She's like a high-end innkeeper, animal whisperer, and nurse all wrapped into one very caring human being who will go the extra mile to create a personalized, happy, and healthy resort "vacation" for your pet. I'm always filled with dread when I board my special needs cat, Mochi. Pet sitters will usually humor you and tell you what you want to hear. Whether they follow through doing all the steps in a special needs regimen might be another story. I worry about this particularly when my cat is sick and in a poor emotional state after boarding. It's such a welcome change to be able to trust Kim to follow through on the long list of instructions for my cat's care. You know that she gets it because of her meticulous attention to every detail. She asks the right questions for clarification and she listens intently. You know that she can relate to whatever health concerns you may have and will take every safety precaution because Kim has walked in your shoes with her own cats. She has a wealth of animal tips, stories, and resources and is just as OCD as me in giving the best care to our animal friends. It says a lot when she inquired about Mochi's vaccination records. I wish that more Rover hosts did that because there is a real risk of disease and parasitic infection with every boarding situation, and at least Kim understands this. Her home was the definition of immaculate--every detail was perfect, and Mochi had a gorgeous bedroom to himself. Absolutely no worries about contagion here! Oh, and needless to say, Mochi was spoiled rotten in the cat's meow lap of luxury. Kim greeted my Mochi so warmly and gave him plenty of snuggles. Within no time at all, my cat was luxuriating on the bedroom's huge sleigh bed, belly-up and purring for more rubs. Best of all, Mochi came home, happy and healthy. This is the best boarding experience I could ever have dreamed up. Thank you, Kim and Brooke!”

About: If I could own 20 dogs, I would! We have a Boston and Aussie mix of our own and an American Bully puppy. Dogs bring such joy to me with their unique personalities. I'm available full time Sunday to Saturday to watch your furbaby. I'm an active runner and walker so if you'd like I'd be happy to take your pup on a walk with me at appropriate times of the day. We have a partially fenced in backyard and private gate around the pool. We can walk your dog on a leash or let them loose in the backyard. We have 2 large crates that can be provided. On most days I am currently available for drop-in visits from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm Monday to Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I have more flexibility. In June 2026 my schedule changes to Thursday and Sunday with open flexibility and 9:30 am to 10:00 am on Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday. Safety is a priority for me. For boarding, dogs must have updated vaccines, be clean, and free of fleas, worms, mites, etc. During boarding with more than one dog, I always make sure that the new dog gets along well with the other dogs before the pet parent leaves. It’s best to know your dog’s personality. If your dog shows signs that they do not respect other pets boundaries even during play then group boarding may not be the best fit. For everyone's safety, health, and happiness, if the dog does not get along then the pet parent may need to make back up arrangements. For best practices, parents should always have a back up option in case things don't work out or if there is an emergency. To prevent the risk of dogs not getting along, the pet parent can offer to buyout the sitter at their full capacity. Other best practices to consider: For pups who are sensitive to minor sounds, it may be best to book them with a sitter who lives in a house versus an apartment. For dogs who are prone to potty accidents or excessive drooling, it may be best to book them in a home that has wood floors versus full carpeting. Pups who don't like to share attention would match best with sitters who except one dog at a time. Pets who have extremely high energy may be happiest with sitters who have a fenced in yard for them to run around freely.

About: I love dogs (as well as cats, lizards, and all kinds of animals)! Your best buddy will be well taken care of, pampered and loved while you're gone. I like playing with our quests and like walks with them. I currently have one cat. I have a nice size fenced in yard for quick pee breaks but we will most likely be taking them out for walks around the neighborhood often. I am usually available everyday of the week and are usually home most of the day. At times, with your permission, I would take your best buddy with us to local park walks, pet friendly restaurants, or local festivals. I’m semi retired and can take care of your pet almost anytime. I’m not usually gone from home long, but if I am I usually will take your pet with me I have a large fenced yard, with plenty of chances to run and play. I will be out in the yard wherever they are, so they are away safe in the backyard
About: I've grown up around dogs my whole life and have always loved taking care of animals. I've helped my friends as well as my neighbors with walking, feeding and even just looking after their pets ensuring they are safe and cared for all around. I understand that all dogs have their own personality and I am willing to get to know and love each one like they are my own! I am responsible and dependable and love spending time with animals. I am also available for cat sitting and or check ins. I love cats and my sister has multiple and I have close relationships with hers. Having that experience has shown me how to care for them and what their daily schedules typically look like. I am currently in my off season of collegiate track and field career. My schedule is pretty flexible depending on when I am working out/ training that day. Outside of that I am open to availability! I am more comfortable with dog walking specifically but I am open to dog sitting when my schedule allows that. My goal would be to follow the pet's normal routine as closely as possible ensuring they feel comfortable.
About: While I may not have years of experience like some, my love for animals does not fall short. I have taken care of dogs, big and small. Some with dietary restrictions and rigid feeding routines and others with a more lax regimen. I have house sat/pet sat and stayed in the owner’s home on multiple occasions. I’ve taken care of four dogs of various sizes at once, done drop-ins to feed/change water and let the puppers out for friends and family members, and I’ve also stopped by to do something as simple as a quick walk. Whatever you need, I can do it! I can assure you that I will treat your pet as my own. I currently work full time at a law firm in downtown but I live in Sanford. I have a reliable car and I don’t mind driving. I can pet sit/house sit on weekdays but I have work so it would be morning care and evening/night. I can also take a midday break if needed. I am off on the weekends so I will be able to be there full time. Depending on the owner, I have put pets into their crates when leaving the house or at night for sleeping but I have also let them roam freely, if the owner allows it.

She's like a high-end innkeeper, animal whisperer, and nurse all wrapped into one very caring human being who will go the extra mile to create a personalized, happy, and healthy resort "vacation" for your pet. I'm always filled with dread when I board my special needs cat, Mochi. Pet sitters will usually humor you and tell you what you want to hear. Whether they follow through doing all the steps in a special needs regimen might be another story. I worry about this particularly when my cat is sick and in a poor emotional state after boarding. It's such a welcome change to be able to trust Kim to follow through on the long list of instructions for my cat's care. You know that she gets it because of her meticulous attention to every detail. She asks the right questions for clarification and she listens intently. You know that she can relate to whatever health concerns you may have and will take every safety precaution because Kim has walked in your shoes with her own cats. She has a wealth of animal tips, stories, and resources and is just as OCD as me in giving the best care to our animal friends. It says a lot when she inquired about Mochi's vaccination records. I wish that more Rover hosts did that because there is a real risk of disease and parasitic infection with every boarding situation, and at least Kim understands this. Her home was the definition of immaculate--every detail was perfect, and Mochi had a gorgeous bedroom to himself. Absolutely no worries about contagion here! Oh, and needless to say, Mochi was spoiled rotten in the cat's meow lap of luxury. Kim greeted my Mochi so warmly and gave him plenty of snuggles. Within no time at all, my cat was luxuriating on the bedroom's huge sleigh bed, belly-up and purring for more rubs. Best of all, Mochi came home, happy and healthy. This is the best boarding experience I could ever have dreamed up. Thank you, Kim and Brooke!”
