About: Hello, I am an experienced veterinary technician of 7 years+ I recently have done physical therapy for pets so I am now experienced with paraplegic pets and wheelchairs as well. I’ve had animals all my life and I love them more than anything in this world. I have open availability for overnight care, walking etc.. Friday-Sunday. If needed I would be able to do brief stop ins, between 1:30-3 and after 5:30pm I cannot have pets in my home unfortunately. I will be happy and able to Take care of an animal in their own home as I feel they are more comfortable and less stressed at home anyways. Any amount of physical play needed with a high energy dog can be done.

Our girl Hope can be an escape artist at times and is very active, so we have a collar for her with gps and tracking of her steps. With that being said, in the past I have not re-used some people off rover because Hope simply would not move the entire time!!! At Donnas, Hope and Zeus both ran and ran (after all I could tell). And had an absolute blast. Her yard is fenced in so no dog could get out, even our little lunatics. About: I’ve grown up with many animals for years, but it all started with my first dog Luna when I was 6! She’s now very old and my mom and I do our best to treat her with care and patience. We’ve had times where we’ve had to take her to the vet, give her medicines, and adjust her diet to benefit her health. She’s been on my side all my life, and so have I! Whenever I could, I would hug and kiss all of my animals to show them that neglect is not a part of this household. I often walk her afterschool and I always let her sleep with me when she wants (she has the attitude of a queen)! Not only does it help them, but it makes me happy! To see an animal enjoying my company has to be one of the greatest feelings in the world, and that connection is better than anything! About: I’ve cared for dogs consistently for neighbors since I was growing up, which gave me hands-on experience with different breeds, personalities, and routines. Last summer, I also worked at Groomerie as a dog bather, where I learned how to safely handle dogs, read body language, keep pets calm, and make sure they felt comfortable during care. What sets me apart is that I’m patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m a college student taking three online courses, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I’m also shadowing for OT and PT three days a week, but outside of those hours I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, and quality time with pets. I enjoy staying active and spending time with animals, so pet care is something I’m excited to make part of my weekly routine. Safety and trust are always my top priorities when caring for pets. In a client’s home, I make sure to follow their pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any house rules they have in place. I’m attentive to each pet’s behavior, keep a clean and safe environment, and always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and food areas are secure. About: Hello, I am an experienced veterinary technician of 7 years+ I recently have done physical therapy for pets so I am now experienced with paraplegic pets and wheelchairs as well. I’ve had animals all my life and I love them more than anything in this world. I have open availability for overnight care, walking etc.. Friday-Sunday. If needed I would be able to do brief stop ins, between 1:30-3 and after 5:30pm I cannot have pets in my home unfortunately. I will be happy and able to Take care of an animal in their own home as I feel they are more comfortable and less stressed at home anyways. Any amount of physical play needed with a high energy dog can be done.
About: Been taking care of animals since I was a kid. I’ve had cats and digs growing up my entire life! I love to be active and walk and have free time and would love to be around animals I am Flexible all week and weekend when in town. I do travel often. This was my first time using Rover and I have to admit, I was very hesitant to let strangers into my house and more importantly let them be alone with my dog who is a very shy and timid rescue. I expected the worst. Boy oh boy was I wrong. Jose and Alexis were BEYOND accommodating. The first day they came over to start a walk, my dog was terrified and wouldn't approach or leave with them. About: I have always had a dog in my life since I was born but my caretaking journey started when a little corgi entered into my world. She was an escape artist, food fiend, she couldn’t be left for too long and she battled anxiety her whole life, but she brought me the most joy. She taught me attentiveness, and limitless love.
