Currently, I have one small chiweenie and regular dogsit dogs including Cocker Spaniels, Golden Retrievers, and Great Pyrenees. Shy or nervous rescue pets are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. Pets with medical issues are welcome as I have experience taking care of dogs and cats with a variety of issues who’ve needed everything from shots throughout the day or diaper changes or to receive mobility assistance. I also have experience caring for chickens if you need someone to care for your chicks. I work full-time from 8 AM-5 PM. I have a long lunch, so I can stop by to take care of any needs during the day. Drop off/pickup prior to or after work is preferred, except on the weekends when I’m free. If you really need a specific drop off or pickup time, please let me know early so I can try to accommodate that. I am up early every morning to give pets plenty of time to eat and play before leaving. When I get home, the first thing I do is let pets out to potty and to play. Throughout the evening, there is plenty of time for walks and playtime before bed. . First and foremost, I will strive to match or mimic the care and routine you give your pets at home. With a fenced in yard, your pet will have a safe place to potty and play. There are also many parks nearby to take your pet on walks or provide them with socialization. Pets are able to climb on furniture, sleep on my bed, and have mostly free rein of the house — my home is their home while we’re here. However, I have a pet gate I can put up and experience crating pets (as well as crate training dogs) for any pet who can’t be left free to roam.

About: I have always had a soft spot in my heart for dogs. I have carried this love into adulthood and I enjoy having them in my life. When your four-legged family member is with us they will be treated as one of the family. They will be doted upon and they will be constantly engaged, touched, and talked to. Our resident babies eat twice per day and are allowed out for potty breaks three times per day. If it is a rainy day we do indoor activities in our 35x40 temperature controlled dog suite and we even watch a little "Dog TV" We have a great time, rain or shine! Sleeping arrangements will depend on what your baby is comfortable with but we do not allow our pets on the furniture or in our beds (at least when daddy is around). We have kennels but we allow the dogs to sleep anywhere they want to in the dog suite. I am a retired nurse and I am always home so I have plenty of time to dedicate to caring for dogs in my day. We have a huge fenced in backyard where all the dogs enjoy their time outdoors. We also have plenty of equipment in the yard for their enjoyment.
