He is extremely shy and nervous around new people and it takes him a long time to trust and recognize safe humans especially if mom and dad are not present. Olivia accommodated all of our requests and went by Emerson’s pace. She gave him space, while also talking to him and comforting him. I am a 29, and I've been doing this for 8 years, so I am very understanding of what a dog needs, and will always keep their emotions, safety and energy level all into focus for them to have the best time possible that is beneficial to them! I have three family dogs, one older American Eskimo, and two Border Collies under the age of 4, meaning I am still pretty equip and up to date with handling puppies. My baby sister turns 18 in May and is a type 1 diabetic! Through this experience, I want to help find her the perfect diabetic dog to aid in her growth! I used to have a senior dog who passed away from cancer (bless his soul) but in his final stages, we crafted such a lovely last year of his life through love, support and comfort. This meant, taking medications, being fragile and cautious, but above all, find the love in his heart. I can't wait to meet, play and love your furry friends :) I have a very relaxed schedule, so I am easily accommodating and eager to help out! This is a full time job for me, as I have had over 200 clients over the past 8 years, juggling both this Wag! and personal clients. I have a fenced yard and 3 other dogs inside of my own family home! About: Ive had 4 animals a Labrador, 2 orange tabbys, I've had a pitbull and a Rottweiler and I walk my grandma's dog for over a year, I've had animals since I was young In August at the end on the 30 I'm going to college from Monday to Thursday in the morning until June and I take my grandma's dog out in the morning and night 7:30 in the morning and 7 at night I have a fenced in yard I keep my dog in the house until time for her to go outside and I feed her morning in night and I give her hugs and loves throughout the day

I also frequently care for my mom’s dogs—an 11-year-old terrier mix and a 4-year-old Boston Terrier - who are both special needs. I’m comfortable juggling multiple pets with different needs and personalities while also caring for my own fur babies. I have previously owned and have plenty of experience with guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, pet chickens, and pet ducks. I have to say my favorite type of pet that I have personally owned has to be chickens. Since the age of 6 years old, I have raised chickens, gathered eggs, tended to eggs and incubators, and assisted my hens hatching and raising chicks on their own. I just find them so fascinating and adorable! The miracle of chicks hatching always fills me with so much happiness and pride! (I am interested in gaining new experience with new types of animals as well, such as sheep, cows, horses, fish, other birds, and reptiles. However, I do not have much experience with those types of animals - yet!) Pets are my top priority! I have plenty of time for your furry friend(s) within my schedule, as working with pets is my only job. I am available during weekdays, weekends, and holidays. I keep my schedule updated with my current availability as often as possible, so if I happen to be fully booked or unavailable, you can see it in my calendar. My top priority is making sure every pet in my care feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved. I understand how important peace of mind is when trusting someone with your fur baby, so I make it a point to keep you updated throughout each service with photos, videos, and messages. You can rest easy knowing your pet’s safety and happiness always come first. I truly love all animals and have hands-on experience with cats and dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments, including pets with special needs. About: I’ve been caring for animals since I was about 9 years old, and animals have truly been a lifelong passion of mine. I grew up on a ranch in Pennsylvania, where I gained hands-on experience with all kinds of farm animals as well as dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and more exotic species. Growing up, I also helped rescue and care for animals until they were healthy and able to fend for themselves again. Today, animals are still a huge part of my everyday life. I have two 15-year-old long-haired Chihuahuas, a 130-pound Sulcata tortoise, and five Fennec foxes. I am also a USDA-licensed breeder of Fennec foxes, which has given me extensive hands-on experience caring for animals at every stage of life—from newborns requiring close attention and specialized care to senior pets who need a little extra patience and TLC. Because of my experience, I’m very comfortable around animals with different personalities, sizes, ages, and care requirements. I understand how important routines are and how much trust it takes to leave a beloved pet in someone else’s care. I work full-time as a Realtor, but I’m also a full-time animal mom! Since having so many animals of my own makes traveling difficult, I often find myself caring for friends’ and family members’ pets instead—and I genuinely love it. I provide drop-in care for many different types of animals and understand that every pet has their own routine and individual needs. I can assist with feeding, fresh water, walks and potty breaks, playtime, crate or enclosure cleaning, litter boxes, and other routine care. I’m comfortable caring for dogs and cats as well as reptiles, birds, small animals, senior pets, newborn animals, and many exotics. I have extensive hands-on animal experience and am a USDA-licensed exotic animal breeder. When caring for pets in a client’s home, safety is always my priority. I carefully follow your instructions, respect your home, keep doors, gates, crates and enclosures secure, and make sure your pet is safe and comfortable before I leave. I’m also happy to provide updates and photos so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.
