About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners. I worked at Pet Suites and LifeLine, where I ensured all pets received their food and/or medicine in a timely manner. I have fostered dogs for Angels Among Us and found homes for all of them. I also take an interest in dog training. I’m not a licensed trainer, but I enjoy teaching dogs manners and tricks. I currently work part-time Tuesday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM, which means I have open availability in the mornings, evenings, and full availability on Fridays through Mondays. I’m very organized and plan my schedule carefully to ensure every pet receives the time, care, and consistency they deserve. I live in a pet-friendly apartment with other dog neighbors. There’s a lot of grass surrounding the complex. While at work, I prefer letting dogs roam unless they need to be in a crate.

About: I always had dogs growing up in my household and have so much love for them & all other animals. I do have a dog myself & have lots of experience with dog behaviors, medications, dog food, etc. I am a 4th year Animal Science student on a pre-veterinary track at UF & I’m a veterinary assistant at an amazing clinic. When I can, on my free time, I also take the time to volunteer at the Humane Society of North Central Florida. I’ve dogsitted many years for friends & family. I do know how expensive doggy daycares & boarding can be so I wanted to sign up and help pawrents that need a more affordable option. If a boarding stay must be ended for safety reasons, care may be converted to drop-in visits at your home for feeding, potty breaks, and companionship whenever possible. 🚗 Premium pick-up and drop-off For added convenience, I offer pet transportation as an optional add-on. I can personally pick up or return your dog along my existing daily route, allowing you to leave your dog comfortably at home without coordinating an in-person handoff. If a pet displays aggression, extreme fear, severe anxiety, or behavior that makes a visit unsafe, I will still make every reasonable effort to ensure their essential needs are met, including food, water, medication when safely possible, and potty access. However, I may modify or shorten the visit if continuing would increase stress or create a risk of injury. This is never done as punishment. It is a safety decision intended to prevent escalation and protect everyone involved. Any significant concerns will be clearly documented and communicated to you. 🛏️ Crate or confinement requirement for boarding For boarding stays, dogs must be comfortable resting safely in a crate, exercise pen, gated room, or behind another secure household barrier. This is a firm boarding requirement. At night, during meals when separation is needed, and anytime dogs cannot be directly supervised, boarding guests will be safely confined. This gives every animal appropriate space to rest and ensures all pets remain secure while I am sleeping, showering, completing household tasks, or briefly away from home. Crates and gated spaces are always used as calm, neutral resting areas, never as punishment. If your dog normally uses a crate, pen, gated room, or another confinement routine at home, please share the details with me so I can keep their stay as familiar and low-stress as possible. Dogs do not need to love being crated, but they must be able to tolerate safe confinement without panicking, attempting to escape, or injuring themselves. If your dog is not currently comfortable with any form of secure separation, boarding may not be the right fit at this time. In that case, drop-in care in their own home may be a safer and more comfortable alternative. This is non-negotiable.

We bought Bil~Jac, the softest, healthiest dog food available for a dog his size. “12 pounds of fresh chicken in a 15 pound bag,” it said. This is not an ad, I swear. I remember the first time he tried his new food. He looked at his bowl, looked at me, looked back at his bowl... then, jumped off the chair where he eats, ran and jumped onto my lap, excitedly licking my whole face! Jacques gained 3 pounds in the next month or so, and he was only 5 pounds before we switched food! I love seeing him healthy and happy. My goal is to treat everyone else’s pets like they are members of my family. Because it isn’t always easy to trust a stranger, I believe that it is more important than ever to be accountable and responsible for anyone under my roof. They all deserve my deepest level of care. About: I have a flexible schedule! I am willing to work with you to give your dog the best care possible and make life easier for you! Dogs are welcome on furniture for cuddles and comfort. There is plenty of space inside for them to roam AND a patio/backyard area for fresh air. There is also a dog park in the neighborhood for your dog to play with other dogs if you want him/her dog to socialize. Exercising a dog isn’t always important! I have experience training dogs. I have been assisting in training future guide dogs for the past 3 years. I would love to take in your cute pups even if they are not potty trained; I have experience and am willing to help potty train or any other forms of training you would like your pup to continue while you are away. I am also willing to administer any medications your dog needs during his/her stay. I am here to make your life easier and give your dog the best experience possible! I will play, walk, cuddle, and love all fur babies! Dogs of any age (as long as they have some vaccinations), size, and gender are welcome in here!

