In fact, she took such great care of Buddy that he almost didn't want to leave and come home to South Carolina with me. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life, and have cared for 4 dogs in my home until. I love dogs, the outdoors, and being active, so dog walking is super fun for me! I have experience with high-energy dogs as well as slower senior pups. I work part-time and have a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of free time for your pets! I’m currently available all day (including early mornings) until evening, Monday-Saturday for walks or check-in visits. I currently have Bo, a senior pitbull, who is super chill and has no problems with other dogs. I also recently got a Belgian Malinois puppy named Darth Vader! Mercury, my brother’s 6 year old Australian Cattle dog, loves to play and I take care of him on occasion. We have a large patio and pool that dogs can enjoy laying in the sun or swimming! I also have a super walk able neighborhood, with a walking trail that is off the pavement. Additionally, I do enjoy taking dogs in the car for walks in new locations or trips to the dog beach/park!

We appreciated the quick communication and updates, and are so glad our guy's first night away from home went as well as it did. I just graduated high school and I’m just looking for something that will keep me busy during summer. I am barely ever busy so my schedule is very flexible. This was my first time using Rover and I have to admit, I was very hesitant to let strangers into my house and more importantly let them be alone with my dog who is a very shy and timid rescue. I expected the worst. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Jose and Alexis were BEYOND accommodating. The first day they came over to start a walk, my dog was terrified and wouldn't approach or leave with them. Jose and Alexis were so communicative about the situation and sat at home for 90+ minutes doing everything they could to get Layla comfortable with them. It worked, above and beyond. The next 2 days, they came by and everything went very smoothly. Lots of pics, videos and communication, before, during and after their walks/runs. It's hard to articulate how great this experience was and we will be enlisting Jose and Alexis' services moving forward for any and all things pet care related. “Cindy and Steve were great about hosting our older puppy. He needs a close eye on him since he hasn't fully grasped certain commands to keep him safe (like "drop it" or "wait"), and I wasn't worried at all about his safety while he stayed at their home. From the pics it was clear he was getting lots of attention from everyone, and he really seemed to enjoy meeting their little girl, who's great with dogs. We appreciated the quick communication and updates, and are so glad our guy's first night away from home went as well as it did. I highly recommend considering this sweet family to care for your little pup!”

“Lori was incredible! I was new to Rover, but decided to give it a try. After meeting her and her entire family, I felt very comfortable leaving our dog. While away, I got several pictures of our pup. Lori took him on long walks and he rested in one of many nice plush dog bed that she had. I could tell he was having a great time! Our pup was very well taken care of!! I would highly recommend Lori. Our family will continue to book whenever she is available moving forward!!”

About: I am happy to provide a cozy and fun spot for your pup to hang out. My Pit mix and I spend a lot of our time in the garden, pool cage, or acre yard. My Pitty is very friendly, she has been purposefully and extensively socialized so that we can do this work together. The atmosphere here is serene and I’d love to share that with more pups in my neighborhood! Currently I work part-time from home and I’m hoping to supplement some lost income with something I enjoy. That will benefit my pup and my neighbors pups! Since I work from home I can offer my services any day of the week for boarding or sitting. I cannot help but empathize with animals. I love making dogs happy, they are such pure souls. While I make a point to set appropriate boundaries and keep an eye on everybody, I believe in leading with kindness. If you choose to have me stay at your home I am happy to do some cleaning or light chores for you while I am there.
