“Kymry was absolutely amazing. We have a 12 lb rescue, Niki, who was badly abused and has a hard time with being boarded. Based upon the reviews and discussions I had with her ahead of time, I thought she could possibly work for Niki. We left Niki with Kimry for 2 days, since we wanted to do Universal and Dosney Theme Parks. Kymry kept us in the loop with text messages and pictures. She had a number of small dogs. We could see that Niki was really comfortable with Kimry and the other dogs. And that she was having a good time. So I opted to leave her for an additional 5 days to let her get socialized. I believe socialization is so improtant for an abused anumal. She did so well. Kymry was aware of her challenges and gave her lots of love and really helped her adjust. Your fur baby will be very loved in my home. I have a large private room. There is a cat in my home but she can be kept separate if needed. I work 5 minutes away from home so I can take dogs for potty breaks mid-shift. Dogs will be walked for at least 30 minutes a day on days that I work. I am available for early afternoon walks daily and boarding any day of the week. 1 potty break mid shift on workdays. I live on the third floor but don’t mind the workout.

Able to give medication if needed or just the care and attention they need. I'm part time at a veterinary clinic, so I have quite a bit of free time and I make sure to fit things into my schedule. “naya was amazing! i am overwhelming appreciative of her care and flexibility. i originally was only planning for our one dog to stay but then decided both and she accommodated both no problem. we also missed our flight home and she was able to watch them for an extra day for us which saved us so much stress!!!! we hate leaving our dogs and have never had to leave them with anyone besides family before so that was scary but she made sure there were no concerns. sent pictures and video updates daily, sent them home bathed and with a treat bag and i have no question they were in the best hands :) thank you naya! we will definitely use her again”

Hokie has anxiety with thunderstorms which I made Jordan aware of, she was willing to work with her and was observant when a storm was coming to be proactive with ways to calm Hokie. When I needed to extend my pickup time, they were just as understanding and made the entire process completely stress free. Cristal has no problems getting Bailey to calm down, and finally act right ..shes is so patient and friendly with my girls ... I wish I could give more than 5 stars. “Eric and his wife are incredible... We had originally booked another sitter for our vacation, and unfortunately had to pick our 4 pups up the next morning on emergency due some issues with the sitter’s behavior and lack of communication. Rover reached out for us to get us a new sitter quickly and Eric immediately called us to assess the situation with our pups. That phone call and conversation alone showed us commitment. When we dropped them off he was so helpful in reassuring us that our pups would be taken care of. We even hung out for a good 20 minutes just chatting while the pups ran around his huge backyard to make sure everyone was comfortable. Eric is one of the kindest people you will ever meet, and he was even sweeter to our pups. Since he works from home, he was able to give them constant care and love, and they even let our pups sleep in their room & bed. I was a little nervous that one of our pups is still recovering from back surgery & an eye injury but they did phenomenal with taking care of his needs. The goal for the last year has been to find a sitter we know can always be our go to, and I truly believe we have found that in Eric and his wife. I’m a firm believer that everything happens for a reason, and am actually thankful that we had issues with the previous sitter or else we may have never found Eric! Thank you so so much for taking such good care of our babies!”
