I Also will start early in the morning for feeding , play time and walks. I can also make the dogs as part of my weekly routine I have a large room for playing and zoomies. I’ve had dogs and indoor (mostly) cats most of my life and thus I’m fully used to scooping poo, sweeping up kitty litter, etc. You will not return to a minefield in the yard or a messy litter box I’m retired and thus available often.
