“Our mini dachshund can be a challenge because he is older, and a bit of a loner. He isn’t around a lot of other animals and that can also make knowing how he will react a bit of a challenge. Thomas was really great. When we first arrived, Snicklefritz was very anxious and was a bit weary of me putting him down. Thomas was very patient with him and let Snick become more acquainted with him and with the yard. He sent me pictures throughout the stay to update me on how he was doing and what he was up to. Thomas made me feel much more relaxed and confident that Snicklefritz was doing well. We will certainly rebook in the future.”

My dogs felt at home and did not come home stressed as they typically do from regular boarding. I will trust her to keep my babies anytime! I know how to spot signs of anxiety or distress in dogs and how to respond to that behavior. I’m patient and loving, but I can be stern when need be. I am a student in college, and I work part time at an assisted living facility. Other than the days I’m at work, I’m basically free! I’ll make sure to locate the resources needed to care for your dog (crate, locks, toys, food, leash, harness, etc) as soon as I get to your home. About: I have plenty of experience with handling and caring for animals as I have 3 dogs, 8 cats, 4 turtles, 4 frogs, and 2 lizards. I grew up with animals and have volunteered at animal shelters and worked at an animal care hospital as a kennel tech. I'd love to open my care to other people's pets as it's something I'm pretty comfortable and trained in doing. I've had pets my entire life and have a pretty strong passion about animals and can care for any range of breeds or size without issue. I'm very flexible with scheduling and timing as I have a lot of free time and can do pretty much any timing required even most last minutes if needed. Im open to all the services for pet care on here and really do make it my priority for who's pet I'm caring for. I do have a baby that i need to take with me most places but i can babywear him or figure out something that works if comforable! I recently left my full time job job to have more time for my hobbies and side jobs that i much prefer. I can be home all day if need be, and when boarding I do keep my pets separate in the lower portion of the house unless I'm supervising so all pets feel secure and comfortable. I have a fenced yard and a deck that leads out from the living room. I ask that requests be for non destructive dogs as i did board two unbehaved dogs last year that tore into furniture, so please no requests if the pet has a history of being destructive! I let your pet warm up to my home first and make sure to follow the specific care needed per each pet according to the owner's directions.

I’m able to monitor your pet especially if having conditions such as diabetes and/or have chronic conditions. I love the furry babies and love what I do! I own a two Boston terriers and have a family of my own that is my world! I can guarantee you that your pet will be taken care of with ER experience so I would know the signs for sure if your baby needed medical help. Since I work at an animal hospital this is a win win situation! Only that I can use my knowledge and skills to help owners feel at ease when leaving their furry babies with me. My dogs are SPOILED especially my bostons. We go on daily walks, I do not crate them but when I have pets that I do sit, I would separate them safety wise. I’m able to monitor behaviors before introducing my dogs to other clients’ pets. I’m pursuing to stay home full time and focus on school. With staying home I will have more time and flexibility on my schedule to take care of your babies. I currently live in an apartment complex but can accommodate room. About: I have been taking care of my dogs since i was 10. I've given dogs shots and pilled them, fed them, made sure they had water and can walk dogs every couple of hours i am currently working a part time job and I can easily schedule my job around when you need me. About: I can’t remember a time in my life I haven’t had at least 4 or 5 dogs around me. My family calls me a dog whisperer. Me and dogs just.. understand each other… I think they read the “grandparent” energy I have for them! Every dog loves me because I take care of them and listen to them. About: I have plenty of experience with handling and caring for animals as I have 3 dogs, 8 cats, 4 turtles, 4 frogs, and 2 lizards. I grew up with animals and have volunteered at animal shelters and worked at an animal care hospital as a kennel tech. I ask that requests be for non destructive dogs as i did board two unbehaved dogs last year that tore into furniture, so please no requests if the pet has a history of being destructive! I let your pet warm up to my home first and make sure to follow the specific care needed per each pet according to the owner's directions.
About: I got my dog when I was 13 (I’m now 22). I trained him by myself when he was a puppy, and everyone he meets says he’s very well behaved. I know how to spot signs of anxiety or distress in dogs and how to respond to that behavior. I’m patient and loving, but I can be stern when need be. I am a student in college, and I work part time at an assisted living facility. Other than the days I’m at work, I’m basically free! I’ll make sure to locate the resources needed to care for your dog (crate, locks, toys, food, leash, harness, etc) as soon as I get to your home. I’ll spend 100% of my time in the company of your dog- they wouldn’t leave my sight. I’ll make sure to follow any guidelines about what your dog should/should not do. About: I have always grown up with dogs who we train as puppies. Because of this, I have become known in my community as a pet person. Thomas was really great. When we first arrived, Snicklefritz was very anxious and was a bit weary of me putting him down. Thomas was very patient with him and let Snick become more acquainted with him and with the yard. He sent me pictures throughout the stay to update me on how he was doing and what he was up to. Thomas made me feel much more relaxed and confident that Snicklefritz was doing well. We will certainly rebook in the future.”

About: I’ve had and taken care of many different breeds and sizes over my life time of dogs as well as special needs and cats too! I typically wake up around 7-8. Go to the gym sometime within the day but other than that I’m free to watch your babies and take good care of them. I have a really friendly dog who is no more than 20 pounds and a fenced in yard if I watch them at my house. If at someone else house I have plenty of experience with that too and can do all that will be asked.
