Allison came by beforehand and took nearly an hour just to get to know the cats and their habits, likes, dislikes, routine, etc. Allison was incredibly communicative before, during, and after her visits. She sent lots of pictures and kept me in the loop on what was going on. She is one of the few sitters that has sent me pictures of the cats not just hiding or under the bed. We had a few previous meetings and greets where he decided he wasn’t a good match with the prospective dog walkers. Jordan arrived on time dressed both professionally and appropriately for a first meeting and walk with a high energy dog. She took the time to introduce herself, meet and bond with Moose, and was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about not only working dogs but also the Rover program itself. She immediately put both myself and moose at ease. She spent time in the back yard playing fetch with him (he tends to make you feel like you’re an automatic tennis ball thrower) and then took him for a nice walk. She quickly learned his hand signals and Dutch and English voice commands. He was very disappointed to see his new friend go and is looking forward to his next adventure with her- as he has been missing his daily runs with me and now has a new awesome exercise buddy! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!”
