About: I offer a calm, clean, and supervised home environment for boarding. My fully fenced backyard provides a safe space for potty breaks and outdoor play, and the covered screened patio gives pets a comfortable place to enjoy fresh air while staying protected from the weather and insects. I also have a quiet dining room that can be sectioned off for pets who need their own comfortable, low-stimulation area. I follow each pet’s normal feeding, exercise, medication, and care routine as closely as possible. I work full time and my available days do change at times. I would love to talk to you and see if my schedule works with yours. On the weekends I typically stay home. I have a chihuahua mix. I do have a fenced in backyard. About: I've been taking care of animals ever since I was young, from hamsters to fish to dogs and more. I've managed both calm and trouble making animals and have experience dealing with the full age range of pets due to my personal experience as a dog owner, and from my time volunteering as a foster home for dog shelters. I'm currently working part-time, and so I have an incredibly flexible schedule. I'm available for just about hour of day for any period of time. Taking care of animals has been my weekly norm since I was a kid, so it's just what I'm used to. About: I’m not sure that I’m much different then most pet loving people. I do have experience training adults and puppies, I have had a variety of breeds for pets. I feel that I can connect with dogs. My pets went to obedience school, allowing me to pick up some training skills. I haven’t met a friendly dog that I didn’t fall in love with yet. As I said before- Let me love your pets. Plenty of time for whatever you and your pets needs may be. I have open availability at this time, so please take advantage while it lasts. About: Hi there! I'd love to help take care of your fur babies while you're away. I offer drop in visits for dogs and cats in the Shalimar/Eglin/FWB area. I also offer dog boarding in my home. If you're interested in requesting to board your dog I want to be certain we are a great fit for your pup. Please see below for details: -Your dog must be ok with other dogs (I personally have 2 large dogs) -Your dog must be ok with cats (I have 1 sassy cat) I do ask your dog be comfortable in a kennel for short periods for the first day or two(Approx 4hrs max at a time,I require this for when I have to leave the house for the first few days while the dogs are still getting to know each other, I want everyone to be safe) After comfort has been established and if you normally allow your dog to free roam and prefer it, that is no problem. We love to let our pups free roam. -I do work Mon-Fri but work 5 minutes away and always come home and hour for lunch I've been working with local rescues and shelters for years walking, caring for, and fostering animals. I've also watched many pets for friends and family. I have a full privacy fenced yard. I enjoy doing drop in visits for both cats and dogs and dog walking. I also love boarding dogs in my home. I love cats and can offer drop in visits in your home for them, however I am unable to board cats in my home(our cat isn't a fan of other cats) I have a military background and understand the challenges military pet owners face. I do have Eglin base access. If you're going on an extended TDY/deployment beyond 3 weeks reach out for special pricing on boarding. * I require a meet and greet prior to any boarding confirmation to ensure everyone is comfortable and gets along. The saftey and well being of your pets and mine is my #1 priority. I currently work full time during the day(Mon-Fri) , but am fortunate enough to work only a few minutes from home. I can do drop ins/walks in the morning/evenings. I also come home at lunch or could do drop in/walk during my lunch break if needed. If I'm caring for your pets in your home, I will ask your preferences. If I am boarding them, I allow animals to free roam the home while I am home. While I'm gone I generally kennel to ensure everyone's saftey since I'm not there to keep an eye on eveyone.(I can always make exceptions to this based on the dog, especially once I know eveyone is comfortable with each other) I do have a fully fenced backyard and a doggy door and we will also enjoy daily walks. *Please have your pup wear a collar for their visit with their information on it. Its a simple way to keep them safe in a new environment.

“Harvey accepted our booking about two days before us arriving in town! We were very anxious to leave HoneyBear with him, but she went straight to him and went right in his home. When she was standing at the door barking as we left, he gently closed the door, which definitely helped us and possibly HoneyBear, too. When I reached out to Harvey, he responded quickly and sent us pictures of HoneyBear as well. She was always on the couch (probably beside him)! When we picked her up, she seemed to be content and obviously happy to see her human dad. Harvey definitely earned our trust with HoneyBear’s visit!”

“Monica was absolutely amazing with Reesie and El Chapo! She sent me multiple pictures and updates every single day, including photos of their walks, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. She kept them a total of 9 days and the peace of mind I’m talking about she gave me while I was gone for the first time ever leaving them was beyond appreciated. When they ran out of food, she immediately reached out, asked exactly what I wanted, and went to get more for them. There was also an incident involving Reesie at the dog park, and Monica handled it incredibly well. I didn’t have cell service at the time, so she took the appropriate precautions and made sure Reesie was safe and okay first, then kept me informed as soon as she could. I was so grateful knowing their wellbeing was clearly her priority. She also picked up and dropped off both dogs, which was absolutely worth the additional fee, and she was extremely flexible and accommodating with my travel schedule. I felt like my dogs were genuinely cared for, not simply boarded. I would 100% book with Monica again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, attentive, and truly caring with their pets.”
