About: Growing up in a pet-ridden household laid the foundation for my genuine love and understanding of pets. I have extensive experience working with animals as I started petsitting when I was in elementary school and volunteer at the shelter. About: I grew up always having a dog, I didn’t own every dog that I came across, some were family or friends who need there dogs taken care of, I truly love pets ! It would be an honour to take good card of your best bud ! I’m home all day, outside of a few errands and daily life things that require me to leave home, other than that I’m doing rover. About: I always had dogs in the house and been the one to take care of them growing up. I currently have three dogs and my mom is a vet. I grew up being taught how to properly love and care fore dogs. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I can communicate in Portuguese. I go to college and am usually out by three, but during the months of May, June, and July I have a lot of free time because I won’t be doing school. I am very good at picking up on the signals that animals give me and have a love for taking care of them how they need. I am good at following the instructions given for each animal. About: I am a responsible individual who has taken care of animals from different types of dogs, cats, goats, hamsters, etc. I am 26 years old and when I was receiving my bachelor's degree in Health Science , I would go to the humane society in my free time to foster the dogs or kittens from there. This would be a great bonding for the both of us and I had gained knowledge from the variety of breeds I've watched over the years. For a few examples, I have watched golden doodles, border collies, lab, golden retrievers, domestic shorthairs, pit bulls, German shepherds, etc. One summer for a few months I routinely took care of a blind and deaf cat and the other cat that was there. I accommodated to the special requirements of this specific cat to ensure she knew where her food/ water bowl was as well as her litter box. In the area where I had lived for a while, I was fostering an Australian shepherd who was older age and had bowel issues. They had given me the medication to take care of him and I felt comfortable and responsible enough to do so. During my week, I have structured hours for my job currently that allow flexibility for availability to watch your loving furballs! I am available for every evening and weekends I am available at any time. I stay active so I would be able to make sure your pet gets a healthy amount of exercise. As well having a routine structure for myself already allows the discipline and knowing that your pets would be fed on time. I am in a safe neighborhood, I live at a duplex that has a fenced-in decent-sized backyard. This allows easy access to their bathroom breaks and playtime with them. The neighborhood stays at a quiet volume and has areas to go on safe walks with the pets. I will ensure to keep to the schedule of their typical day-to-day routine so they feel as comfortable as possible and can still have some fun! I am responsive and will always have my phone or apple watch on me to receive text/calls asap.

I usually provide an update around feeding time (if they’re fed twice then twice a day) with pictures and or videos and a small update when they’ve eaten, how they’re doing, and any changes I ask the client to provide a schedule of what their pet is used to. Some pets have special diets, certain amount of food, certain feeding times, special treats, etc. In general, owners like having things done a certain way.
