“Kimberly walked into a difficult first time situation to manage my brother's pet cat's improperly maintained litter box. My brother is in assisted living,(Florida) and does have cognitive issues. He, by mistake discarded the scooper. Kimberly was in her rights to quit right there. Instead she informed me of the problems and opted to try one more visit. I, (NJ), saw to it to provide items needed. Who could ask for a better second chance. Kimberly is most definitely a caring professional. Hopefully it goes better going forward. About: Our home is your dog's home. We start out with a walk, breakfast and groom or and social play time. R & R in front of a good tv show for a few hours. “We felt totally confident leaving our Bodie with Giovanni and Millie! They kept in constant contact with us and sent several pictures of Bodie. We could tell by the pictures that Bodie was relaxed and enjoying his stay. They went above and beyond in taking excellent care of Bodie through the July 4th fireworks, and occasional thunderstorms by giving Bodie extra hugs and attention to alleviate his anxiety.
