Throughout Charlie’s stay Kelly and fam shared daily pics and a summary of Charlie’s activities (eating, sleeping, playing, potty) so we knew day to day he was doing great - this really helped us relax while we were away. Their home is very comfortably “pet friendly” appointed with safety gates for any restricted areas (ie the kitchen which totally makes sense!) and even throws/covers on the dog-friendly pieces of furniture (for fur control) for wind down TV snuggle time. 11/10, highly recommend Kelly and James and we will certainly rebook when our travel schedule calls for it. About: Despite family members having allergies to cats in my house growing up, it didn’t stop me from absolutely loving cats of all kinds! One thing I love about cats is their totally unique personalities - no two cats are ever alike! Growing up, my dad and I would go to the pet store just to pet the kitties that were up for adoption. And anytime there was a stray cat out and about, of course I stopped to get them to come over to me and to give them love.

I have always been the one passionate about their care, even for friends when I watched their beloved furry family members. We recently adopted Chico, a MaltiPoo-Chihuahua , who’s only 4 month old. Often we have my in-laws little Mal-shi mix over for a few days, and the kids and the pooches have a great time always! My children adore them, and really every animal they are great with. About: Kelli and I both grew up caring for our family dogs and when we got married (over 30 years ago), we of course had to find our Lucy. We found Lucy at the local shelter and she changed our lives. We loved her for 13 years and when she passed, she left a gigantic hole in our hearts. We are not ready to have another dog of our own but love to care for others. We travel quite a bit and don't want to board a fuzzy baby in a kennel. About 2 years after losing our Lucy, we started pet sitting for our friends and neighbors and it has been a blessing. It's like having grand kids. We have the joy of a pet for short periods of time and then they go home! We care for pets for overnights, up to 5 -7 nights if needed. We love and care for them like they are our own. Our home is very dog friendly, with mostly tile floors and furniture they can sit/nap on. Your pet will be spoiled while visiting with us. We own a small business and Kelli works from home 5 days a week. Joe works from home 2-3 days a week. The pets get spoiled with love and attention. We have a large fenced backyard and a great neighborhood to walk in. We will walk your pet several times per day and they will have unlimited in/out privileges.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since childhood, starting with helping family and neighbors whenever they went on vacation. About: Hi there! I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve watched my dad train our dogs, take them to the vet, trim their nails, give them hair cuts, bathe them, walk them, and most importantly, show them love. I also love cats! I worked at small animal hospital as an Exam Technician where I helped care for and assess dogs and cats who came into our care. During the summer of senior year of high school, I was accepted to attend UF’s Gator Vet Camp where I worked alongside UF veterinary students and staff to learn about small and large animal care. I have always been an animal lover. Growing up my dad and I would save any injured turtle, bird, lizard, and squirrel we came across. My favorite place to be is at the zoo or an animal farm because animals truly fill my heart with joy! During this summer, I will be available 9am-7pm, 7 days a week. In September, I will be starting grad school online from home, which might affect these hours but I will be more than happy to find a work around to continue taking care of your fur babies! I will always make sure to clean up after myself and your fur baby if any accidents happen. I like to keep things cleaner than I found them. I have dog sat for many friends and family members. Even got offered pets because of how well they seen me take care animals. I Have experience administering medicine, giving baths, nursing dogs back to health, training, and more. I’m very energetic and playful and will make sure your pet gets the proper exercise and burn off all that extra energy. I volunteer at the local animal shelter taking dogs on bow wow break out and fostering. I have 2 dogs stormy and koda. Stormy just turned a year old and koda is 6 months old very playful and loves other animals. We go on long walks in the park and on nearby trails. They love car rides and pup cups from Jermiah’s. I have two 4 year old cats Chloe, and Oliver that have their own room and kept separate from other animals when needed. I work from home overnight and I home school my 7 year old daughter so I’m home majority of the time outside of running errands. Morning feeding happen between 6 and 8am followed by yard play and then nap time. Pm feeding are usually between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm followed by a little time to burn off steam or a walk before bedtime. I do let pets out to use the bathroom every 2 to 4 hours. Bowls and crates are washed and kept clean daily along with vacuuming the floors. Loving and caring for your pet as if it’s my own, long walks, supervised play time, separate feedings, time to decompress, pets will always be leashed or in a secure enclosed area. Pets are allowed on furniture. I will keep pet owners updated with pictures and videos throughout visit. Calls and text anytime day or night are welcome.

About: Since I was five, I have been around dogs and cats. At ten years old I was helping feed and walk the dogs as well as clean up the animals’ messes. Most of my pets have been medium or smaller size with a couple being bigger dogs. I have taken care of young pups and kittens, as well as my a senior dog. Currently, I have theatre rehearsals on Tuesday and Thursday nights. I return to my college campus in August, but I am mostly available from morning to afternoon on weekdays and Saturdays. I am more than happy to feed, walk, or play with your pets during that time! I am comfortable going to your house and taking care of your animals. I follow directions given virtually or written down in order to ensure the animals are cared for properly. If they are used to a specific schedule, I do my best to stick to it.
About: I’ve taken care of a couple of dogs in this area while people are on holiday leave or vacations. I enjoy dogs so much! I always had dogs growing up around the house and they are truly a man’s best friend! I currently work full-time during the day with a hybrid type work schedule that allows me to work from home part of the time. I have availability in the evenings and mostly weekends to be able to pet sit! The precaution of using a leash and making sure I am aware of using that for every single walk is crucial for safety on walks. I want to be able to care for your home well and lock up every time I come and go. I would most definitely ask for specific requests for your animals such as feeding time, when they need to go out, how often for walks to your specific liking.

They took the time out of their own busy schedule first to do a “meet and greet” with us and our dog Charlie and we were instantly at ease. Kelly was very kind, personable and thoughtful and thorough in learning ours and Charlie’s schedule, likes, dislikes, and if he had any behavior quirks. Throughout Charlie’s stay Kelly and fam shared daily pics and a summary of Charlie’s activities (eating, sleeping, playing, potty) so we knew day to day he was doing great - this really helped us relax while we were away. Their home is very comfortably “pet friendly” appointed with safety gates for any restricted areas (ie the kitchen which totally makes sense!) and even throws/covers on the dog-friendly pieces of furniture (for fur control) for wind down TV snuggle time. 11/10, highly recommend Kelly and James and we will certainly rebook when our travel schedule calls for it.
