About: I love animals and dogs have always had a special place in my heart. I’ve had dogs growing up and in all my adult life. I spent a couple of years volunteering at Pet Alliance, have been a foster and often dog sit for family and friends. Your dog will feel right at home with us. We have 3 kids a large home and large fenced in yard and a beautiful neighborhood for walks! All pups must be up to date with vet care and free of fleas/ticks for their stay with us 💕 I have been working remotely for the past 8 years. I am home all day during the week with a few scheduled outings some weekends for church and other planned events. Typically only take 1 additional dog at a time unless they come from the same home. Will make accommodations for my regular customers if dog behaviors align. I have a 7 yr old bully breed who has shared his home multiple times with fosters and family dogs.

To me this won't just be another job or a check-in, I want to get to know your dog, cuddle them, and have playtime with them for enrichment. Puppies each have their own personalities and I have taken care of pups with challenging and sassy personalities, including my own 6 month old coonhound who is super independent. I can train puppies, so if you are working long hours and need help with potty training, crate training, or mastering basic commands such as sit, I would love to help you with that while I'm there! My schedule is currently open for the entire summer, Monday through Sunday. If I am needed early morning hours or late evening hours, I am also open to discussing this. During in-home check-ins for dogs, only with your approval, I will give your pup treats for training purposes. Typically I will use single pieces of your dog's kibble to motivate them in learning commands. When it comes to cats, if you are hiring me to take care of your cat while you are gone for work or a trip, I will treat them as an indoor-only cat, no exceptions.

About: While I may not have years of experience like some, my love for animals does not fall short. I have taken care of dogs, big and small. Some with dietary restrictions and rigid feeding routines and others with a more lax regimen. I have house sat/pet sat and stayed in the owner’s home on multiple occasions. I’ve taken care of four dogs of various sizes at once, done drop-ins to feed/change water and let the puppers out for friends and family members, and I’ve also stopped by to do something as simple as a quick walk. Whatever you need, I can do it! I can assure you that I will treat your pet as my own. I currently work full time at a law firm in downtown but I live in Sanford. I have a reliable car and I don’t mind driving. I can pet sit/house sit on weekdays but I have work so it would be morning care and evening/night. I can also take a midday break if needed. I am off on the weekends so I will be able to be there full time. Depending on the owner, I have put pets into their crates when leaving the house or at night for sleeping but I have also let them roam freely, if the owner allows it.

I currently work full-time with a strange schedule. Mondays and Wednesdays I work from 7:30. Take a break at 11:00. Go back at 2:30. Get off at 6:00. Tuesdays and Thursdays go in at 12:00. Get off at 7:00 Fridays I go in at 6:30 and get off at 1:00. Off on the weekends I would love to spend time with your fur babies playing with them, making sure they're fed with water brushing them playing with them for however long you see fit. If walks are required that is absolutely no problem. Would also love to work with your dogs with obedience and toy play.

Some of the best pics I have of my dog came from Krista. She goes above and beyond to care for my fur baby and even cleaned her raised food bowls for me so that they came back nicer than I left them. “These are so great I would recommend them if you are in the area let this be your first choice they have a baby and still had time to accommodate my Codie I felt at ease attending my sister’s funeral because I knew my dog was in good hands this will be my dog’s new sitter whenever I need someone I like them so much I returned early for pick up and they said he could finish out his time and I could go home and change clothes first book with them you won’t regret it.”
