For dogs in boarding, I always make time throughout the day for plenty of playing, physical exercise, mental enrichment, and relaxation. I have experience with a variety of care requirements including special handling for animals of different temperaments, walking and exercising dogs with behavioral issues, preparing specialized diets, and administering medications that I am confident in applying to your pet’s needs. While boarded, each dog has their own space to sleep, eat, and otherwise relax without being bothered by other dogs in the home. This can be a crate or puppy pen depending on what is the best fit for the dog. This is also where the dogs stay while I am out of the house to prevent any incidents between dogs. During the day, the dogs have the opportunity to spend their time inside or outside. There are plenty of toys and beds inside for some playing or relaxing. Outside, they have a fenced-in acre to run, explore, and roughhouse. The dog-friendly pool will be ready for use in April 2026. It has a 8x16ft sun shelf to allow for lounging in shallow water and a ramp for easy access in and out of the deep end. It is screened in to prevent anyone from slipping in unnoticed. For days that don’t allow for much exercise outside, I have treadmills to burn energy for dogs that are comfortable with them and plenty of puzzle feeders to keep their minds busy.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since the day I was born. I’ve grown up around hunting dogs and cared for a dog with severe health issues including epilepsy. I’ve never met a dog that doesn’t like me. About: I will treat your fur babies like they are my own and would love to meet them. I have experience in training dogs and taking care of senior dogs. I work from home, therefore I am available from Monday through Sunday and your pet can stay overnight or if needed just during the day. I have a fenced in yard and a King shepherd female, which is friendly with other dogs therefore your fur baby would have a playmate to enjoy the time here. I will play with them, feed them and also give them treats.
