“This was our first time using James’s for our fur babies and both Winston and Bella just fell into a routine and made themselves right at home! He did a great job entertaining both of our dogs at the same time and loving them equally. They have different foods, and he was able to take care of each of them as they needed to be taken care of. He absolutely did a great job letting us know how our babies were doing even within a couple hours of dropping them off, and letting us see that they were getting the love and attention they needed. The main thing is that I don't want anybody to worry when I'm caring for their pets. You should be able to travel and handle business trips or vacations without worrying if you're not able to take your pet with you that they're safe and well cared for. About: I've owned and cared for all types of dogs. I've walked and cared for large and small. I've experenced easy, well trained to the most challenging. I love them all. I'm retired, so I can easily work in walks, drop-ins, and sittings during my days. Most days I'm available after 10 A.M., but I'm flexible. I only do care at the pet parent's house, and I follow the guidelines the pet-parent sets because routines are important for consistency. I will always respect your home.
About: I have always had an admiration for animals no matter the type. But for some reason the love that you get in return from a dog is just indescribable. I know that it is always a weary feeling to leave your babies in the care of someone else. But it definitely helps to know that the person caring for your pet shares the same passion that you do. I never thought that I would own small dogs but I am actually glad that I do have two Chihuahuas now because I can take them almost anywhere! There has been an occasional weekend trip where I haven't been able to bring the pups along and it just didn't feel the same having to leave them behind. So if you have to leave them, leave them with someone who will care for them just as well as their own! I definitely prioritize my pets before any plans are made! No matter the time of day, week or year. They are my fur babies and anyone that knows me will agree! Depending on the environment or location, I would definitely say to use a leash first and foremost. I would also like to know if you know about the other animals in the area, just to provide as much safety as possible.
About: I’ve been taking care of pets for over five years now. My family and friends rely on me when they go out of town or call me when they need advice on how to care for their pets :) I work fives days a week Monday-Friday 5a-1:30p and I’m off on the weekends so that leaves plenty of time to spend relaxing around the house or running around the yard or whatever else they may fancy I live in a large house with a huge fenced in yard that all the doggies love! So there’s plenty of space for the furry friends to frolic and just be happy and play
“Ashley has been wonderful. She walked Junior in the mornings while staying with my in-laws which was very helpful since they can’t walk him. She would keep us updated, sent us wonderful pictures, and Junior seems excited every time he left and arrived with her, according to my in-laws. I’m so glad we booked her, she took very good care of him and gave him great company while we were out! Will use again if he ever stays with his grandparents again!”
