs in my care are treated as members of the family, receiving daily enrichment, structure, and positive reinforcement of appropriate manners. I also offer training opportunities during their stay when appropriate. I specialize in working with anxious, fearful, and hyperexcitable dogs, providing a calm and supportive environment tailored to their needs. Because this is my home, I am selective about the dogs I accept to ensure a safe, harmonious environment for everyone. All dogs must be dog-friendly or neutral, with no history of aggression. Additionally, due to my 4-foot fencing, I am unable to accommodate dogs who are known fence jumpers. I am what you call, semi-retired. I sold my lasts pet hotel and moved to the mountains for a more relaxing lifestyle...which I have found! I make my own schedule and work as little or as much as I want to. My training business keeps me in our local community so I am never far from home. Mornings are always pretty much the same. I wake up around 7, make coffee, get the dogs out, feed the cats their wet food, and then spend some time catching up on training reports. While I'm doing this, I take breaks to let the dogs inside, take the cats remaining food to their feeding station, scoop their boxes and snuggle with them for a bit. Once the cats are taken care of, I prepare my dog's enrichment feeding puzzles and they get some enrichment time. Back to reports. When they are done eating, they get to digest for 30 minutes or so and then we head out for a walk down our beautiful mountain road. I am a strong believer in letting the dogs sniff. We go as far as we can in 30 minutes and then turn around and come back. Some days we make it a mile and a half, others, we only go a half mile. It is totally up to their sniffers. When we come home, everyone is usually beat and ready for a nap. If I have scheduled clients, I get ready and head out to see them. I am generally only gone for a couple hours before returning to let my dogs out for another potty break. This is the time we play outside. My dogs love to run and play with each other but they also love to play fetch. My yard is very large so there is plenty of space to throw a toy to let them run. When we come back in, it is time for cookie games. I like to play a game where as soon as a dog sits, they get a cookie. Mine already know this game and are fast sitters so when dogs visit, they learn how much fun this is too. Once cookies are handed out, we either hang out on the couch for snuggle time while I play games on my phone or if I have an afternoon client, I head out for another couple hours. My evening routine is pretty consistent as well as I am a home body. I love our mountain home and evenings are the best time to go out on the deck, grill up some dinner while the pups run around and then watch the beautiful sunset. I feed the dogs in the same manner as in the a.m. only in bowls this time. After 30 minutes, it back out to potty. My cats always find a way to fit into our daily routine by finding my lap or sitting on my table for head scratches while I do reports. After dinner and sunset, we either continue to hang out on the porch or head inside to relax on the couch until bedtime. Bedtime is around 10 p.m. and the dogs go outside one final time and then get their final cookie of the day. My dogs all sleep in bed with me and once the lights are out, the snoring begins. We have a 2 level home on 4 acres (1 acre fenced in) on the side of a mountain outside of Clayton, GA. Our closest neighbor is hidden up our long driveway behind a thick area of trees and then there is one down the mountain, off to the side. We live on a mountain, gravel road...you can't even see our house from this road due to the thick trees and distance from the road. We live with dogs and cats and our house shows this. Our leather couches are covered with blankets and cat claws have marred all the corners and edges. We have a custom-built cat activity center on our living room walls so the cats can get up high and look out over the mountains. The only carpets in the house are 1. by my bed so I don't step on a cold floor in the morning and 2. in each of the bathrooms for the same reason. We understand that puppies and dogs can have accidents so this house was built with that in mind. Our yard is fenced with 4 foot tall goat fencing which we had professionally installed to assure it is tight with no holes at ground level and at the gates. Dogs are always introduced to our yard by first taking a leashed walk around the perimeter to see how they behave around the fence. Once this is done, we allow the dogs to freely walk around the yard, dragging a long line. We are looking to see if your dog shows any interest in escape through either digging, climbing on the fence, or pushing at the gates. If your dog (new dogs) is only boarding for a few days, they will only go out with the long line on for safety. If they are boarding longer, we will remove the line if they are showing no interest in escape and let them run freely with our dogs. If your dog enjoys walks, they will receive one daily as long as they walk nicely on a leash. If they are hard pullers, I offer training services to help them learn better leash manners so they can be walked with the group. In my home, dogs are allowed as much freedom as possible. I have crates and pens and am happy to use these for management (especially if a puppy isn't house trained yet) as well as when I leave and for sleeping. Each dog is unique so there is no standard rule. All dogs are fed separately. My goal is that your dog feels at home in my home. I want them to have fun and feel safe while you are away so that you can enjoy your time away and not worry about them. My partner is a Veterinarian and so are several of my friends. I hope to never have to use their services but if I do, they are always ready and willing with advice and care. However, if something does happen that requires Vet care, your Vet will be contacted and used if possible. Of course, you will be notified immediately as well. Safety is always my first priority, followed very closely by fun and meeting all daily requirements.

“Aaron was great with Maggie and Gus. They are always a little shy at first, but warmed up to Aaron quickly and even allowed belly rubs and head pats which is AWESOME and a sign they approve! The daily report cards, photos and playtime with each of them made us feel very comfortable with the care provided while we were away for the holidays! Aaron was super responsive and kept us in the loop always! We plan to be repeat customers if schedule permits!”

