With a decade of experience in dog training, behavioral rehabilitation, and managing a full-service dog daycare and boarding facility, I’ve cared for dogs of every age, breed, size, and personality. From energetic puppies to senior dogs, anxious pets, and those with special behavioral needs, I know how to create a safe, structured, and loving environment where every dog can feel comfortable. I'm currently a part of a training team here locally that works with dogs who need basic obedience, work on reactivity, and aggression issues. I have a fenced in shaded yard with plenty of space to explore or play fetch. We also live on 10 acres with a short trail to a food plot if your pup prefers a leashed walk. As well as 4 ft X 5 ft structured kennels for overnight care and a stainless steel tub and dryer to give them the spa day they deserve!

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was 4 we recently just had to put down our 15 year old pit Bull. I have a 10 year old pit mix that I hold near my heart. I hope as you look at my profile and see me you also believe that I will treat your dog as one of my own and give them the best care while you are away. As of right now I work from home, so that means I am free all day to give your dog the love and care they deserve! I do not have a fenced in yard but i am a couple blocks down from a dog friendly park that we could walk to or even just play in the spacious back yard. About: From raising multiple of my personal puppies over the last 10 years, to helping my mom welp litters of Rotties when I was a kid, I have a long history of taking care if animals young and old. I've lived on a farm my entire life until the last few months, and have taken care of everything from indoor pets, to livestock. Currently I am unemployed and pretty flexible with a bit of notice. About: Ive had dogs and cats growing up. My favorite was my best friend Charlie he was a white German shepherd. I trained him to do tricks. He was a very easy to train. He made me look like a pro. My schedule is very flexible. I do rideshare and food/grocery delivery on the side I can accept pet sitting last minute and I am also available during holidays. I would rather care for your pet in your home where your pets food, toys, and medication is and feels safe and secure in there home.

I am more doing this to help those with cats as I have a house full of them and have a hard time finding help for them than for my dog when going on vacation. “Erik totally exceeded my expectations in every way. When I saw how happy and just overall well kept my dog hootie was when I came to pick him up , I knew I made the best decision on who to pick to take care of my dog. Erik too my dog hootie out for long walks everyday, which is one of my dogs favorite activities besides playing, or fetching tree branches. Overall, I can honestly say that Erik provided my dog the best care. I wish I had baby sitters for my kids when they were young that would have been as great as Erik was with my dog. My big 185 lb Boy Hootie even looked like he went to the groomer’s when I picked him up. Erik really showed me that he really has that love for animals and I’m so happy we were able to experience such great care for my mastiff. I would definitely recommend Erik, especially if you have trust issues. Erik definitely knocked down that wall of “fear” I had with leaving my dog with anyone.
