About: I started caring for dogs over 20 years ago when I was working with a vet in Colorado doing a pet nutrition study with her. She was just starting a doggie daycare and I fell in love with the whole concept. When I moved back home to Ocala in 2007 there were no dog friendly places like there were in Colorado so I decided to open an in home dog daycare. I’ve been doing that for the last 18 years. I have years of experience in dog nutrition, dog boarding and daycare as well working with dogs with special needs whether emotional or due to abuse. I have experience with many different health issues in dogs such as epilepsy, diabetes, megaesophagus, and more. I’m am qualified to give injections, medication, and specialized care for dogs recovering from surgeries, injuries, and physical disabilities. I also have experience with pregnant and nursing moms and their puppies. Pet care is my full time job and life. I do not have any other job. I do have to keep a pretty organized schedule :) My home has a 6’ privacy fence and is set up for dogs to feel that they are at their second home. All dogs coming into my home are fully screened and temperament tested. All vaccinations, recent negative fecal, and proof of preventatives are required before staying. I do provide puppy care in owner’s homes, but not in my home until they are fully vaccinated. I do stay pretty full with boarding, but I am looking to expand and add the service of in-your-home visits mid-day during the week for dogs that have to stay home all day while mom and dad work.

About: What I have been told my entire life is that I have a way of making animals, no matter cats or dogs, calm and relaxed! I grew up around dogs my entire life of all shapes and sizes. from newfoundland's and saint Bernard's, to dachshunds and Australian shepherds and every where in between. In this house we love all fun loving dogs, as well as your adorable felines! I am currently a stay at home single mother, attending school for criminal justice with the goal to enter the forensics world. during the school year I’m a substitute teacher for Marion county, so, during the summer as well as other holiday breaks and weekends I need something to fill those gaps! as I would also be available after school hours! creating my own schedule is crucial during this time, luckily, it involves something that I enjoy as well! and can help others too!! this isn’t a service I’m currently providing in my home as I live in a small space with no fenced in yard unfortunately! in my clients home I will always remain respectful, focused, and attentive to your fur babies! entering someone else’s space is completely sacred and I aim to always be professional and honor your home as if it was my own.
About: I have extensive hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I have fostered over 70 kittens spanning over the last eight years through Marion County Animal Services, where I cared for kittens needing extra socialization or just a loving home until they were ready to find forever homes! This experience taught me patience, attentiveness, and how to recognize animals’ needs and behaviors quickly. I also have a full house of pets of my own, including four cats and four dogs of varying sizes and energy levels, including two doodles, a chocolate lab, and a Great Pyrenees. Because of this, I am very comfortable handling pets both big and small and adapting to different temperaments, routines, and care needs. I treat every pet like my own and prioritize safety, consistency, and lots of love while they’re in my care. I’m a senior in high school and currently only have classes from 8:00 AM to 10:20 AM on weekdays. Because of this, I’m available most weekdays after 10:30 AM and have a very flexible daytime schedule. My weekend availability can vary slightly, but I keep my Rover calendar updated so it always reflects my current schedule. I’m typically available on Sunday afternoons and evenings as well. 😊 I have four indoor cats and four sweet dogs of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for pets of different sizes and personalities. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and they receive lots of love and attention in my home every day. I’m happy to do drop-in visits, walks, or care for your pets in your home. During drop-ins, I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, fresh food and water, and any other care they need. I also love being outdoors and going for walks, so I always enjoy bringing a furry friend along with me. My goal is to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have volunteered on horse farms, Vocal animal shelter and have held jobs at animal hospitals. “We are retired so we travel a lot. We have never boarded our dogs with a more competent dog sitter. Our dogs actually leep out of the car to get to her when we drive in the driveway. Our dogs are English Bulldog Champions and one is intact, but Peggy manages his care profesionally--even on Thanksgiving day. As a vet technician she was also able to administer medication to our older dog. She lives on a farm so there is a lot of area for dogs to run off leash. They don't sleep in a kennel building, they sleep in her house! She is a lovely person with a good heart.”
About: I’ve been caring for animals for over 15 years. I speak fluent Spanish! I’ve raised my dog Zoso since I was 14 when she was a puppy, she recently passed away at 17 years old so having other dogs around makes me so happy.
