About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a baby. I've raised and cared for four family dogs over the years: Nala (Black Lab), Holly (Golden Retriever), and my current dogs, Lucy (Golden Retriever) and Millie (Black Goldendoodle). Through caring for my own dogs, as well as dogs for friends and neighbors, I've gained hands-on experience with feeding, walking, bathing, playtime, overnight care, cleaning up accidents, administering oral medications, and keeping dogs on their regular routines. At this time, I can only accept drop in and/or walk visits Thursday-Sunday. There might be one additional helper to come along with me (my toddler). I live near University of South Florida. Currently, I have two dogs and a toddler at home, therefore I am unavailable for doggy daycare and overnight care. About: I’ve had dogs since I was a little girl, and we got our first cat just a few years ago but they’ve seem to have fallen in love with me lol. My main concern is making sure your pet is happy and comfortable, doesn’t matter the situation. I’m very gentle with them and I always make sure to communicate or ask when necessary, I don’t want to assume and be wrong or not inform you if something happens. I am in college, I have classes 3 days a week, so I’m home quite a bit. I do not currently work so I’m typically free the remaining days. I volunteer/workout in my free time so I can be flexible! Just ask if a day/time works, I’ll do my best to accommodate! I’m in an apartment so I don’t have a lot of space inside. The complex does have a little fenced in dog area, and there are some dog parks in the area that I would be willing to go to if you have a more active pet. I don’t have anything toxic in the apartment, or in a place they could reach at least (medicines/rubbing alcohol, that sort of stuff). I also like going on longer walks, 20-30 min if the weather is nice.
