We left our high maintenance and very spoiled tripod pup with Riley for 6 nights and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She had no hesitation taking on a 75lb pittie-shepherd mix with only 3 legs. She gave her medication without any issues and did a nice and slow introduction to her 2 dogs to ensure a safe and happy interaction. Her dogs are very friendly and immediately made Chessie feel like part of the pack! Riley and her family truly treated our pup as part of her family. About: Registered Veterinary Technician who works emergency medicine on the weekends looking for extra work through the week. I can’t stay at your house overnight, but your pet can come to mine. I can also do drop ins pretty regularly. I graduated college with a degree in Veterinary technology and passed my state boards. I work at an emergency clinic in Atlanta on the weekends and right now I’m free through the week. I can try my best to work out whatever you need help with. I’m skilled at giving medications and anything basic your pet may need in home, as well as lifesaving care due to any emergency. I can keep non child friendly cats in a different area, but dogs must be child friendly. I do have cats & ferrets, but they can be kept separately if your animals are not cat & small rodent friendly. When going to my clients home, I first notify them that I have arrived, I then greet the pets and take them right outside to go potty. If they made a mess of any sorts and the yard is fenced, I will leave the pets out to clean up then go back outside to play with them and get out some of their energy. If the yard isn't fenced and they made a mess I will bring them in with me and watch them while I clean up. My schedule is very flexible as I get to create my own. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat of my own, so taking care of animals is something that is in my daily routine. I give lots of attention to my animals. I love playing with them and cuddling with them. I always make sure they have water and are fed. My animals do not have a feeding schedule, but I will make sure your pets get fed and/or walked when scheduled.

She is great with small to medium sized dogs, but is very anxious around larger dogs. I have two small cats that are very dog friendly. I have experience caring for 15 cats simultaneously for an extended time at a family members cattery. I have been a dog owner since I was 4 years old and have dog sat/walked numerous dogs throughout my college career for friends! I am very active myself and love to take my dog for long walks/runs/hikes. I can go many miles if your dog has that much energy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was a child. My family has always accepted our pets as part of our own family. All this to say, I definitely have experience in helping a pet live a happy life by caring for their needs such as walking, feeding, bathing, clean after, and spending quality time.
