She is prompt in response to any communication about their visits or changes in my work schedule, adjusts her schedule when possible to take them out earlier or later, and is easy to communicate with. She’s been overly helpful today especially when I forgot to put the lock box on my door on the way out and had a full schedule at work, she even stopped by to get the key where otherwise my puppies would have been stuck with no potty or exercise breaks for hours. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that our dog was getting plenty of love, attention, and excellent care. When we picked our dog up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly felt right at home. That says everything about the kind of care they provide.