About: Ive been around animals all my life basically. I also love any furry animal that im around so a friend of mine told me about this app and i decided to give it a shot. I have a full time job at mederi private care as an hha but its a very flexible schedule and i will be able to do overnights and days I would treat everyones pets as if they were mine and with a great attitude giving them frequent walks and even letting them have their zoomy time
About: I have experience with pet sitting for about four years now. This includes cat sitting, dog sitting/walking, and even working at a doggy daycare for a year and a half! About: My name is Valentina. I'm 32 years old, I'm one of the Foster Coordinators at a local shelter and I currently own 5 pets. 2 dogs and 3 cats. I've been working at the Humane Society of North Central Florida as a Foster Coordinator for 6 years, and it has been the greatest joy of my life. I spent 40 hours a week surrounded by cats and dogs and I can confidently say your pet will be in good hands. I was born and raised in a family where we love all kinds of pets and since I have memory I've always been surrounded by them in my own home. I've had cats, dogs, fish, bunnies, chickens and I have come to learn and appreciate each animal for their uniqueness and love they give in their own way. I have cared for dogs and cats of all ages, but my favorites are baby animals. I love caring for newborns and even though is hard work, it's very rewarding in the end. I will make you feel safe and secure that your pet is in capable hands :) I work at a local shelter Monday through Thursday from 8-6. My own animals are fed and walked before I leave for work but my husband, who spends a lot of time at home, makes sure to take them out to potty/play time multiple times a day. On the weekends we are always making aure we go to a dog park or any fun activity like that. My 5 pets are super friendly (I have 2 dogs and 3 cats). My home is not fenced but my pets never leave my side. I can leash walk your pet and make sure is never left unattended while outside. I also crate my pets at night or when I’m not home.
About: I have grown up with many pets so I am used to being around all kinds of animal. My first pet was a Great Dane and my most recent a chihuahua mix so I know how to take care of any sized animal. I truly believe every pet has a unique personality. I approach pet care with attentiveness, patience, and playfulness so animals feel safe, understood, and well cared for. I work a full-time schedule during the week, but I’m happy to provide care before and after work and occasionally in the evenings depending on timing and location. With advance notice, I’m also happy to adjust my weekend schedule to fit your pet’s routine. I do my best to accommodate requests whenever possible. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family.
About: I currently don't have much professional experience with pet sitting, but I do have experience with being around others' pets and taking care of my own. Most of my real experience comes from taking care of my family's Australian Shepherd since I was a kid. We have gone on regular walks, maintained routines, and had plenty of playtime together. For walks, I focus on keeping your pet safe and engaged. I take into account how your pet reacts with other pets (or how you like to deal with it) and adjust the pace based on how they react to their surroundings. I understand the importance of following instructions carefully, so I can also provide updates to keep you at ease!

About: I’ve work with dogs and other animals for the last 8 years. From puppies to seniors and everything in between. I’ve also helped train a few service dogs and actively show and compete in sports with my own dog. My life is centered around my dog and I work from home. About: I not only grew up around dogs, but I’ve worked in animal shelters and a pet resort, where I was responsible for the needs of dogs and cats. I earned 44 hours of volunteer work at the Humane Society in St. Thomas, U.S.V.I., where I gave tours to potential dog owners. I worked at Pet Suites and LifeLine, where I ensured all pets received their food and/or medicine in a timely manner. I have fostered dogs for Angels Among Us and found homes for all of them. I also take an interest in dog training. I’m not a licensed trainer, but I enjoy teaching dogs manners and tricks. There’s a lot of grass surrounding the complex. While at work, I prefer letting dogs roam unless they need to be in a crate.

About: I always had dogs growing up in my household and have so much love for them & all other animals. I do have a dog myself & have lots of experience with dog behaviors, medications, dog food, etc. I am a 4th year Animal Science student on a pre-veterinary track at UF & I’m a veterinary assistant at an amazing clinic. When I can, on my free time, I also take the time to volunteer at the Humane Society of North Central Florida. I’ve dogsitted many years for friends & family. I do know how expensive doggy daycares & boarding can be so I wanted to sign up and help pawrents that need a more affordable option. When I’m not working, I have lots & lots of time to hang around your pups, give them company, or just simply walk them! If you have any specific requests, I’m more than happy to accommodate however you’d like. I do live in an apartment so I don’t have a yard but I do walk my girl 3 times a day & she can help keep your baby company. I also have a dog crate and can use it for your pup if you’d like. On some days, I take my baby to the dog park for an hour and can have your pup tag along if you feel comfortable with that.

“PEACH is a rambunctious puppy of 4 months and Darby took her on for a second time. PEACH comes home obnvioysly well cared for and happy and seems to particularly like Darby's own dog ("Wab") and her significant other. We have two more short trips planned in the next 2 months and (hopefully) Darby will be available. Darby sent us photos daily (nice touch I may add) and she has plenty of space in the backyard and a very nice attitude. We'd definitely like to use her often in the future!”
About: My dogs name is Libby. She is definitely a wild one! I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years, to include caring for senior dogs through end of life care. During the day I’m a special education tutor, so have tons of patience and empathy! I’m comfortable administering medication, caring for hot spots or other treatments to vet orders, and keeping a watchful eye while you’re away! Part time tutor, part time studying for law school, so your pup will get plenty of belly scratches and one on one attention. My dog loves being around other four legged friends, so they will have a built in bestie to run around with (or just sit around with). I either work from home or have two hour sessions with my clients. My brother lives with me, so someone will almost always be around to let the dogs out and give them plenty of love and attention. I have a fenced in backyard, with one playful and sweet young dog who loves everyone she meets. We are a very dog focused household, and are in the process of installing a doggy door so the pups can go in/out as they please (when we are home, it will be locked when out running errands).
