Just before I dropped her off, Madi had been scratching and developed an issue with her eye pressure and had to start eye drops. Francis welcomed her with open arms. A few days into her stay, Madi needed a follow-up vet visit, and Francis took her in and handled everything—including her meds and eye drops—with so much care and attention. Madi is also on heart meds and requires extra support, and Francis went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well looked after. She sent me daily updates and photos of her relaxing on the couch or exploring her big backyard, which gave me so much peace of mind. I knew Madi was in loving, capable hands. About: I’ve cared for dogs consistently for neighbors since I was growing up, which gave me hands-on experience with different breeds, personalities, and routines. About: I have years of experience with dogs big and small, reptiles and pocket pets. I have a 11 month Coonhound mix that I rescued from Nate’s and I spoil him everyday. I’ve volunteered as Veterinary Assistant at the HSSC animal clinic, worked in a dog daycare and boarding facility for over a year. I have experience working with dogs with medical attention. The last 3 years I had a Boston(Sailor) with Epilepsy and would give medication around the clock and experienced with recognizing and handling seizures. Your loved pets are my new family. I’m currently part time and have a flexible schedule. Lots of my mornings and afternoons are free to take care of your pups needs like meals, medication, play time and walks. Or just to have the company of another! I have a friendly playful dog that can keep them company and play. I enjoy going to the park when the weather allows it so we can get fresh air and exercise. I like to leave the tv on nature channel with relaxing sounds to keep them comfortable if I’m not around. When it seems they are getting board I like to give enrichment toys filled with yummy healthy treats. And I’m the cuddling type if they allow it.