“Terri did a fantastic job taking care of my cats! Upon my return, I could tell she was detailed in her care of them and that she had taken her time when on the visit. I would not hesitate to ask Terri to watch my cats again, should the need arise!”

“Taylor took good care of my five cats during daily drop-ins and communicated well during the booking process and when any concerns arose during the petsitting period. I'd book Taylor again!”

“Stefanie was great with my fur baby Lizzie. Lizzie has anxiety and can’t be left alone or put in a kennel. Stefanie stayed with Liz every minute why we were gone. Stefanie took Lizzie on long walks in the woods and down to the lake. Stefanie updated me through out the day letting me know how Liz was doing and even sent me pictures of Liz through out the day. Liz stayed with Stefanie two days in a row. The 2nd morning we took Liz, she was so excited to see Stefanie. That means so much to a pet owner when your pet is happy to be with someone in their care. We will be using Stefanie again when we are back in the area. Thanks so much your the best Stefanie!”

“We had our three dogs spend a day with Kathrine while we were visiting the North Georgia Wildlife & Safari Park during a week long stay at Unicoi State Park. They say they each give Ms. K four paws up for a fantastic visit for a total of 12 paws up. We unfortunately got a flat tire just before reaching her house, so we had to do a tire repair there and we got to see how quickly our pups calmed down around her as a new person and being in a new location. We definitely would not hesitate to use her again.”

About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. Because of this I would be able to provide the same care to your animals as well. I live in a quiet neighborhood near several large parks. Because of this I will be able to not only walk dogs in my neighborhood but take them to surrounding parks to walk and play! Along with taking dogs out my home is equipped with cat friendly furniture, scratchers and enrichment.
About: I have taken care of and had dogs in my home since before I can remember. I come from a family of dog lovers who always had at least two dogs in our home. We absolutely adore dachshunds, but we don’t discriminate and I love all types of dogs, big and small. I am fairly active and love to get out and explore with my three puppies, but I also can be a couch potato and love to get snuggles from all of the fur babies. my three dogs have been trained by me and I absolutely love working with and hanging out with all types of dogs! My life wouldn’t be complete without them! I currently work from home three days a week and I’m home on the weekends. I go into the office two days a week, but that schedule is flexible. Usually, I am home all day long with the exception of the occasional grocery trip or workout class! We live in a big neighborhood with lots of greenery and plenty of places to explore. I can house dogs at my own house, but I have also sat at other people’s homes for seven years now. My three dogs are crate trained, and they sleep in their crate at night. They are allowed on the furniture, but they are not allowed on the bed. We also have a doggie door and a fenced in backyard! I am able to adapt to any dogs schedule as my puppies are very low key!
“We love Licia and Pete and are SO GRATEFUL to have such a pup-loving couple to hand our precious Sachie off to when we go rafting. Wish we could tip more, but River only allows so much. I always get a check in call from Licia to confirm all details early on (so I don’t have to initiate the call!) and our little baby comes back super happy and well-taken care of. Thank you sooo much for another great rafting trip! We appreciate you!!!”

Whether I’m boarding, house sitting, or stopping in for a visit, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels safe and cared for like family. I treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I am currently working almost full time. I can spend evenings with your dog. About: Since I was 9 years old I have been fortunate to grow up in a household that has always included dogs. Throughout the years, we have cared for a diverse range of breeds, including Terriers, Boxers, and Mastiffs and I wouldn't have it any other way (except for maybe more dogs). I was raised to care for and love them like I would any family member. I have administered medication to not only my own animals, but to others as well. Not only that, I can perform hygiene tasks such as bathing, brushing, etc. I work remotely and have the flexibility to create my own schedule. This gives me plenty of time to spend with your pup while you're away! I have a fenced-in yard with ample amounts of running space. I have three sweet pups: a 13-year-old Westie, a 3-year-old Shepherd, and a yellow Lab who is less than a year old. They are happy to help keep your fur babies busy during playtime or snuggle next to them during nap time. If it's a pleasant day, we'll be outside playing in the yard or lounging in the shade. If not, there is plenty of room to entertain inside. We allow our dogs to relax on the furniture and welcome visitors to it as well; The couch is our favorite place to snuggle! I'm comfortable administering medication if needed. My senior boy is on oral medication; I've also administered medication to others in the past. I would love to love your sweet babe while you're away.

About: Ever since I was 10 I have had experience taking care of animals. At one point in time we had 26 animals throughout our house that we had to care for. I take pride in caring for animals because they are a true joy and blessing in this world. I also have a dog of my own who is very well trained that I have had for 7 years now.
“Ashley and her husband Eric were awesome from the start! I asked to bring my dog over for a meet and greet before I booked, they are both so welcoming and down to earth. I booked the boarding right then. During her stay with Ashley, my dog Frankie, got lots of playtime with her own dogs and lots of snuggles afterward. I received multiple updates throughout her stay and Frankie looked right at home in every single picture. Ashley is now our go to sitter. ❤️🐾”
