I own my own home and can sit in my home or yours. When your fur babies are in my home they have full access to the entire home as well as yard. They can sleep in my room with me or if preferred in the living room. I love to drive so I can also pick up or go to appointments if needed. I am retired and have all the time in the world right now to do what makes me smile! That means being an amazing loving dog and cat sitter. I get up every morning take the dogs to the dog park or a good walk We go to the beach and go on trails exploring After a fun day we usually chill out when it’s especially hot and then have a nightly walk before heading to bed. About: Vet assistant for 5+ years throughout NY, Aspiring vet tech taking classes online, Experienced dog walker and was an in home pet sitter prior to moving to FL. I have 4 cats. (My Chihuahua recently passed due to heart failure) I love all animals and am comfortable handling any size or shape. I prefer friendly animals (of course!) But I have dealt with aggressive dogs and succeeded in gaining their trust and building a great relationship with them. - I was the only walker, besides the business owner, who could tend to the Australian Shepherd. After figuring out how to leash him, once we got outside of his house he was a huge mush! We would picnic and exchange kisses (picture included in my photos)! As for cats... I owned an aggressive, biting cat. I don't think I could experience a worse cat. Without warning she attacked me and bit my hands, arms, and legs.. after medication with our vet she continued to live with us without incident until she passed from cancer in 2019. I love cats and would gladly check in on your cats and home while you are away: clean litter boxes, feed cats, play with them, etc. Kittens are welcome to stay at my home, but I feel adult cats would be more comfortable at their own home. I will no doubt treat your pet like my own furry family member. I can be home 99% of the time but whenever I do need to leave my husband works from home, so your pet will never be completely alone. I have a fenced in yard and live on a fairly quiet street. To ensure animals, including my own, don't get out, we typically only go through the garage so no risk of animals running out the front door.

About: I grew up with dogs, after that I got my own dogs and I still own a great dog! I have always trained my dogs and I spend a lot of time walking, grooming and playing with the dog. We don't have a fenced in back yard, but we walk the dog at least 3 times a day. I have a home bakery so I am very flexible in my time. I have two dogs at home that I take care of a 3 year old hound dog and a 12 year old rescue that I have had since she was a puppy. I am currently volunteering at the humane society. “We left our dog Teddy in Bela’s care while we were gone for the day. We were lucky to have found Bela through Rover. She was great! She took him for multiple walks, fed him his dinner and sent us pictures of him, too! We had never left Teddy for the day so were a little nervous about how he would do since he has separation anxiety. We came home to a happy, content dog, which is what we had hoped for. I’ve had a Labradoodle for the last 5 years and my rescue Goldendoodle for the past year :) I have experience with dogs who may have allergies or stomach issues when it comes to going potty.
