Our 2 resident farm dogs roam our property all day, they may choose to cool off on the pavement in the barn, lay in the dirt, swim in a water trough, or come in the house and lay on the couch. Guest dogs are taken on walks (either on a long 20 ft lead to allow for more exercise/ exploring abilities or a shorter leash if they need less "freedom") 3 -5 times throughout the day. I have a few crates if your dog prefers to stay in a crate but it is not necessary that they are crate trained as free roam of the house is encouraged. I care for them like they are family and tailor to what they need. We CANNOT accept in tact females at this time. Guest dogs are kept on a lead for their exercise walks and potty breaks.

About: Dogs have always been part of our life and out here on the farm they are family members. We are currently on our own training journey with our newest bloodhound as she is becoming SAR certified. Always movement and activities going on out at the farm. I typically feed the dogs early morning around 7am and again around 7pm. Dogs have over an acre to run with a mini pool and large air conditioned shed outfitted with a couch and dog beds. Less like boarding and more like doggie vacation. Will follow owners requests for care. Photo updates will be provided daily. Large fenced dog specific area. Dog home has camera for 24 hour monitoring. Can crate inside overnight if requested. Dogs are fed separately.

I bred our family poodle, assisted during the birth of her puppies, helped raise them, and placed them in loving homes with family friends. Whether your dog needs a calm, gentle companion or someone who can keep up with endless energy, I’m happy to match their vibe. I spent 14 years working in surgery, and I’m incredibly grateful to now be at a point in my life where I have the freedom to spend my time doing things I genuinely enjoy. For me, one of those things is caring for animals. Pet sitting is something I chose because I truly love being around animals. My husband is completely supportive of me spending my time loving on other people's pets (and bringing even more animals into my life 😂), so this is something I get to do because I genuinely WANT to do it. Of course I take the responsibility of caring for someone else's baby very seriously, but this isn't just another job to me. If I accept a booking, it's because I actually want to spend time with your pet. I want to learn their personality, love on them, keep them company, and make their time away from you as happy and comfortable as possible. During walks and drop-ins, I prioritize safety, routine, and fun. I’m comfortable with multi-dog households, seniors, high-energy dogs, and pups who may be shy, reactive, or just have their own little quirks. They’ll get fresh water, treats if allowed, plenty of attention, and photo updates so you can see what we've been up to. Speaking of photos, I really enjoy taking pictures of animals, so there’s a pretty good chance you’ll end up with some great photos of your babies — or at least photos that I think are great. 😂 I love catching their personalities, whether that means a genuinely beautiful picture or one that perfectly captures just how ridiculous they can be. If your pup enjoys adventures and you’re comfortable with leashed outings, I’d also be honored to take your fur baby for a car ride or even a walk on the trails at one of our local state parks. I would never take your pet anywhere without discussing it with you and getting your permission first. A Note About House Sitting I would be honored to house sit for your babies at a reasonable price, but honesty and transparency are extremely important to me. I have an almost one-year-old who will accompany me when I house sit. This is non-negotiable for my house-sitting services. I want to be completely upfront about that before anyone books with me because I never want a pet parent to feel surprised or uncomfortable after we've already made arrangements. We live on a farm and have six dogs of our own, so animals are simply part of our family's everyday life. My children have grown up around animals and know that animals deserve their space, boundaries, and respect. Because my little one will be with me, I will only accept house-sitting bookings with animals that are safe and comfortable around a young child. I want everyone involved to be comfortable and safe. If I’m house sitting for you, my priority is actually being there with your fur baby. I’m not interested in popping in for a few minutes and disappearing for most of the day. I plan to spend the majority, if not all, of the day with them and only leave when I need to. Maybe we spend the day hanging out on the couch. Maybe your dog wants to play nonstop. Maybe they decide my lap belongs to them for the week. I'm perfectly happy with any of the above. That's really why I enjoy doing this. If you're trusting me with your home and your babies while you're away, I want them to have a good time too. I want you to be able to enjoy your trip knowing someone is there who genuinely wants to be hanging out with them. If you're comfortable with my little one accompanying me and your pets are safe around a young child, I would genuinely love the opportunity to care for them. If having a child in your home isn't something you're comfortable with, I completely understand, but unfortunately I won't be able to accept the house-sitting booking. I want this to be a great fit for everyone — you, me, my little one, and most importantly, your babies. ❤️ Pet care is part of my everyday life. I already care for six dogs, a cat, and several farm animals, so checking in on your pets fits naturally into my routine. I’m home daily and have a very flexible schedule, making it easy for me to stop by for drop-ins and dog walks throughout the day. Your pets get dependable, consistent care whenever you need it. When I’m in your home, I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I know how important consistency can be, especially when their favorite person is away. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities, including high-energy dogs, seniors, shy or reactive pups, and multi-dog households. I pay attention to body language and never force interaction with an animal who needs some time to warm up. I’ll follow your instructions for feeding, treats, walks, medications or special care, and I’ll respect your home just as much as I respect your pets. You’ll also get regular updates and plenty of pictures so you know your babies are safe and happy

My goal is always to keep pets happy, loved, and stress free, whether they’re with me or staying in their own familiar environment.
